I bought a gaana 12 month subscription and got a voucher of Paytm cash back which I could use once every month for 12 months. I successfully used it and got my cash back November. However when I tried to add money t my wallet using the code in December jy didn't accept it. Even now in January, it doesn't accept it. It says that the first usage should be before 18th December and I already used it in November once ie before 18tj December. When I contacted their customer care, they didn't solve my problem. There are no terms and conditions which say that. Really disappointed with the treatment of the complaint.
Same problem facing. please share with paytm and gaana on twitter

As per your promise of 30% cashback while transacting at dominos via paytm wallet and i had used 30% cashback option at payment page.Still i hadn't got any cashback. Kindly process it as fast as you can.

      On Jan 1st 2016 I have done bus booking 4m Hyderabad to nellore( kesineni travels) I paid through paytym in cleartrip app. Booking nt done but mny debited 4m my Hdfc account. Pls verify my query n return back my mny as early as possible

        I have been first struggling with courier team since 27th DECEMBER ;calling them daily and only response i had was it will be delivered within 24 hours. Today is 1 JANUARY after being told my item is not traceable for which i have already paid Rs.49000 plus the shipping charges. and till date i am being told to have patience for 24 to 48 hours. Till date no resolution or the item has been delivered to me. Is it some kind of joke going on the justification provided by the courier team"Your item is not traceable then for what i have paid 49000 rs?' As i have already informed over phone maximum i will wait will be by today only and not a single day more. If you can provide me the item well and good else i am not interested anymore in buying any stuff from paytm because of the mental stress it has caused from past one week.And kindly refund the whole amount in my bank account itself and not paytm wallet as after this stressfull experince i am not going to make any transaction with PAYTM.

My bank will charge 13% interest for the amount of Rs 32000 as paytm is failing to refund me back my money.What is the update to this? Will paytm be paying the charges I will be paying to bank???!!! and why there is no update post 48 hours also?

            I have ordered a 16 GB sandisc pendrive from Paytm online purchase. i got courier yesterday and i opened the courier pouch but inside the pouch there is a bill and a blank sandisc puch. there is no memory card inside the pouch. i have informed to paytm customer care and waiting for their reply. regards Riyas Rasheed

                  I have done transaction of mobile number for 3 times of Rs 400/- Amount has been deducted from SBI Account Amount not refunded in my wallet and not in SBI Account.. Please sort out this problem as soon as possible because problem persist from 29-Sep-2015. I asked to bank, they replied that amount is successfully debited from our end.

                      I booked a bus ticket from paytm with order number- [protected] and applied the promocode FLAT140 for rs 140 cash back but i have not received any cash back and i submit a complaint as well with ticket number[protected].but they are reverting me with a message that" i have not applied any promocode" which is totally lying.. because this is not possible as i booked the three tickets continously and i got cash back for 2 tickets but not received the cash back of last ticket . and i also want to add one more thing that even they dont reply on my mail .                             I had booked a bus from ernakulam to cochin on 23rd december. When bus arrived, my seat was sold to another person and I did not get my seat. I had emailed Paytm and they asked 48 hours to resolve the issue. Now 5 days over and no answer from their side. The order number is [protected] and complaint number is 00107645.

                                  Dear consumers, Do not buy products on PAYTM. It sells fake products without MRP, manufacturing & expiry date. See attached images. I bought Loreal conditioner and it mentioned 20% cashback and I suppose I fell in the trap. The product I received is FAKE. It says country of origin "SPAIN" but it has no import entry on it. I have been constantly following up with their customer care and every time I get a response we will get back to you within 24-48 hrs. But they haven’t got back to me yet. Once they replied kindly return the product but my fight isn’t about return goods. You are fooling customers by selling FAKE products.

                                    Hi! It's been almost a month, but my issue has not been resolve yet. I received an email on 28th Nov for special recharge of Rs. 400+ with offer of Rs. 40 Cash Back. I followed the link which was given in that email and made a recharge of Rs. 510 on 5th Dec during which I didn't get the option to enter promocode "TATA400" bcos of which i didn't get cash back. I had already given the snapshot of my recharge steps in which there is no option to enter promocode. I already communicated with one of the executive Mr. Afzal regarding this, but I think he himself not sure about this promocode. He told me that promocode has expired. Ref : 00067395 Your Query with Paytm Care (SF) I received this promocode on 4th Dec as well and last time I received this promocode on 26Dec.
