PayTM is doing fraudulent activity by cheating and luring customers. They do the following
1] Show huge discounts by writing inflated MRP's on their website and then showing they are giving 60-70% discount on this price, while actual price of these products is not even the final selling price of the product
2] Sell products without MRP and Mfg/Import date mentioned on products. This is illegal as all products sold (except specified in listing), must be sold with MRP and Mfg/Import date
3] When caught in this illegal activity, they just favor their seller and customer is treated like a beggar
4] They continue to do so, as we as customers don't feel like raising such activity to correct forums

I bought 2 products as follows on 3rd November 15
1] Diamond 3 Pcs Multipurpose Scissors Stainless Steel Kitchen Tool - MRP shown Rs. 500
2] Nechams White Board (2 X 1.5 Feet) (Pack Of 2) - MRP shown as huge as Rs. 1977

Issues with products received
1] Diamond 3 Pcs Multipurpose Scissors Stainless Steel Kitchen Tool - No MRP and Mfg/Import date mentioned which clearly shows that Rs. 500 is inflated price

2] Nechams White Board (2 X 1.5 Feet) (Pack Of 2) - Pathetic quality, badly packed, boards received with all sort of marks on it. No MRP and Mfg/Import date mentioned which clearly shows that Rs. 1977 is inflated price as hell. The boards didn't even work as they are supposed to. Once we write with white board marker on it, they were not being cleared by the duster. Added to it, anywhere you touch on board used to leave marks on the board and they never went away, which made writing on those parks as permananent.


I contacted PayTM support and there were about 20-30 mails exchanged with [protected]@paytm.com but never got satisfactory resolution.
Their service Head ([protected]@paytm.com) and Grievance Officer ([protected]@paytm.com) was also included in those mails, but they are deaf ears and I think just have junk box in their mailbox. They never respond back.
Finally till date I have not received any satisfactory resolution.


COMPENSATION
PayTM wasted my time and effort and caused me huge harassment for this. They must compensate by giving me complete refund and also compensate for harassment caused to me.

    I did the Tatasky recharge yesterday for 500 Rs from my Paytm cash, but still its not being credited to Tatasky, they are forcing me to do payment again.

    This is too frustrating, Paytm is doing fraud, when i call them, they say transaction is successfull, they even gave me invoice for that, but what is the use of invoice, if money is not being transferred to TataSky.

      I had made a payment of Rs 2361 on dated 20th Nov 2015 for my Airtel Mobile connection (No.- [protected]) through my CITI bank credit card. when i checked my card statement money was deducted from account however not applied on my airtel connection.         This is regarding the mahanagar gas customer Acc No :[protected]. Payment amount is Rs 5273/-. Payment date was 06/12/2015 at 14:06. The payment status on paytm is successful but there is no credit to mahanagar gas agency. I tried to get a follow up from paytm customer care but nothing I received from their end. Now I am facing issue with Mahanagar Gas, they are sending the Recovery agent for this huge amount. The complaint ticket no are 00071708 and 00098322. No response from paytm Team regarding this issue. I already raised multiple issue against this problem. They demand for 24-48 hrs for the resolution but I am not getting any response after that. Now its 10days passed to my payment done on paytm, but there is no sign of relief. Paytm has fraudulently take my money which was a bill payment amount for mahanagar Gas. Please take this issue some higher priority and resolve. Ideally I paid the money to mahanagar Gas through paytm but faulty agent is paytm who didnt released my amount to mahanagar and also stop responding to my emails and complaints.
        Another phishing thing going on with Paytm. They are now asking for everything for revert. Even the pin number and CVV number to OTP that I received on my cell phone for revert. Are consumers are fool, that they will provide you all the information for transferring the amount from my card to any other? I can only confirm the card number from which I did the payment to Paytm. Please look down this issue on priority basis.

          I have done a transaction on 23rd Nov amount was deducted from my credit card but transaction failed. After that paytm said that they have not received the amount but credit card confirm that merchant claim the amount on 24th Nov of Rs.270.56/- with Ref no 74568225327410007235103. Now nobody is ready to clear this matter i was following from 24th Nov till now but paytm has not do anything.

            Hi Team, This query is regarding the 3 diffrent order no [protected]/[protected]/[protected]. I have placed the order for IPHONE6s three times. After making me wait for about one week the order gets cancelled. May i know why do you accept the orders if you don't have sufficient stock. Are guys just making interest from the money given by customer as the i phone 6s is dam expensive of around 76K. I dont understand why your seller cancelled the order in last moment as i still see the product are in stock and the same seller is still accepting the orders. This is the final stage for frustration and i am still waiting order no [protected] to be delivered. Pls lool into it asap.

