Hi, I am also a victim of Paytm. I have booked(Rs 3600) a bus ticket using Paytm on 18th Dec 2015. Money has been deducted from my paytm account but ticket has not been booked. I asked bus traveler and they confirmed that they have not received any amount from my name(paytm). Bus Traveler said if they get money I would have got the message as a confirmation that ticket has been booked. I did not get any message, it confirms that traveler has not received money from paytm.

I have been sending email to [protected]@paytm.com since 18th Dec everyday but they are not providing any solution and not responding the email as well. I am totally fade up with paytm.

Hence I have decided to file a complain against paytm. I can not leave them like that.

      I bought a product from Paytm, in site actual MRP is showing 2099 and they are giving 48% discount so i got product in 1099 but when i received my product i checked in product box clearly mentioned MRP is 1190. I raised a compliant in Paytm via email and call but every time i got one answer from Paytm that "we initiated product reverse pickup and will refund your money. we will take strict action against that seller." But after 7 days also, same product is available in PayTM site with same fake MRP 2099. So PayTM is just making fool to customer by highlighting big discounts.

        Hi Sir, I have booked a Inder Volvo Bus ticket on Paytm on 23rd December 2015 for Delhi to Jammu on 24th December 2015. Paytm Ticket id : OFQPTQ, Order No.: [protected] On the day of boarding the bus, I contacted the bus operator number mentioned on the ticket. Mobile: [protected] But they told me that due to some technical issues in the bus, the bus is not going. To reconfirm this, I called them again from different number and again they told that bus has been cancelled. They told me to ask paytm and they will refund your full amount. Then I immediately called the Paytm customer care on : [protected] and they told me that please dont cancel the ticket and just write an email at : [protected]@paytm.com for refund. If I cancel the ticket, full amount will be deducted and nothing will be refund to you. So, I did the same and wrote an email to paytm. Now, it's almost 6 days and no refund has been processed and also i didnot receive any reply from Paytm customer care. I tried to call them so many time and they are saying that we have to wait as they have not got any confirmation from bus operator. Please help me sir to get my full refund of Rs.1900/- Regards Sumit [protected]

          Paytm has delivered unsealed laptop and when i open it at that time i found that the battery is missing so that i informed to them for give me any resolution but they didnt gave me any resolution so after completing more than 1 month i purchased battery from market but they are not compansating for that battery

            This complaint is regarding order no.[protected] dated 15 dec 2015, I purchased lehanga of ru 4550 from paytm but it was defected and low quality I requested return they approved return but till date have not received the product, they did same thing with me earlier in that case they took whole month to return the product but this time I dont have this much time, my money is hang with them and they have no care of their regular customer please resolve my problem.

              On 26 December at 5:40 I order a dominos pizza online... when i made the payment of 718 Rs for my order online though PAYTM... and then i got message from pnb that your account is debited with 718Rs and then the site is close but when i check my order from Domino's they said you have no order... but my account is debited of 718 Rs...                 I had placed an order for IPhone 5S through order no [protected] on dated 21 December for Rs. 21713 which was paid to Paytm through 3 EMI on my credit card. Material delivered to me on dated 28th December through Delivery. As per Paytm policy cash back use to credited to paytm wallet after delivery but the same is not there. I have written two mails to paytm and in one mail I got answer that you have not applied for discount code so you are not eligible for it but I am 200% sure the code was used and it showed me the effective price after cash back also. Other mail reply explains that it was an EMI based order so cash back will be credited to Paytm wallet once return period is over. I am confused now which reply is correct. Should I return the material or I should wait for return period to be over. Regards Inderjit Singh

                    I ordered for samsung galaxy A5 in White color. It costed me 19100. This product was also available in pearl white color which costed 18700 at that time. But paytm has send me Samsung Galaxy A5 in pearl white color instead of white color. When I called them they told me that the only option i have is to return the product. They don't have exchange policy. It is a case of deception. If they did not have this mobile in white color they should not have given an option to choose white color and when they have send a product with wrong color they can at least refund me the extra money that i paid for white color.                           Don't ever shop with PayTm they use to sell defected product with their tie-up seller and when we use to return that product they return it back with reason "SELLER REJECTED TO ACCEPT THE PRODUCT". I have gone through this fraud online company, I have purchased Ambrane P[protected] mAh Power Bank (White & Black) Order No is[protected]. They Sent Defected product to me and they when i complained they said to return me through courier. I have couriered but the courier gets returned back to me as the seller refuse to accept. I have courier twice to given address through THE PROFESSIONAL COURIER Doc. No (486106 & 486685) The PayTM is totally crossing their limit, Please help me and share this post as much as you can

                            Hi myself [protected]@ail hv booked krackerjack carnival tickets through book my show app using paytm wallet. Total booked five tickets amounting R's 1005; paytm offer was 10 + 50% cash back using paytm wallet dated 18th Dec 2015. Hv written several mails to paytm customers care and they confirm me will get back to me with in 24 to 72 hrs n this way they passed time. Now no reply from their side and no cash back too...I am attaching screen shot of transaction made and offer plan. Pls sort this aasàp. I need my cash back at all cost.                                 I online ordered 8 nos. Of dress material of Kunj faishan on 22 Dec 2015 but on 29 Dec 2015 msg. came regarding cancellation of my all Item. I called customer care their replied was not satisfactory. The system is not good, they are playing with consumer money, time and emotions. I want my ordered product not money.

But no amount has been credicted so for to my wallet account or refunded to my back to bank account. Looking in to this and get back immediatly.

                                    I have booked a bus from tirupati to bangalore using pay tm service, on 27th dec 2015, but i got message from vendor stating bus has been canceled and same confirmed with the customer care .after confirmation with customer care i have cancelled ticket and rebooked the other ticket from paytm itself. I have also recived message from pay tm ur refund process is intiated, but still ihave not recived cash back, even if the bus has been cancelled. Request u to refund money from paytm .                                       I made a payment of Rs. 401.22 from BookMyShow through PayTm payment gateway on[protected]. The transaction has failed by PayTm. Its been month but still didn't get refund amount. I checked with bank and Book My Show also both are saying that payment received to PayTm successfully. I approached PayTm multiple times but they are not having any details and clearly they are saying this without checking in details. I have provided the payment ID also to PayTm which bank provided to me. Very poor response from PayTm. I will say they are real cyber thief.

                                        I had ordered a washing machine twice, but cancelled the first order. As both the washing machines arrived, I cancelled one of the washing machines and returned it but kept the other one. I was told that the money would be refunded soon. It has been more than 50 DAYS now, and we are still fighting for the refund.
