I have booked a bus in PAYTM which got cancelled in last minute. I did not receive the refund amount yet . Customer care executive told me that it will be refunded within 48 hours . Its been 1 week since .

      I recharged my dish tv on 29.12.2015 but the recharge was not updated on my set up box though my money have been deducted from my atm. i've called the people from dish tv too but they said that they've already registered my complaint to paytm. please fix my problem asap as the switch off date for my tv has also passed the deadline. thank you.

          My Order #[protected] : I did order a Masuri helmet through PAYTM on Saturday, December 26, 2015 11:18:30. On 12/30/15, i got an email that my order was delivered(Which i didn't).Below is the email that they have send me . Ticket #[protected]: Fwd: Order Delivered - Your Paytm Order #[protected] has been delivered. Rate your experience now. I did email them that i didn't receive the product on same day i.e is on 12/30/15. On Dec 31, 13:05: i got email saying that order has been delivered to wrong address.below is the proof. ...             Dear sir, i have ordered the lenovo S660 mobile on 27/10/2015 of 6899 Rs. My order no. is [protected], but the product was defective. So i have returned the mobile after few days and it was delivered on 19/12/2015 to his mentioned address of Jalandhar(Punjab). They told me that once the product will be passed from testing, your money will be refunded in 24-48 hours. 16 days has been passed for this process, i have mailed so many times but there is no response from Paytm. so please i request you to do needfull. thanking you.               I place order in paytm 25- december- 2015. And they are saying that they deliver my order but i still don't receive it. and when i register complain about it they are not giving any type of positive response. They even did't call me that they are delivering my order to some one. So please solve my problem as soon as possible.
              I sent about 15 mail to them. Yesterday they said they deliver my order and today i receive email they can not deliver because order is delivered. And i don't get any call or message from their side about my order is deliver.

                      On[protected] I did my idea recharge with 349 rs with 20 rs paytm wallet balance it shows payment failed I got 20 rs as refund but I didn't get remaining balance

                        Hi Paytm Team, I have not received the 2G recharge but amount was deducted from my paytm wallet twice. I am trying to connect to you but my calls are charged without connecting to Paytm contact numbers. Two times money was deducted for my two transactions both for my airtel 2g recharge - 1. On 28th Dec 2015 at 2:00 PM for 178 Rs validaity 28 days. 2. On 29th Dec 2015 around 12:20 PM for 175 Rs validity 25 days. In both the cases amount was deducted by paytm and 2g recharge was not done. Please ensure to put the money back to paytm wallet. You can call me in case you need any clarifications @ [protected]. Regads, Archana

                                Hi Team, i ordered American Swan Multicolor Cotton Socks (Pack Of 3) socks but i got only 2 pair of socks. On pack (Pack Of 3) is there but there only 2 pais are there. As (Pack Of 3) i ordered, this is very big mistake by paytm, before that i newer saw this type of mistake by paytm. Please help to delivere 1 pair more. find the below ordered deail.

                                    I paid my mobile bill but it was not successfully paid on paytm site.After that amount comes in paytm wallet which transferred back to my bank.On their site, it is showing as success but not yet reflected to my bank account.It is almost 5 days no response from their side and their customer care number also not working.

                                      Dear Sir/Madamr, yesterday I recharged my Airtel prepaid with 220/- through Paytm DATED 4 jan 2016, but it did not recharged my mobile and the amount has deducted from my account and it is still saying that the order is successful on the paytm order status. When I called to the Airtel customer care they mentioned that the recharge has not done from the paytm side, so we are unable to process this recharge request.                                       Once I have registered the complaint here, a guy called me and told me that he is calling from Paytm but exactly he is not from paytm and looks like he was some hacker who wanted to get the bank details like card number, pin number etc.which is ideally not the correct way to work on this query. So, I am not sure whether this website is real or a fake website to help hackers to cheat with the customers.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, I recharged my Tata Sky D2H prepaid with 500/- twice through Paytm DATED 01 jan 2016, but it did not recharged my Tata Sky D2H and the amount has deducted from my account and it is still saying that the order is successful on the paytm order status. When I called to the Tata Sky D2H customer care they mentioned that only once the recharge has been done from the paytm side, and also checked my wallet account is nil amount so we are unable to process this recharge request.
