I did order a Masuri helmet through PAYTM on Saturday, December 26, 2015 11:18:30.
On 12/30/15, i got an email that my order was delivered(Which i didn't).Below is the email that they have send me .
Ticket #[protected]: Fwd: Order Delivered - Your Paytm Order #[protected] has been delivered. Rate your experience now.
I did email them that i didn't receive the product on same day i.e is on 12/30/15.
On Dec 31, 13:05: i got email saying that order has been delivered to wrong address.below is the proof.

After that i did call Paytm 24/7 support team, they said to Cancel/Return the item from the website and order a fresh one(Same Product) and also confirmed that they will give same offer that was present for the previous order.Below is the proof.
