I have ordered ADS Good choice A - CLK Kajal Item code #[protected]. having offer of buy one and get 2 kajals.total i was going to have 3 kajals And they have deliverd me Mars Kajal Good Choice mkTMHR With Hair Rubber Band which i have not ordered. I have orderd for 157 RS. and the thing which i have got is 84 Rs only.

    14 days over but still I cheek my bank or card but my debut amount 586 was not reflecting.

    Kindly tell me what is the problem???

    Today I contact my bank and cheek with mini statement but I had been seen any 586 rupees not credited last 14 days.

    So, my question was how many days are remaining to credit this amount?

    Again I request to Paytm please as soon as possible take an action and credit my 586 amounts.

    Please don’t getting any sympathy with me. I want take a appropriate action in this regarding matter.


    Now I take action with you & and your poor service.

        I bought 2 product from quikr during the promotion for which i was supposed to recieve Rs 1000 for 1 product and Rs 750 for another. the quikr team confirmed that they have iniated the cashback 1 week ago from their end and even provided the transaction id to me via mail. i sent a mail to paytm team but they dont bother to reply to tha custoumer mails. i kindly request you to check and make it possible to recieve the cashback ASAP. the trasaction id provided by quickr is mentioned below : Transaction Id:[protected] Transaction Id:[protected]

          I have ordered "STYLE AMAZE Blue Georgette Semi StitchedSuit" and at the time of placing order there were discount of 50% on applying promo code WEEK50. I have applied the code and product is got delivered but I haven't got cashback of 550 yet. Not i have called many times to customer care and they are saying only one thing that we have forwarded your query to concern department but haven't got any approval for cashback. For calling customer care i have spent more than 70-80 inr are customer care number is not toll free. It feels like place order on PayTM and get harassed yourself. Please help me out in it. Regards, Hopeless consumer.

            Had purchased the TV on 2nd December & within a day i informed them that have forgot to click on the promo code by which i get a cash back on the product. that time I was informed after the product is delivered than only Paytm will be able to take up this matter. On 12th the product was delivered & mailed them again, intially was told they will revert in 72 hours. Had resend the mail on 20th Dec & now they are keep on saying as you had not selected the promo code & made the payment so they will not give the cashback. Either why they can keep one selling price so no one has to select the promocode. Its like they are selling the product at a lower price but looking on person like my who forget to click & make money.

              Hello PayTm Team. What the hell is happening to you guys. "Paagal PayTM I am facing this problem for the last 2 orders, Don't know what's their strategy, After placing the order they will send mail that "Delay in Shipment for your Order" and We are coordinating with the seller and giving the seller 2 more days to ship the item. We will keep you informed when there are any further updates.for this and finally the items will cancelled. If you are are not capable to place the order then Don't sell. Only paper its good for you guys. Other online shopping websites are too much better that you PayTM Guys. This really upset for me. This is not acceptable. You are taking the money.                     Someone else is using my email id. I can login through my mobile and if i want to add my email id. The account says email id used by some other account. I have wrote may mails about the same but no reply as come yet from paytm . They also don't have customer care no. when i can talk to executive.
                    Paytm — Fraud and illegal business by PayTM - tickets pending resolution from months - Higher authorities sleeping
                    Following issues are pending with PayTM support. I have mailed them "n" number of times for each issue on [protected]@paytm.com keeping their Service Head and Grievance Officer also in loop at [protected]@paytm.com & [protected]@paytm.com but never got resolutions. Even Service Head and Grievance Officer are like sleeping emails with not even a single reply till date. --> Ticket #[protected]: Recharge - Wrong benefits

                      Hi, I have recharged my mobile [protected] on 15th Dec 2015, from paytm.com from my order page it is showing successfully recharged, but I didnt get any recharge amount. I have called to Vodafore care, they are telling me, not received any recharge yet. I have complaint to Paytm support, they are telling me they are looking it, but 6 days gone, neither received any amount nor they back my money. even on order page not showing my mobile number where as my previous have shown it. (I have attached the screenshot) . Also I am attaching my invoice regarding this recharge. Please take care of it

                                      Order no. [protected] 15 De 2015 05:58 PM. Recharge of Rs. 56 for bsnl not received. Complained about this in paytm customer care but they are saying that recharge has been done but not in the case. Also Order no. [protected] 13 Dec 2015 12:47 PM. Rs. 50 to be added into paytm wallet as I requested from my bank account but cash is not added to the wallet also Rs. 50 has been deducted from my bank account, on asking to the bank's customer care they said that contact paytm customer care, no response is shown by paytm as I complained 4-5 times.
                                      As you can see in the image from my orders page in paytm site that transaction is completed also amount is deducted but order is failed, no money credetid to paytm wallet.
