Today I had recharged my vediocon d2h, bt the recharged got failed bt still my amount of rs 608 was deducted from my account.I need tht refund of my amount rs 608 as soon as possible plz.or I will launch an complaint in consumer forum regarding the same....

I had made my reliance bill payment of 1600 ₹ on 27/11 . Operator ref no.[protected]. I had made a detailed complaint also, they have just registered compaint by auto response, there is no response or redressal. They have also been similarily fooling me about my complaint for tatasky payment, which they respond to havving credited, but its not. I will be moving to consumer court tomorrow...

Very cunningly BIGBASKET cites technical issues and trifurcated my single transaction into 2 smaller ones apart from the larger one (~1500 Rs) PayTM went a step ahead of Bigbasket and gave me a cashback of 10 Rs for ~50 Rs smaller transaction by Bigbasket.
