I was trying to recharge on my cell #[protected] however Rs175 is deducted from my citi bank account. But rechrge was not done. Also Rs. 175 is still not refunded to my account. Order# [protected]. Wallet txn id [protected]. Please advice.

My registered no.is [protected], my name Bharat Khatri I have date of 6-12-15 recharging for 147 amount of GPRS data but showing of recharge fail after I have another recharging 198 amount but my bank account deducted both amount so please refund our 147 amount

Hi, I hav connected my paytm account to my jugnoo account. When I selected it for payment it got selected by when my ride ended I had to pay cash because it didn't got deducted from ma paytm account. I tried to reach paytm customer service but they hardly answer any call. Please help.

My name is Sairam, I made a one payment through the payment regarding the payment of my Vediocon DTH, due to some problem bill was not paid and the amount was added to payment wallet and i requested for the transfer of the amount to my bank account from where the money has deducted. Till now I have not received the money back. For the same I have written a mail to the Paytm email d [protected]@paytm.com. on 3rd & 8th December. I have not received any responses. I have called to customer care numbers but they don't even have a proper customer care where problems can be heard. Only computers and IVRs. one no has given for formality that will again direct you to write on the email.

I added Rs 3000 to my paytm wallet and wanted to transfer to a bank account. While doing it, the mobile app keeps saying that i have no authorization for the money to transfer. I want to transfer back the money. I don't want to use paytm anymore. They don't even have a proper customer care where problems can be heard. Only computers and IVRs.
