|On 7th dec I have online recharge on my vodafone number([protected]) of rs. 85 by paytm. I have recieve msz from the side of paytm( rechage 85 is successfull & Operator reference no. DL[protected]), balance is deducted on my bank account, But i don't get any rechage on my vodafone no. I have call on vodafone custopmer care told me No any recharge has been success in this no. I have call on [protected] but they are not enable to resolve this. &

Hello sir, My complaint for Paytm solution pvt.ltd. www.paytm.com My paytm account details: Mobile- [protected] [protected]@hotmail.com I have an account with Paytm. I was trying to add Rs.500 money in my paytm wallet on 23rd nov 15 from my Axis bank account(netBanking). So amount of Rs. 500 deducted from my axis bank account. Axis bank transfered Rs. 500 to paytm. But didnt get that amount in paytm wallet. I have already registered a complaint regarding this. I have sent complaint mail on 25th Nov 15 on [protected]@paytm.com [protected]@paytm.com. but didnt get even a single reply from them. i was trying to call on[protected] but unable to connect.. it automatically disconnect the call. They dont have any customer care.. so i m unable to contact with them. they have not replied on mail also.. So request you to please take my complaint.. forward it to paytm solution..

I have ordered 5 ltr pressure price 1445, product delivered to me but partial product received means this coocker has citiball missing . When i m contact to paytm by mail after writing more than 8 mail they has not response properly.. not gvn resolution me and harrsed me too much . Very useless bad company which has no proper cus care or not able to resolve cus problem.. plz do somthing give me resolution and do action againest them

I ttried recharging my prepaid Airtel mobile no:[protected] on 06/12/2015 using my State Bank Of India Debit card for Rs.300. My account got debited but yet my number is not recharged. My order no is:[protected]. I recieved a message from my bank stating purchase point of sale(POS[protected]@ paytm.com Delhi DLIN txn#[protected] is where my account got debited.I tried reaching your customer care number many times, bt im helpless as call couldn't be connected.All ur customer care numbers ie[protected], [protected], [protected] are nt reachable. On 30/11/2015 I have booked a bus ticket by using Paytm. Money is deducted (Rs. 507 in total in which Rs. 70 from paytm wallet and Rs.437 from bank account) and order is also canceled by me immediately as it is not processing further. I asked about the issue to my bank and also that travel agency both of them told me that money is funded to paytm only So they only refund it to you. I informed paytm about it but 10 days went did not get my money back.

I ordered 1 Toshiba canvio basics external hard disk 1 TB with order id [protected] on 8th DEC 2015. i received the product on 10th Dec 2015, even to my surprise when i opened the outer envelope i was shocked seeing at the fake packing of the product as seals were broken and when checking for warranty is says out of warranty product. also the outer cover is like a used product and product inside is also not there seems to be stones inside. i had made the prepaid payment for the product. now paytm is not providing me the correct product. also playing games. i want the new product for which i have paid the price. Paytm is a fraud company and full of cheaters in the company. take the advance payment deliver the wrong product return the money and use the money of customers in other works. i doubt whether might be they are using in some illegal work.

Again and again I sent them mail but they Don't resolve my problem...so, I explain...First of all I booked seat (Jakhar travels ) on 2 Dec at 9:05pm to travel on(Paytm order-[protected])3Dec.2015...after booking I got Rs.20 cashback in my wallet bcoz I used promocode-DECBUS50...Then on 3 Dec.2015 at 2:00 Pm I received a call from Jakhar travels they said that Your bus was cancelled...and we informed to paytm...within 7 days they refund your amount of Rs.180..but this amount is not refund in my wallet...So again I request to u ...please help me..for proof plz find attachments -

My Name is Ripal Thakkar and I am having a paytm account registered on my Email Id rips.[protected]@gmail.com and a mobile number [protected]. As part of online shopping transaction done from paytm, i got money refund as a discount in my paytm account wallet. Some times later I had to reloacte to another place and i had changed my mobile number.when I requested them to change my registered mobile number which is mandatory because at the time of login they send One Time Password on mobile registered number which needs to be applied while doing login, they asked for bank account statement having details of last paytm transactions in it.I had already provided a statement exactly as per requirement but they are continuously saying that statement does not match criteria and not even providing information about what criteria they are looking for. This shows that they dont care at all about customer relationship and simply do not to activate account having my money in it.This shows that they give lucrative offer to customer and once customer is in their net they just take more money from them in the name of discount.

[protected] there is also delayed from last 5 days and again late for 2 days. paytm say weather problem in tamilnadu. But my seller is Delhi and it can't be shipped I can suggest to paytm to send shipment wia air parcel, i have many shipment is received via air. but this time not why? it can be late 7 days or much more to ship every order.why? i think this time paytm not care the customers, because paytm earn much more and many customers world wide.

We are requesting for refund of full amount against my order Order# [protected] as product (mobile phone) was received in damaged condition & seal was also not available on box. First we request for return pickup which paytm objected to doso saying that pick up is not available in my city (How is this possible if delivery is possible in same city Barnala-Punjab). Such a pathetic service and response towards customer is really shameful. Have been following with customer care since last 15 days thru mail but no effective response from them. Only thing they are doing is generating different ticket numbers.

My order number is [protected] my payment has not transfer to vodafone company mobile number [protected] i have done payment on 1 december 2015 please refer my problem.

I have added 400 to my paytm account for booking a ride through Uber from my Standard chartered bank account. The amount got deducted from my account and after that i got gateway error by which the money didn't got added to my paytm wallet. I had conversation with my bank and they sad that from their end the money got deducted, even they contacted Paytm and got confirmation from them that the money was successfully transfererd to paytm account. Below is the reference id:- [protected] [protected] I tried calling on the number provided by the Paytm as well as the number paytm provided to Standard Chartered bank is not reachable. And in one number there is no option to talk to there employee. So i dropped them several mail at [protected]@paytm.com but hardly got 2-3 reply asking the same order name which i already mentioned them. Inspite of providing all the details and confirmation from my that the paytm got the money which got deducted from my account, no response is occurring by the paytm.

On 30th November, I moved Money from Bank to PAYTM of Rs.1000, but they are refusing saying not received. I have updated details below: Money debited but not reflecting in my wallet: Transaction date # 30/Nov/2015, Amount Rs.1, 000, Transaction ref# CN[protected], A/c # [protected], Transaction ID# [protected].

I have created an account with my mobile number [protected] and I have placed an order with id : [protected]. Now service provider has disconnect my number as I had not recharge it since last three months. Now I m unable to use paytm account because OTP is goes to my suspended mobile number. I have 250 Credit on that which I need to transferred to my new account. I already open a case (#[protected] with PAYTM CC and also provide the necessary document asked by CC BUT after so many follow-up (Mail /Calls) I did not get a single answer from them.
