                    Sir, My order number is "[protected]", Today i placed one order and payment was successful, it was showing on your website but after 1 hour the website is showing that payment was not done and this is an unauthorized order. Just tell me sir, this is your new policy to keep money for 3 to 10 days? Please sir resolve this issue asap. I have attached the screenshot that showing the "Payment of Rs. 3870 received by Paytm ! When I selected it for payment it got selected by when my ride ended I had to pay cash because it didn't got deducted from ma paytm account. I tried to reach paytm customer service but they hardly answer any call. Please help.

                          My name is Sairam, I made a one payment through the payment regarding the payment of my Vediocon DTH, due to some problem bill was not paid and the amount was added to payment wallet and i requested for the transfer of the amount to my bank account from where the money has deducted. Till now I have not received the money back. For the same I have written a mail to the Paytm email d [protected]@paytm.com. on 3rd & 8th December. I have not received any responses. I have called to customer care numbers but they don't even have a proper customer care where problems can be heard. Only computers and IVRs. one no has given for formality that will again direct you to write on the email.

                            Dear sir, i purchased a L.G telivision from paytm website.in that they have written installation charges are free but, when i contacted to telivision company they replied purchase of telivision from online installation charges are applicable.same i said to paytm they replied me pay money by me and they refund the amount which i paid. It has been 15 days completed till now i dint got refund..please help me in this..

                                I added Rs 3000 to my paytm wallet and wanted to transfer to a bank account. While doing it, the mobile app keeps saying that i have no authorization for the money to transfer. I want to transfer back the money. I don't want to use paytm anymore. They don't even have a proper customer care where problems can be heard. Only computers and IVRs. I dropped them a mail and they never responded back.

I have recived mismatch pair of sandals (different design & no-6 & 7) In this i order 6 no sandals but this is very tight for fitting, 7 no is ok for fitting so pls change my sandals with 7 no & same design or pattern that i recived in your packing (7 no pair design) so pls replace my sandals or if not available then i will change other lotto red sandles available at Globalite retails pvt ltd shop.
