      Hello i'm deepesh joshi i ve made a recharge my dongle Amount Rs. 248/- on 19 Dec '15 2:12 pm. i.e (MTS Number [protected]) (Transaction ID [protected]) ([protected]-PaytmMobileSolutionP) by HDFC Net Banking. Money has been deducted from my account but no recharge done. i need to make an impotent mail to my boss. while speaking with CCE (MTS) thy saying money will be refund in 7 working day. i did recharge again with the same amount Rs. 248/- at evening around 6 PM 19 Dec '15 ([protected]-PaytmMobileSolutionP) again money has been deducted and no recharge done. I m really frustrated now. how my recharge not done with right source like MTS main website. any why 7 days refund policy i could not understand. i ve spent 248+248=496, please make an interest rate of 7 days. this is really frustrating. i want to sue paytm for fraudery. i want you to take serious action for the Fraud. i want my money back soon

                I have been constantly trying to redeem the amount by entering the code available inside the wrapper from last 2 week. It alwaysdisplayed please try again after some time and from last 3 days it says that the offer has expired. I have many such biscuit packets at home which are left to be redeemed. Kindly look in the matter and let me know why am I not able to redeem the amount. Thank you

                  Order Number: [protected] | I am unable to Cancel the Ticket (OFK8K2) from Coimbatore to Bangalore (.. When I press cancel Ticket it asks to press ok and when I press OK the dialogue box disappears and the ticket is not cancelled...There is only 5-6 hours left to cancel..CANCEL THIS IMMEDIATELY. I think this is a trick by PAytm that they wont allow people to cancel and when the time runs by they will share the money with the travel partner..I want the ticket to be cancelled and Refund 720 Rs ASAP

                      I had made my reliance bill payment of 1600 ₹ on 27/11 . Operator ref no.[protected]. I had made a detailed complaint also, they have just registered compaint by auto response, there is no response or redressal. They have also been similarily fooling me about my complaint for tatasky payment, which they respond to havving credited, but its not. I will be moving to consumer court tomorrow

                        Very cunningly BIGBASKET cites technical issues and trifurcated my single transaction into 2 smaller ones apart from the larger one (~1500 Rs) PayTM went a step ahead of Bigbasket and gave me a cashback of 10 Rs for ~50 Rs smaller transaction by Bigbasket. After submitting 12 emails and proofs that PayTM has not delivered on its promise and realizing thousands others here cheated by PayTM - rubbish customer support. Ticket #[protected]

                            This is Kothandaraman from chennai have Purchased Cipla Plast Folding Stainless Steel Ladder With Chrome Finish - Milanoss 4 Steps on 10th December 2015 for Rs 3721 with 30% discount. For the same product they offer 40% yesterday(17/12/2015) today the offer price(18/12/2015) is 50% i.e almost 800 rs in difference with in a span of 8 days from the same seller. I have talked with Anubhav Verma([protected]) from Regis Home Essentials they told me that offer code is by PAYTM not from the seller. Regis Home Essentials phone number :[protected](Anubhav Verma) So it is very clear that PAYTM is ABSOLUTE CHEATER. Kindly take necessary action against PAYTM.
                            Worst Shopping site.100% fraud.

                              Hello sir/madam,

                              I booked bus ticket id(OFCU17) and ticket pnr(XX5HMD2) from agra to delhi on 6th dec 2015 scheduled at 6 30 pm through paytm .When I reached the address mentioned i did not find any AC bus over there .When i called the concern travel agency (balaji travels ) i was told they do not provide any AC bus service it was a mistake of PAYTM to display it wrong .Lastly i bored some bus with so many problems.He assured me your amount will be refunded.I suffered a lot because of this.I contacted [protected]@paytm.com they raised ticket nos#67776 but no refund was provided.When i mailed them again for the follow up my Email was blocked.Please address my issue regarding this increase of fraud.

                                Its been months since i've been a regular buyer with paytm. Earlier just a login was enough to operate your account till they introduced password verification of registered mobile no. The mobile no. I had been using initially was no longer operational and due to their otp verification policy i was not allowed to login to my account even though the login password was correct. Since september i've been writing mails to them from my registered mail i.D. To change my mobile no. In their records but their dumb and utterly stupid customer care executives like spkomal, gyan and madhukar tiwari have been sending irrelevant, stupid and utter nonsense reverts which means that they do not want to refund my amount which has been locked in paytm wallet. It is a clear case of cheating and fraud. I request all of you not to trust paytm even for a single penny and do not keep even a single paisa in their wallet else they will find out a new way to cheat you by not enabling you to use it or get it refunded to your bank account. Do not trust paytm as they are cheaters.

Sir matter PAYTM to the E Mail, he said, from 8 to 10 days in 1900 ₹ Ritun either side and they gave me the details of the transaction. any employee of PayTm the 1900 ₹ Riturn called me and said to me, the SBI A / c number taken. From 8:45 to 9:30 pm between the[protected] ₹ steal them from my Ac. My 1900 ₹ information are the only ones PAYTM. Then of course with the help of these people are stealing PAYTM.
