I did an online recharge for my pre-paid MTS connection number [protected]. The transaction was done using the PayTM gateway. My bank account showed a deduction of Rs. 577, but MTS recharge was not sucessful. I first contacted the MTS customer support, they informed to wait a time frame of 7-10 business days for a refund, which hasn't occurred yet. Then I emailed PayTM customer support with the details of my transaction, but they keep asking me for an order number which does not exist as the payment wasn't successful in my MTS account.
The details of the transactions are as follows.
