I have done online recharge for MTS emblaze Ultra for Rs.1599/- by using my Debit Card of Canara Bank on[protected]. I have received a message (Your account to xxxxxxxx1963 is debited with Rs.1599.00 on 9/9/2015 Towards POS withdrawal). but still have not received the recharge amount. My recharge is no successful. Dear Sir I brought Mahindra Gusto Scooter through Paytm . and selected cash back offer of 5000/ but now post delivery they are not providing the cash back . request your help in this regard.

I made a payment to dominos via paytm of Rs.318 . Tried calling Paytm (the worst ever customer care service), they did not pick up or connect the call. Dominos responded immediately saying they did not receive the amount. I checked my bank details, money is with paytm but they dont pick up the calls, Useless number they have. Does anyone know how to get them to answer ?

I did payment in add money In my paytm wallet rs.422 and two times . total money rs.844 on 23/12/2015 through PayTm. This transaction has used Rs. 844 from my bank balance where as remaining amount was to be paid by debit card. unfortunately transaction has failed and 844 rupees debited in my debit card . My paytm order [protected] dated 21/12/15 was maliciously cancelled by someone fraud person and they used that refunded money on ebay.in for shopping Here the main question is that how anyone uses paytm wallet without OTP and I did not get any sms of that transactions. If without OTP wallet uses then where is security. And paytm wallet limit is 10000 then how they addes 15255 into wallet. It is against RBI rules and regulations. I ordered a Woodland boot (Woodland Dark Brown Mid Ankle Boots) from PayTM and I got a duplicate copy of the boot. Image in woodland website and PayTM were exactly same, but the product I got doesn't have the woodland tree logo on the leaf of boot.

Last month, I purchased the shoes from paytm website and within a month, the shoe is torn apart from the stiches at front side of the shoes. My problem with paytm is not regarding the return of shoes, but there is no warranty on the shoes they are selling online. Although Nike provides a warranty period of 6 month in each and every shoe which is also written in the policy section of the company's website. So, howcome paytm are telling me that there is no warranty in this product. According to their customer care reply, there is no warranty of any product that is bought online. Nike products always comes with a warranty, whether it is bought online or from any store. It means Patym is selling duplicate Nike products and pricing them at par with the original products or they are selling defected products. So, I just know that, are we fools sitting at home and buying online products from this fraudlent website.

Hi. as I have added 248 Rupees to my paytm wallet on 30/11/2015, money debited by paytm from my bank and not credited in my paytm wallet. I have complained about this to them on 1/12/15 and at first they said they have not debited, after asked me to provide a bank statement and I have provided it, now they are saying that amount has not debited by paytm and saying me to consult my bank. it's been 22 days now . After playing with me for these many days, they said we didn't debited but bank statement clearly shows that it's debited by paytm. After having such a proof and still they are lying and fooling me. This is called cyber robbery and i wish you to teach a strong lesson for paytm.
