I have raised "Ticket #[protected]: Request to change mobile number" with [protected]@paytm.com on 30th of November 2015 to update my new mobile number since old mobile number services got stopped. After 14 days of this complaint they have not resolved my issue. Tried to call on Customer care Toll Free Number :- [protected], but not having any option to talk to service executive. PayTM should provide quick resolution and should have proper Service Centers. Regards, Sanskruti

    Greeting, I have purchased Nokia 215 mobile from the Paytm. Right now, device is in warranty period. Right now, Device into speaker not working, Battary draining And over heating. For this particular modal Nokia 215, IT IS NON REPAIRABLE DEVICE. I HAVE ALREADY CONTACT NOKIA SERVICE CENTER AND ALSO CONTACT MICROSOFT FOR SAME. This device under piece to piece replacement warranty. They tell me Device is non reparable and also these terms are written on Mobile Box and also they sent me mail regarding same. Please review my all conversions mail and comments send by Microsoft. Microsoft also provide this things in mails. I have already contact Paytm care but they can not take any action for the same. They only demanding JOB sheet. But device is non repairable and only contains piece to piece replacement warranty. Please review my all mail and take action ASAP. Waiting for your positive reply. I warned that I will show the company;s fraud games will be shown in leading media soon and this is my last warning for the company.

                I had ordered of Nimya Combo of black polo Tshirt with 1 leather belt, 1 wallet, 1 sunglass and 1 watch from my Paytm order [protected]. shipped by the seller via Ecom Express with the tracking No.[protected]. I had received only empty boxes at that time. I have complaint several times but problem did not resolved by you. Please resolve this problem otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                  Order Number:# [protected] Invoice Number:[protected] Invoice Date:[protected] Summary: 1. Sent Used, Old & Defective product. 2. Accessories are also defective. 3. Their representative & Seller not resolving the issue. 4. Same product with same IMEI sold to Mr. Krishna Bhodale (954543...5), Aurangabad, MH on 23rd July 2015 by same seller through Flipkart.com under order number OD[protected]. 5. He requested replacement in August & got new mobile. 6. Then the seller sent it to me in December through Paytm.com. 7. From then I am trying continuously for it''s replacement but both seller & paytm is not sincerely trying to resolve it. 8. I also complaint it earlier here under complaint name[protected] but it''s showing closed while problem is still not resolved. 9. Please take strict action as soon as possible.

                    Paytm people are big cheaters. Paytm is a symbol of fraud.
                    I returned the item "Allen Solly Blue Cotton Comfort Fit Jeans" of price Rs 1300.00. but these paytm people
                    marked the return against other item "FlyJohn Black Trendy Jeans (Size34)"
                    in the same order which is
                    of price Rs 470.00 which is incorrect and very less amount.
                    After deducting 40% coupon value (Rs 382.00) and adding RS 24.00 (Shipping charges) these refunded e Rs 306.00
                    But the actual refund I should get is 130040%
                    of 1300 + 50 (Shipping charges) = 1300520+
                    50 = 830.00
                    I raised a complaint on 09Nov2015
                    and never got a satisfied response. These Paytm wasted so much of my time.
                    Still I didn't get my remaining amount Rs 524.00 (830.00-306.00)
                    I want my remaining amount and penalty from paytm for no quality in service and wasting my time.
                    I sent so many emails but Paytm people didn't refund me the remaining amount.

                      On 16 July 2015 i had made a transaction of Rs. 585 for the recharge of videocon D2h. Its been more than 4 months and recharge is still pending. I have already wrote to PAYTM customer care several times about this issue but they dont do anything and my money is not being refunded. Every time they say wait for 48 hours but nothing happens. My order no. is [protected]. The reference number to my mails that i have written to paytm is Ref 00029557. I have written many times to paytm but money is not being refunded. Kindly look into the matter. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

                          My amount not refunded till now and also I given all required information but PAYTM customer care no response about this matter. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
                          Please look attachment for bank details and paytm customer care mail, because PAYTM customer care say thsat not recived amount and say contact to bank but I am already send bank details.

                            On 3.12.2015, I have recharged Ra's.198/- for my BSNL datacard No. [protected] through paytm and the amount was paid to paytm through Bank. But BSNL declined the recharge. Since I do not have paytm wallet account, they sent me a message that Paytm has refunded Ra's. 198/- to my Bank;Transaction ID being[protected] and also informed me that the funds will show in my account in the next 3-10 days. But it is not so. Till date the amount has not been credited in my account. Pl do the needful

                              I had made a recharge amount of 425 on the bsnl number [protected] on 25th November and the transaction has been failed but the amount has been deduct from my account. After few minutes I recharge the same number with the same amount it has done. But while checking my transaction details it shows the amount has deducted twice. The amount of 425 has to credit in my account.

                                      Dear sir, today morning at around 11:21 i logged in to paytm from my mobile app. i wanted to recharge my internet balnce for airtel. i chose the 3G option and procceeded with 265 Rs providing me 1GB data . the money was transacted and the message came to me in my email id stating the bank status through the transaction done by my visa credit card. i want this to be looked upon as soon as possible. previously also something happened like this for 161 Rs. so please see to it carefully and resolve this problem.

                                        I paid my mobile bill through paytm using net banking on 11 December 2015. My mobile number is [protected] and order number is [protected]. The amount is debited from my bank account but it's not received by net work operator. I have already registered a complaint against this using paytm apps complaint register option. But there is no action from there part.My bill due date is coming Monday December 14. So please do the need full before my bill due date went over.
