My order number in Paytm is [protected]. My reference id for bank transaction is IG0BGPWVL1. Amount:110 Recharge for MTS mobile. Amount for the the above details has been decucted but has not been received by PayTM. Kindly provide a solution to either get back the amount or for further process of recharge.

      I purchased a product on which I was supposed to receive a cashback of Rs.9999/-. As the wallet limit can only be 10000 for each month, I was told by their call center lady that I will receive the cashback in January and meanwhile I should request for the walled upgrade. I placed the request to upgrade the wallet on 21st Dec and received a confirmation email, however I have not received any call-back from their team till date to resolve the issue. I have not uploaded any amount in January so I have used 0 from the 10000 limit for this month, even their app validates the same. I called them again and even followed-up on email on the cash-back however they just keep sending me apologetic emails stating that it will be resolved soon. I would like them to either upload the cashback amount in my wallet or initiate the return of this product.

        I had recharged of rs 35 from paytm with offer full talk time, but in actual I got local 55 min for 1 day which is not required to me. I complaint both paytm help line as well as my idea operator also but no one take any responsibility please help!

          When i tried paying my MTS Data card([protected]) bill amount of Rs 1217 online on November-30th-2015 from MTS portal VIA PAYTM Gate way, I believe transaction got failed i did not get any transaction details got some error but money got detected from my HDFC bank. I raised complaint with HDFC complaint no (BANC[protected]). HDFC reverted back money is successfully transferred to merchant that is PAYTM for the bill payment of IDEA Mobile no([protected]) Money is NOT credited to MTS Data card no ([protected]). Ideally i payed for MTS data card no ([protected]). Raised may complaint with PAYTM my issue is still not resolved, Issue is open since 40+ days and PAYTM is least bothered to revert my money back. I can reach them only over email ([protected]@paytm.com) they are not at all reachable over any telephone no's. I have complete details in email which i fallowed up with them till date. I also sent multiple Reminders every time they say they will revert back after 24 to 48 hr's latter nothing will happen. I also cross checked with MTS team, they don't have any transaction coming in on Nov-30th-2015 following is the MTS ticket no which i raised (Dec/6740). They clearly revert back over email they did not receive any money from PAYTM. I have also attached Bank-statement for your reference. I am reachable on following mobile no- +91-[protected].

            Hi paytm, Last three months, I am requesting you regarding my money but you have not taken this issue seriously. I sent 1000 Rs in my paytm wallet out of that 290 i used for tata sky recharge and remaining money I am unable to use. I registered on paytm with my email id, I do not know from where you have taken my old number which is not existing now.                     I had added Rs. 500/- in the PayTM wallet in order to pay the MTNL bill on 31st May 2015. I did the transaction on 31st May 2015 to pay the MTNL bill through PayTM wallet, which initially was seen as successful, but later on it failed. The successful and failed transaction have different order ID. My MTNL bill was not paid, as it was unsuccessful, so I paid it separately through internet banking. Later on I followed up with PayTM about this failed transaction, and asked them when will the failed transaction amount will be reverted, but they didn't reply to my mail till many days. There have been various e-mails between them and me about this discussion, but the amount hasn't been reverted yet. I had to follow up with them at crude level, I finally had to use abusive language in one mail, and asked them I will file consumer complaint if they don't revert the amount, only then they started taking matters seriously, and this was just about 2 months ago. In their last mail they said the amount will be reverted in 48 hrs, but I am still waiting for it. Please help me with this matter. This is not about the money, its about doing the right thing, right way. They haven't been listening. Initially there was no customer care number to whom I can talk to, so I retorted to e-mails. Now, they have even removed the failed transaction history from my PayTM account transaction history. The only proof I have of that transaction now is the snapshot which is attached in the mail conversation with PayTM. This doesn't come under ethical industrial practice. They are just making money by removing the transaction history, and not reverting the money. This is what is irritating me. So finally I have to write the complaint. Below are the details of the transactions done on 31st May 2015: Recharge of Paytm Wallet with Rs. 500 - Order ID[protected] MTNL bill successful payment of Rs. 785 - Order ID[protected] MTNL bill Failed payment of Rs. 785 - Order ID[protected] Please help me with this. Thanks.

                      I ordered a lenovo laptop, paytm ref- [protected] of Rs 46499. I was supposed to get a cashback of Rs 5000 within 24 hrs of delivery. I have not recieved my cashback yet after 36hrs.

                          I have recharged my reliance GSM postpaid mobile through paytm i.e.. Rs 500/- I have paid Rs 150/- from my paytm wallet and rest I paid from my bank. It is noticed that there is something wrong with the paytm resulting in failure of my transaction.. The paytm have refunded me Rs 150/- and I didn't received remaining Rs 350/- which I have spent through bank. Regarding this issue, I have complained in the paytm care. The complaint have been registered and ticket also generated. Well, Please find below all the evidence for transaction - Step 1 - I have 1200 cashback in my Paytm wallet. Step 2 - I bought 2 maxima watches of 1274.00 rs from Jabong. Step 3 - I used Paytm gateway for transaction somehow transaction got cancelled and money has been deducted from my paytm and order was not placed successfully.                                 Paytm — paytm selling fake prodcuts, after inserting samsung memory card to 35000 RS mobile, mobile dead.. I have contacted mobile company who are saying that mobile is dead beyond repair. I am suing paytm to sell cheap and duplicate products online.I have contacted samsung and they said, the serial number of memory card is fake & they will not give warranty on it.Fight legal case with paytm.
                                Paytm is not accepting their mistake and asking stupid questions and trying to run away from their mistake in selling fake products online:
                                paytm is still behaving like it doesnot care of customers, its highly unacceptable and i want strict action on them asap.
                                paytm is fraud

                                Are you dumb enough not to understand that Samsung found the serial number of memory card fake and said they will not provide any warranty on it, do u think I m wasting time here? Paytm is selling fake memory cards and I have registered case in consumer court to deal with my loss, both financial and mental harrasment. You guys are working like robots and don't have any sense in dealing with customers, just copying scripts and sending the same script to every query of harassed customer will land paytm in public embarrassment and shame. Me and my lawyer know how to deal with such shameless online frauds.

Few days ago on 01/01/2016 i tried to transfer money from my bank account to paytm wallet but it was unsuccessful because of any reason.
