Order .no.[protected] I did the rechrge of rs.53 on 4th december and i didn, t received the recharge but the money is deducted from my bank account i mailed them many times and tweeted on their page but they give the same answer u will receive it in 3 to 11 days but its almost 12 days i have not received the refund yet ??please do the needful i think there is some fraud going on in paytm guys please stop using it...kindly do the needful and provide me the refund. I ordered Iphone 5s gold through paytm with order number:[protected]. But paytm cancelled my order without my consent.Where as i ordered that item with an Offer price. I have done two (recharge)transactions of 120rs both failed but money deducted, now it's more than 25days its not yet returned.I talk to the paytm personal they said talk to the bank, I also talked to the bank they are saying money is transferred to the paytm, they can't return, talk to the paytm personal.Total 240rs loss...

I have ordered a trimmer from your website. Today they have delivered the product and found the product is not new and its used product. Take back and give me a new one or else face a case at consumer court.

Extremely disappointed with the use is your convenience service. I paid 200 Rs my acc was debited but wallet did not get charged . I have cross checked money has been deducted. I received a defective speaker and so far, my email has not been looked into. Ticket #[protected] and Order # [protected]. I have sent multiple emails [protected]@paytm.com and every time a new person is replying back to my email asking for pictures of the defective product along with additional details whereas, I have shared all the relevant details to the first email. Can someone help me understand what is going on here? In addition, I received an email which says that Your request for return against this order has been accepted. When I received the delivery and open the Paytm poly bag, I took out the JBL Speaker box where I observed that the multi-color seal on the box was tempered and someone (or the person who opened the box) put it back. I thought, since the product would have come via airplane, police or airport authorities might wanted to check but in that case, Paytm poly-bag would have also been open, which was not the case. I took out the product and immediately started testing to verify if everything is working. THE SPEAKER DOES NOT CHARGE AND HOLD CHARGE AT ALL. I am very much disappointed with this purchase and would like either, the product to be REPLACED with no additional charges of shipping etc and expedited shipping OR FULL MONEY BACK without any additional questions. I would like to inform you that i have shopping online with paytm on 8/12/2015 with respect to order no.#[protected] & i ordered Globalite black sport shoes 9 size & after that when i received my ordered on 12/12/2015 then i shocked i received 6 size from your end. My dad recharged for rupees 300 using paytm wallet, money got debit from his account but the rechrge was not done. I have been trying meticulously contact paytym customer care for past 1 week it either says number is busy and the call gets cut immediately or it says the number is not valid. I want to know how to contact customer care and get my money refunded

As i purchased lining badminton from paytm, as per given specification but their is problem regarding wires are not available only outer body of badminton is coming.

I have done online vodafone postpaid recharge on 10th nov 2015 from paytm via netbanking of bank of baroda... but payment deducted from bank account but not shown on vodafone ... recharge of 1200 on number [protected] and 400 on number [protected] on 10th november 2015 ..both r postpaid vodafone ... so plz do needful and refund my money ... PayTM is doing fraudulent activity by cheating and luring customers. They do the following
1] Show huge discounts by writing inflated MRP's on their website and then showing they are giving 60-70% discount on this price, while actual price of these products is not even the final selling price of the product
2] Sell products without MRP and Mfg/Import date mentioned on products. This is illegal as all products sold (except specified in listing), must be sold with MRP and Mfg/Import date
3] When caught in this illegal activity, they just favor their seller and customer is treated like a beggar
4] They continue to do so, as we as customers don't feel like raising such activity to correct forums

I bought 2 products as follows on 3rd November 15
1] Diamond 3 Pcs Multipurpose Scissors Stainless Steel Kitchen Tool - MRP shown Rs. 500
2] Nechams White Board (2 X 1.5 Feet) (Pack Of 2) - MRP shown as huge as Rs. 1977

Issues with products received
1] Diamond 3 Pcs Multipurpose Scissors Stainless Steel Kitchen Tool - No MRP and Mfg/Import date mentioned which clearly shows that Rs. 500 is inflated price

2] Nechams White Board (2 X 1.5 Feet) (Pack Of 2) - Pathetic quality, badly packed, boards received with all sort of marks on it. No MRP and Mfg/Import date mentioned which clearly shows that Rs. 1977 is inflated price as hell. The boards didn't even work as they are supposed to. Once we write with white board marker on it, they were not being cleared by the duster. Added to it, anywhere you touch on board used to leave marks on the board and they never went away, which made writing on those parks as permananent.


I contacted PayTM support and there were about 20-30 mails exchanged with [protected]@paytm.com but never got satisfactory resolution.
Their service Head ([protected]@paytm.com) and Grievance Officer ([protected]@paytm.com) was also included in those mails, but they are deaf ears and I think just have junk box in their mailbox. They never respond back.
Finally till date I have not received any satisfactory resolution.


COMPENSATION
PayTM wasted my time and effort and caused me huge harassment for this. They must compensate by giving me complete refund and also compensate for harassment caused to me.

I did the Tatasky recharge yesterday for 500 Rs from my Paytm cash, but still its not being credited to Tatasky, they are forcing me to do payment again.

This is too frustrating, Paytm is doing fraud, when i call them, they say transaction is successfull, they even gave me invoice for that, but what is the use of invoice, if money is not being transferred to TataSky.

I had made a payment of Rs 2361 on dated 20th Nov 2015 for my Airtel Mobile connection (No.- [protected]) through my CITI bank credit card. when i checked my card statement money was deducted from account however not applied on my airtel connection. This is regarding the mahanagar gas customer Acc No :[protected]. Payment amount is Rs 5273/-. Payment date was 06/12/2015 at 14:06. The payment status on paytm is successful but there is no credit to mahanagar gas agency. I tried to get a follow up from paytm customer care but nothing I received from their end. Now I am facing issue with Mahanagar Gas, they are sending the Recovery agent for this huge amount. The complaint ticket no are 00071708 and 00098322. No response from paytm Team regarding this issue. I already raised multiple issue against this problem. They demand for 24-48 hrs for the resolution but I am not getting any response after that. Now its 10days passed to my payment done on paytm, but there is no sign of relief. Paytm has fraudulently take my money which was a bill payment amount for mahanagar Gas. Please take this issue some higher priority and resolve. Ideally I paid the money to mahanagar Gas through paytm but faulty agent is paytm who didnt released my amount to mahanagar and also stop responding to my emails and complaints.
