    I recharge three mob no recharge no is ([protected], [protected], [protected]) but the amount is deduct in my account but no recharge no any massage come in any mob no total 05 day ago but no amount come in my account please send my deduct amount.
    Please check
    I have plased an order on 11th Jan 2016. Order ID- [protected]. the amount Rs- 509/- got deduct from my account but there is not any comfermation massage received yet.
    I tryed calling the help line numbers but not any reply from your side. Please confirm ASAP.

        Order#[protected], Paytm sent fake product and when immediately complained, they simply told me to mark return and told they will be providing same deal, but they are not offering any deals ... They will show attractive prices, when customer places order by sending time, eventually Paytm intensionally sends Fake product and simply tell us to return, Paytm does not honor any customer orders if customer place expensive items in the order, in the name of deals Paytm gets website hits and actually sends Fake substandard items, if any customer detects it is fake, they will take return and only give product money but will not give the same deal even they commit, Paytm is BOGUS, FRAUD always send open box, or substandard or fake products NOT the original products, only few customers identify those are FAKE other innocent customers will get CHEATED by Paytm, I placed 3 orderes during Paytm Jan5-Jan7 deals, all three I received Fake Graphics card Ordered 40000 - send open box basic product of worth 22000 Ordered i7 Processor of worth 22000 - sent Basic Intel G2020 of worth 4000 Ordered mother board - Damaged one sent All the above, I have placed at 30% code, now they are returning and not providing any deals ... so stay away & save time and peace
        Absolutely correct. I also placed a few orders with Paytm. They confirmed the orders next day the order status was waiting for courier pickup and in the evening I got message that the order got cancelled. On asking them they said that I have created multiple orders and my account is now blocked from purchases. Also if I need to transfer my money from my paytm wallet I have to raise a request and they will charge 4% extra for the same. This is how this company cheating customers. Why the hell should I pay 4% to them. Also the orders that I placed are prepaid orders so they are bound to honor then or provide a compensation. My card amount got block for 10 days just because of these cheaters. Never buy from Paytm again. Their customer care is also a joke. Executives don't have a clue about the technical faults. Buy from paytm i[censored] want to waste your time and money. You will have to call them up lot of times before they refund you the money. Also they dont have a toll free number. So you will have to call them and waste your time in waiting queue(which takes more than 10 min. to connect) and also waste money on your phone bills.

          This is in regard of a order made to online shopping web site Paytm.com. I ordered a laptop study table with the order number [protected] on 19the December 2015. The order was shipped by Mr. Ashwini from Bangalore to me. It reached after a long wait of 10 days and to my surprise when I opened the box the table was not the same as was described on the website, and more surprising thing was that the material used for it was of very bad quality and of course it was in semi broken condition. When I raised the complaint on 1st january 2016 i received a auto generated reply that my issue would be resolved with 24-48 hours. But till then I mailed them more than 10 times, but no action has been taken so far. Even the seller called me on 5 january and assured me about quick action. but after that he also become dumb. Its been 22 days when I order the product and 12 days from my first complaint. So I is very annoying for me and frustrating for me.. I don't want to keep this product now and wants my money back. So I hope you will raise the issue in front of company and compel them to pay an appropriate compensation for my suffering as well as cost of the product. Waiting you response I.A.

            Yesterday, By mistake I pressed refund tab in transaction history. and 269 rupees from my walled transferring to bank and its showing pending status.But that amount should not removed from wallet as that transaction is completed before few days.please retun my money. Txn id [protected]

              Paytm is not crediting cashback of 9999 to account. I have been trying for three months now(I bought the product in October 2015). They are asking me for a wallet upgrade that is required for transactions exceeding 10000. Every time I emailed them, they sent an auto generated mail telling me to apply for wallet upgrade. I stopped transacting for few days at the start of a month, keeping an empty wallet in the hope that I would get the cashback. But I never got it.Next, I registered for wallet upgrade but no one came to collect the documents. I called the agency subcontracted for this task(probably Siemens, I don't remember exactly). They provided me the number of the guy who was tasked with collecting documents in Kolkata. The man toyed with me for 20 days, giving out excuses for not being able to come. I would have called him more than 20 times in the meantime. Then I emailed Paytm to cancel the request. I got an affirmative reply from them cancelling my request on the pretext that I wasn't available when the guy contacted me(and according to them, he contacted me many times). I stopped using Paytm and haven't used it in more than a month now. I have lost hope of getting back the cashback.

                Hi Paytm Cc Team, I'm not able to reach you're all chargeable and toll free number. My oder id #[protected] Today's my mom is received my order in home address then she called me and told shoe's color is different both pairs. Aftr that i trying to reached you're all number like [protected], [protected],[protected] But there no response after all i frustrated and now am written complaints becoz it to big IT retail company and don't having service provided any chargeable or toll free number. When any issue in delivering so How to reach customers with Paytm? See my issue both pair shoe color is different and my mom not having multimedia phone so she don't capture picture.                   I have a Paytm account registered on my email id [protected]@ymail.com & use to do transactions regularly through my account. But now whenever I try to access my account they ask for OTP which is sent to mobile no. not owned by me. I have written multiple times to paytm email id [protected]@paytm.com requesting them to change my contact no so that I can access my account since I already have Rs.2250 stuck in my paytm wallet. I have also sent them my credit card statement showing transactions done by me. But yet I have not received any revert from them on the issue. Kindly, help me in atleast getting my amount of Rs.2250 back in my account Thanks Abhineet
                  Till now I have not received any revert from paytm. Please note my current mobile no. Is [protected] and my email address is [protected]@ymail.com.

