Dear sir ! Iam bought my htc desire 816g in june, in sangeetha store at nizamabad. At that time paytm offer is there i.e., if we download the paytm app 600 rupees will credit in my wallet but till now i din't got it..

I did an online recharge for my pre-paid MTS connection number [protected]. The transaction was done using the PayTM gateway. My bank account showed a deduction of Rs. 577, but MTS recharge was not sucessful. I first contacted the MTS customer support, they informed to wait a time frame of 7-10 business days for a refund, which hasn't occurred yet. Then I emailed PayTM customer support with the details of my transaction, but they keep asking me for an order number which does not exist as the payment wasn't successful in my MTS account. I ordered a Laptop on 23rd Dec shown "in stock" and paid the complete amount and after 2 days the seller says the product is out of stock so they are unable to deliver the same instead can deliver another laptop which is not even worth the product I ordered (Order ID# [protected]). Just because of this I am unable to order same laptop from another seller due to the refund procedure of max 10 working days. It is urgent for me to buy a new one. There were issues with the paytm site while claiming cashback. Since last day had approached I called customer care and they suggested me to try after 24 hrs and that since there were issues at paytm end the offer would be extended else the person would help me claim cashback from backend. Now, when I am following up on the same they say offer has expired.

I have purchased heels online from paytm. I paid 839/- from my bank account. After some days product delivered to me and i got 479/- in my wallet as cash back. But the product was not fit to me so i returned it. After few minutes paytm team generate a ticket id to return product.And my wallet account again 0 as earlier. They took back 479/- cash back. That was OK. After 1 hour i purchased again a another product from paytm, now they suddenly adjust 479/- which they gave as cash back to me for the first order and took 202/- from my bank account. That was so surprising. My wallet was 0 but they adjust 479/-. I cancelled my order again. I got 202/- back of the second order. And i got 360/- back of first order. But they put 479/- in wallet which needs to be transfer in my bank account. Now i am sending mails to paytm again and again but didn't get any solution. Now they mailed me that i have to purchase anything from paytm of 479/- they can't refund this mount. I think its disgusting. If i paid full amount from my bank then how can paytm hold my money in wallet as called cash back. If i cancelled my order then how can they put as cash back. I want back my balance money in my account. Now they mailed that i have to transfer my wallet amount to bank thrw wallet app. I am not stupid, Why will i pay 4% extra. I want my full balance asap.
