When I received the delivery and open the Paytm poly bag, I took out the JBL Speaker box where I observed that the multi-color seal on the box was tempered and someone (or the person who opened the box) put it back. I thought, since the product would have come via airplane, police or airport authorities might wanted to check but in that case, Paytm poly-bag would have also been open, which was not the case. I took out the product and immediately started testing to verify if everything is working. THE SPEAKER DOES NOT CHARGE AND HOLD CHARGE AT ALL. I am very much disappointed with this purchase and would like either, the product to be REPLACED with no additional charges of shipping etc and expedited shipping OR FULL MONEY BACK without any additional questions.