              Hi Paytm My self Subham Adhikary had an account and mobile number was [protected]@yahoo.in & [protected]. Last 3 to 5 days I was send a complaint against delay the recharge failed amount refund. I was again highlights my issue on Paytm care which issue is I was creates a DTH bill payment amount 586 on December 9th 2015 at 12.34pm which order id was [protected].but next day show this mention recharge failed and amount was refunded my registered account & bank transaction Id is [protected] & bank reference number is [protected]. But still amount was not refunded. But all-time Paytm said me your debut amount already refunded please contact your bank. But it was not to proper guide to customer. I did not understand why Paytm negligence about this regarding matter. Today again contact my bank and bank said me no refund request on your end. Firs time Paytm harassment with the customer. Again I request to Paytm please seriously handle this problem and as early as possible solve and refund my money in my register bank account. Thanking you Warm regards Subham Adhikary
              I purchased a jabong voucher at paytm for Rs 5000. While placing the order at Jabong, I found that they have no paytm wallet link. Now I wrote to paytm, not once but 4 times that kindly refund the amount. Everytime their team marks my query as addressed. I am trying to reach a customer care executive but can never get past the machine response. I am now realising that these wallets, apps are genuinely long term fraudsters. They can't keep up with their losses and now harming their users. Beware. Better to keep cash than rely on paytm.
              I have ordered Inalsa Mini chopper( Order Number-[protected]) on 22/01/21. I received on 28/01/21
              I received damaged product, n I raised the Return request on 28th /01/21.
              It's more than 10days now, nobody came to pick it up.
              Very disappointed with your customer car
              Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                I have ordered food in Food Panda for Rs 714. Money got deducted from my paytm account, but it dint reach Food Panda. At the same time, it is not credited back to me. I tried reaching the customer care of Paytm and I dint get the exact options to reach them.

                              I have recharge my mobile no.[protected] amounting rs.655 by paytm as it was showing that I will get rs.2000 talk time in addition to 2.5 gb data for 45 days. I was attracted by the offer and recharge my no.by rs.655 but after recharging I receive confirmation for 2.5gb dsta only. I am very much aggrieved by this type of fraudulent services offered by paytm. Request you to kindly give me either rs. 2000 talk time which I suppose to get else refund my entity amount. We really feel bad on paytm services this like an indian rail na to aane ka pta na jaane ka waste of time. No body reply regards this upto after 2 days, no followup, no sms, no call by paytm side. Every person is not rich and no have faltu time jo mailbaji and call krta rhe. I really feel thaga sa jitna paisa add me waste krte ho uska 25% apni services bhetar aur kmiyo ko sudharne me lagao because this type of shoping is not equal to other shopping which are receive after few days. Who can customer wait for recharge 2 or 3 days or 24 hours. I think really by God you should be improve our services with 100% accuracy. The consumer has now as a handicapped which can't do any action against these type of fraud.                                     Yesterday I registered a complaint against paytm racharge and I mentioned my number over there. Today I got a call from an unknown number [protected] and the person who is asking for my card details my card number and validity of card and cvv number. But I didn't give the details. But I would like to know how he get the details about my complaint for paytm. Its terrible. How they gonna use the details. How its open to him. Is our network system is not secure?? Salmon P Rajan

                                      I booked a ticket from paytm.com in National Travels from Bangalore to Chennai on 7/12/2015. They cancelled the ticket without any prior information. Later I booked another ticket from paytm.com in Shama shardar Travels and the ticket was successfully booked. The Bus timing is 6:45 AM from Silk Board Bus Stop, Bangalore. I waited there till 8:00AM. There were some contact numbers of bus operators provided in the ticket. I tried calling them but all only one of them is reachable and when I talked to those bus operators they told me that their bus is cancelled and some other bus will come to pick you. I waited there till 8:00 AM but no bus came. I have some urgent meetings in Chennai, so I got some other bus and came to Chennai. Then I complaint to Paytm customer care people they don't even responded properly, they told me that we will refund you all the amount that we have taken from you. But after so many days still no response from there side. That's why I decided to complaint against them, please take a strict action against those people. I have all the tickets, mail regarding my complaints, chat with customere care people. If you want I can give you all the proofs.

                                        I had paid Rs. 6898/- for flight bookings as on 10th Dec’15 through paytm to via.com mobile app (Paytm transcation no [protected] ). After completing the transaction Via.com reported a failed transaction. Since my paytm amount was deducted I wrote to via.com asking to refund the money if the transaction has failed. Via.com called me and even mailed and told me that the particular transaction did not go through at their end (screenshot attached) and hence I need to contact paytm for the refund. I then wrote to paytm on 10th Dec’15 regarding this.

                                        After 1 day I got the following reply "Sorry for the delayed response. We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. The issue faced by you will be resolved in24-48 hours. Look forward to see you again at Paytm. Best wishes Team Paytm" But my debited amount was not refunded.

                                        After 2 days I again followed up but still they are asking for 24-48 hours.

                                        I have written 15-20 mails to [protected]@paytm.com (even to service head) but haven’t received any response. Today’s 14th and I am still awaiting proper response and refund of my amount. There is not even an acknowledgement that amount has been debited by mistake and will be refunded.

                                        Hope to take this seriously as it’s a big amount.

                                        They require constant followups. Nearly 20 mails have been submitted by me and received refund. But they dont reply or give a call and explain to us. I can understand that the processing takes time but i think they should revert and talk to us which was not done by them.
