One of the PayTM client named Deepak Verma with Company I'd : 532352 have deducted rs 270 from my wallet without any reason The details are given below: fastticket order id#FTUTFA[protected] PayTM txn id#[protected] You are requested to send the given amount by today.And when i am calling him he was saying that the number dialled is wrong This definitely proves that paytm doesn't have smart members. Paytm also doesn't have any customer care no.

Hi ..yesterday i recharged on my no. [protected]..worth 200/- ..the transaction was successful...bt due to some airtel issues the recharge was not done..i thot..it wud b done till noe..bt still derz no confirmation...pls recharge or refund asap..

On 8th Nov 2015 while making the vodafone mobile bill payment amounting Rs. 4300 via Paytm the amount was debited though the transaction failed and I have checked the same with my Bank and they told the money is paid to Paytm merchant one 97 and till date no one has responded and they are making money out of so many failed transaction and this is their modus operandi to cheat million of people.

it was resolved since the money was refunded. but my data got leaked on the site and became victim of online fraud. never share any transaction details on this forum.

paytm the worst service worst payment mode worst service customer panel thu i made payment on 20nov15 7:41pm order no is [protected] vodafone bill payment Rs.290 which was failed in payment but debit in my account (i got the charge from vodafone to late payment of Rs.100/- )anyway but the amount which was debit is still unrefund and my try to call the customer call bloody from the 1dec yet my not connected wowwww paytm ki jai ho paytm plz do the refund and get lost from the Indian market hense i will never attempt to use your paytm and spread your lovly service in all social media and in m frizzz circle do contact me or refund my amount 290/- and get lsot thank you unhappy customer

Dear Sir I have purchase online woodland shoes from Paytm with size 6 pay 3745 and received size 7 along with cash back 1663. during return shoes PayTM taken back rs. 1663 and saying after return shoes they can return total amount i.e. 3745 but i have received only 2083 rs. Please do needful, and return my amount 1663 Thanks

My order number [protected] actually i ordered a apple iphone 6s 64 gb worth 60000 but i recieved a product which is having no warranty and that product belongs to apple ware house which is replaced product . so i asked them to replace it but they are not replacing it but they agreed to refund the money . but my problem is i paid through credit card by converting to emi .FOR emi they charge processing fees and interest which is not refundable so when paytm refund my money my emi will get closed and the charges are not refundable and more over i will get preclosure charges of emi too kindly help to replace the product or refund me those charges

I booked bus ticket from PAYTM travel agent was MEENA TRAVELS (PUNE) on 1/1/2016 and today2/2/2016 at 3:00PM simply travel agent was call me and informed bus was cancelled due to bus breakdown. (meena travels pune is not giving this statement on mail or paper) PAYTM IS SIMPLY GIVING OFFERS AND ATTRACTING TO CUSTOMER, BUT THE QUALITY IS WASTE TODAY WHAT I THINK. FINALLY, PAYTM PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT RS:700. DUE TO BUS BREAKDOWN.

This is regarding the paytm product - powerbank ambrane I had ordered the product from their site but after some time they have sent me message stating that order is cancelled .this happened with me 5 times each time a different reason was given like product not available, seller cancelled this product.Despite giving them 48 hours as they have asked they could not solve my issue.they have given me assurance that product will be given within 48 hours .Also they have given me a link from where I can order and even now the product gets cancelled after successful ordering.Also I have emails from their side .

Despite my repeated mails for return pickup of product they never reponded and after one month they have rejected the return requested that was approoved by them. They never sent any guy to get it picked and never responded to our mails . we have all the mails tarils and paytm autogenerated mail as well. PayTM order-id [protected] there is no on call service(customer care) to communicate this.. The fraud is, they have rejected my return without any reason. Pls have a look into this ? Thanks, Kishor
