I have recharged R-M Wallet Rs.500/- and Rs.100/ on 13 rd Dec 2015 and Rs.100/- on 29th Dec2015. Totally Rs 700/- This is for UTS APP. But no amount has been credicted so for to my wallet account or refunded to my back to bank account. Looking in to this and get back immediatly.
Sorry first transaction of 23rd of Dec 2015 instead of 13th Dec 2015.

    I have booked a bus from tirupati to bangalore using pay tm service, on 27th dec 2015, but i got message from vendor stating bus has been canceled and same confirmed with the customer care .after confirmation with customer care i have cancelled ticket and rebooked the other ticket from paytm itself. I have also recived message from pay tm ur refund process is intiated, but still ihave not recived cash back, even if the bus has been cancelled. Request u to refund money from paytm .       I made a payment of Rs. 401.22 from BookMyShow through PayTm payment gateway on[protected]. The transaction has failed by PayTm. Its been month but still didn't get refund amount. I checked with bank and Book My Show also both are saying that payment received to PayTm successfully. I approached PayTm multiple times but they are not having any details and clearly they are saying this without checking in details. I have provided the payment ID also to PayTm which bank provided to me. Very poor response from PayTm. I will say they are real cyber thief.

        I had ordered a washing machine twice, but cancelled the first order. As both the washing machines arrived, I cancelled one of the washing machines and returned it but kept the other one. I was told that the money would be refunded soon. It has been more than 50 DAYS now, and we are still fighting for the refund.

              I booked hotel room via paytm order no [protected]. When i reached at hotel the manager denied me to allot me room .he told that money not received by him. I was forced to cancel the booking. I cancel the booking but amount not refunded in my paytm wallet. I made complain through [protected]@paytm.com several times but they did not replied. First of all felt embarressed as i was accompained with my old aged parents. I felt more miserable when paytm did not responded appropriately. Pl sugest me for action.

                24/12/2015 PAYTM NOIDA IN 445.26 24/12/2015 ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS 97 L NOIDA 445.26 The above transaction has been deducted from credit No. [protected] HDFC bank credit card. 1st transaction was un sucessfull but the amount has been deducted from my credit card account. Therefore, please return wrong deducted amount Rs. 445.26 in my account at the earliest.

                  I purchased a Bi cycle in ‪Paytm‬ (Order Number is [protected]) and received the product on December 8 2015. I had ordered for Kross K30 26T Multi Speed bicycle but I had received Kross K30 26T Single Speed bicycle. I've been chasing them since then to return the product but they're simply saying that, they're arranging for the pick up and it will be done in 4-5 days since December 8 2015. I'm really frustrated and irritated with their worst service and please don't buy any product in Paytm

                      Hi, I have booked ticket from paytm on 29th sep, 2015. My ticket details are as below. From - Pune To - Valsad Journey date - 10/11/2015 PNR No[protected] Seat No - 8 Non AC Sleeper Travels Name - Datta Krupa Travels On the day of my journey I called Datta krupa travels to confirm for bus timings once. They asked me for my PNR No. They checked in their records and told me that you have not booked any ticket. On your PNR no there is some different name. Then they asked that from which website you have booked? I told them I have booked from Paytm. Then they again checked in their records and informed me that it shows that you have booked from Redbus.in and cancelled it so another passenger had booked ticket. I contacted paytm, but as you might know they don't have phone number to call so I wrote a mail on [protected]@paytm.com. On that day I manage my journey through some other travels. Paytm had not replied to my mails. Then after writing many mails for refund they told me that they have confirmed with operator and operator had confirmed that passenger had travelled so they will not return my money back. The truth is I have not travelled that day. I called Datta Krupa Travels many times but not received good response from them. I am requesting you to do some need full. I want my money back. I don't know what was the problem with their records, how they allow another passenger to book for the same seat. I have never cancelled my ticket on paytm still they have considered it as cancelled. I can still show that ticket in my orders list in green highlight. if we cancel any order paytm shows it in red highlight. But I can still see in green, I am attaching the screen shot for my order list as well as my ticket. Please refund my money. I have wrote lots of mail to paytm,

                          I have order a shoes in discount offer and selectded size 7(41) but paytm has send me oversize it has size 8(42) and I have complaint it against it but they said paytm has no policy to exchange.I request plz send correct size to me as i can wear it. They told me that they can only refund the money but I want correct size of my shoes.I have bought this shoes on discount offer and they have refused to give same discount on shoes.If after 15 days they will refund my money so I have wasted my time and money and also maintaily disturbed.

                          Paytm has done this intensly and i am feeling cheeted by PAYTM.

                          I request take strick action on PAYTM and excahnge my shoes with one no. short. ith penalty.

                            I am Rutwik Ambadkar.I ordered Sandisk Dual 3.0 64 GB pen drive on 23 dec. 2015 at 9 PM via paytm app Order ID : [protected]. When i opened the package today i was shocked to see that the package delivered empty.It was packed without actual pen drive.Is this service do you provide to your loyal customers.
                            I have heard bad vibes about paytm service but never faced such a critical issue.I will go to consumer forum if proper action is not taken.Please help me out and refund my money.

                              When I made a new account in paytm I got a link and a promocode.According to it if I purchase product of Rs499 and above I would get a cash back of Rs250 but nothing like this happens yet.kindly look forward for the matter

                                I booed a bus for Agra. But bus did not show up.I called the bus operator and he said that bus does not operate on Fridays. I called your customer care almost 50 times and you just picked thrice each time promising me call back which you didn't. After waiting for almost an hour in chilling weather in ear;y morning, I left for home. I woke at 5 I paid 500 rs to ola cab plus I had to cancel the hotel booking and return trip and its not just about money, because of you my whole long weekend of 4 days has been ruined and I rarely get holidays in my field of work. And its still 4 days I lodged the complaint still no word from you.
                                Poor service by PAYTM
                                Thanks for this post, was just about to book a bus from paytm. Will choose some other service

I tried to book movie ticket through Bookmyshow App. While making payment I tied Paytm but in that some other id is logged in. but the problem is everytime I try to use paytm it will show the wrong paytm id auto loggedin. I want to logout that wrong paytm id and use my own paytm id. Kindly help me.

Paytm shows recharge is successfull but the recharge is actully not done. I atteched screenshot of this transaction and their order number. Please see attachment joined with this.
