I have booked ticket from paytm on 29th sep, 2015.
My ticket details are as below.
From - Pune
To - Valsad
Journey date - 10/11/2015
PNR No[protected]
Seat No - 8 Non AC Sleeper
Travels Name - Datta Krupa Travels
On the day of my journey I called Datta krupa travels to confirm for bus timings once. They asked me for my PNR No. They checked in their records and told me that you have not booked any ticket. On your PNR no there is some different name. Then they asked that from which website you have booked? I told them I have booked from Paytm. Then they again checked in their records and informed me that it shows that you have booked from Redbus.in and cancelled it so another passenger had booked ticket.
I contacted paytm, but as you might know they don't have phone number to call so I wrote a mail on [protected]@paytm.com. On that day I manage my journey through some other travels.
Paytm had not replied to my mails. Then after writing many mails for refund they told me that they have confirmed with operator and operator had confirmed that passenger had travelled so they will not return my money back.
The truth is I have not travelled that day. I called Datta Krupa Travels many times but not received good response from them.
I am requesting you to do some need full. I want my money back. I don't know what was the problem with their records, how they allow another passenger to book for the same seat.
I have never cancelled my ticket on paytm still they have considered it as cancelled. I can still show that ticket in my orders list in green highlight. if we cancel any order paytm shows it in red highlight. But I can still see in green, I am attaching the screen shot for my order list as well as my ticket.
Please refund my money. I have wrote lots of mail to paytm,

Updated by Urvashi1 I have yet not received any mail or call from Paytm.
I have order a shoes in discount offer and selectded size 7(41) but paytm has send me oversize it has size 8(42) and I have complaint it against it but they said paytm has no policy to exchange.I request plz send correct size to me as i can wear it. They told me that they can only refund the money but I want correct size of my shoes.I have bought this shoes on discount offer and they have refused to give same discount on shoes.If after 15 days they will refund my money so I have wasted my time and money and also maintaily disturbed.
Paytm has done this intensly and i am feeling cheeted by PAYTM.
I request take strick action on PAYTM and excahnge my shoes with one no. short. ith penalty.
