After having a conversation with SONALI(the senior most person available as told). I still do not have any update on my item or money is refunded back. 48 hours have already been passed. Still no update is there. Why do the customer need to run after you guys to claim the money which is his/her only. It is due to you carelessness/incompetency that I am being made to suffer mentally as well as financially. My bank will charge 13% interest for the amount of Rs 32000 as paytm is failing to refund me back my money.What is the update to this? Will paytm be paying the charges I will be paying to bank???!!! and why there is no update post 48 hours also?