                      So PayTM provides offers for baby diapers, for 50%, 40% cashback etc.. "Use code DIP50 to get 50% Paytm Cash. Free Shiping on all First Cry orders above of Rs 499. Minimum Cart Value 1000. Maximum Cashback Rs 500. COD option not available on applying this Promocode." I tried to buy a product priced 799. So as per the above offer on the product page, I should get 50% cashback that is 399 rupees in paytm wallet. Now note the fraudulent conditions they are applying. " *) Minimum cart value 1000 - So now i cannot buy only 1 pack of diaper. *) Maximum cashback Rs 500 - So even if i try to buy 2 packs it amounts to 799 + 799 = 1598 rupees and 50% of it should be 799, but these fraudsters will give only maximum 500 Rupees cashback. *) You cannot apply the code DIP50 to any other product so obviously you end up ordering the same product twice (799 + 799). Look how people are cheated by these scammers. Just by advertising attracting offers they are pulling the customers and end of the day they earn by cheating them.

                      Just now checked other products as well. Clearly evident that they are into big scam.

                      Pampers Pant Diapers Light And Dry Medium - 42 Pieces = 499 Rupees.
                      So since the above offer clearly states that minimum value should be 500, for 1 more rupee, i have to order another product priced atleast minimum 250 rupees.
                      so for 750 rupees (499+250), 40% discount should be 300 rupees. But these swindlers' offer states that 175 is the maximum cashback.

                      What are you thinking PAYTM ????? Are we nuts ?? Do you think Indians are sooo dumb ? These kind of offers we get in our local medical shop as well ? Whom are you trying to cheat ?
                      Cheating others and trying to come up is not a good sign of a successful startup. You guys will finally end up bankrupt and thrashed by the Indian society one day. And that day is not so Far.

                        Yesterday [11th jan 2016 ] I had booked an Printer [https://paytm.com/shop/p/hp-mfp-m128fn-multi-function-laser-printer-LARHP-MFP-M... from paytm and they have mentioned the product as an color printer which costs around 16k and when I checked for the product on official HP Website today, it shows that the product is not the color printer. Now the company says that the product can't be cancelled. When I raised the request for cancellation from the customer care service, they said wait for an email we will revert back to you. Now they say that it is against our cancellation policy and all. Does your cancellation policy says that PAYTM would mention wrong details and we won't cancel the product even if the product is not what we had mentioned.

                          Hello This is regarding the complaint against PAYTM order #[protected]. Please be informed that I had cancelled this order as I received duplicate products. Requested for return and they cancelled the return without prior notice saying they tried to reach me and 15 days have passed and hence cant return back the product Please take action against this seriously as they have neither refunded back my money nor returned back the product from me. Hope to get a positive reply

                            I got damaged products and company having policy to return the item within 15 days..so raised request within 10 days only they are not arranged to pick up. .n asking me to courier the same i m doing follow up with their customer service but alls waste...please support me to come out of this ...                                   Hi, Recently(4 days back) I was purchased Blackberry Z10 with order ID:[protected]. In that I found Adapter is not working and Headset is not brand of Blackberry. At the time purchasing they mentioned 1.5yrs manufacturing warranty and 6 months warranty for accessories. If the Headset is not made by Blackberry How blackberry company is responsible for repair it. For this I would like to raise a complaint about PayTM. Please help me to get my new brand product.

                                    As i done a recharge of 1200 for paying the bill to my wifi connection on 15 thy sept from HDFC debit card, so i recharged to pay tm for 1200 once so amount deducted of 1200 from bank and reflected in pay tm, so from pay tm wen im making payment to ACT fibernet the amount dint get recharged, so again i recharged 1200 to paytm from hdfc bank the amount reflected in paytm and i done the recharge to ACT fibernet so recharge was succesfull, so in this two time the amount of 1200 deducted but only the 1 time amount has been recharged, so regarding this i raised the complaint in hdfc bank they took 60 days to revert back to the complaint and info gvn to contact paytm, so raised the complaint in paytm with the trans details and with the bank details for the month of sept, and alos raised the complaint in ACT fibernet also regarding this so they told the amount is refunded to the bank, , so i called them and told that the amount is not yet refunded, so they asked to send the sept month bank statement, so two times i have sent the bank statemnt to ACT fibernet and also to Paytm merchant, so paytm merchant reverted me back saying that transaction is successfull in this and i shd contact Act finernet team for this, so again raised the complaint with the bank statement on dec 13 till now nobody bothered to get back, i lost my 1200 rs am not getting proper response from Act team Paytm Team and hdfc team, calling to them i lost my phone bill... so i need some shd be contacted me on this and refund my money of 1200 withe the interest for the 3 months and with my phone bill charged, , ...so yesterday act people contacted mee and told that amount is not reflected to us so pls contact pay tm merchant for this...i donno wat is happening I lost my money of 1200...if my issue is not resolved Il take it to higher level...its been already 4 months..

                                        I had lost my mobile i had registered paytm account to that mobile number.So im unable to use my account.But i know my mail id .I had sent my wallet money to one of my old account but the old account mobile number is lost so im unable to purchase, recharge etc.It was asking OTP .I have already complained them but they are not responding what is the solution for this problem.
