I have tried to recharge Telenor mobile number [protected] today. My Paytm wallet have balance but I got option for SBI debit card and recharged rs. 200/- .The amount deducted from my account but recharge not done. My Order number Given by Paytm is [protected] and complaint ticket number [protected]R4daAAC . At 03:31 PM from Telephone number +91 [protected] MR. Rahul kumar Gupta talked with me and asked me for Debit card number and than ask cvv number and he proceed for transectin and then ask me for OTP number. I neglect him then he say than your payment will not refund. At 05:00 PM another customer care executive contacted me by phone number +91 [protected] and he also ask me for debit card number cvv number and OTP number . As per guide line of RBI and Bank you don"t Disclose your OTP number on Telephone number Than why your customer care executive were demanding from me. Pls. answer me. I was put in trouble second time from Paytm site. How my telephone number and complaint reach to that person who had tried to froud me with demanding OTP number of SBI debit card. What is about my monwy. I will go to consumer court if problem will not be solved and proper reply i not received.
Same problem, today I try to add money in paytm wallet, money cut from bank account and not added in wallet, I complained on paytm care, for refund I called from this no +91 [protected], and demanded me OTP and debit cards details... I think these are fraud

    I have recharged my tatasky [protected] on 04/12/15 for rupees 500 the status is successful but account is not recharged.I have mailed them they are saying that your problem is solved. But my DTH is not recharged. My account is deactivated due to this. please let me know what should I do
    I recharged Airtel Dth by paytm but wasn't recharged for rupees 500 .order no- [protected], transaction no.[protected], (Airtel DTH digital TV) [protected] and I paid 400 .

        Dear sir, I have try to recharge mobile [protected] Today for Rs, 200/- My wallet ID [protected] saw rs. 89 balance but I tried from my SBI debit card The amount was deducted from my SBI account . Paytm message say's recharge failed then what is about my money. I have suffered second time from Paytm site.

          I have done airtel of rs50 recharge four times of pos no[protected],[protected].[protected] . another one was recharged successfully for the above three pos numbers recharge was failed but balance was debited from my account pls refund my balance of total 150 as quick possible pls respond to my complaint

            Hi PayTm Team, Sub: 9 Fraud wallet money transactions carried over from my Paytm wallet account of Rs.8448 & paytm only refunded Rs.3873 to my wallet account. I have always followed all safety tips & never shared any details with anyone. As such, the error is on part of Paytm safety measures & I should not be penalised for this. I have been a regular customer of Paytm & its really unprofessional on part of Paytm to only refund the part money to my wallet. Instead, the supposed hacker of account is being provided shield. Please be considerate the the loyal customers & not shake their faith in the wonderful services provided by Paytm. Would urge you to please resolve the following: 1) Please refund the amount deducted from my Paytm wallet of Rs.8448 in full & not part amount of only Rs.3873 2) Why Paytm has npt disclosed the entity of the hacker / fraudster. Is it the member of the paytm team itself. 3) Why no account has been blocked of such persons 4) Why the details are not provided of the fraud transactions carried by the hacker. Please provide the details & trace the transactions done by fraudster. As there is no fault of the customer, he should not be penalised for lethargic & inefficient paytm security system failure. Hence, please refund my wallet amount in full of Rs.8448 & take strict action against the fraudsters / people with paytm who support these transactions. Thanking you in anticipation!               I had booked the ticket for Mumbai to hyderabad on 02.11.2015 order id - [protected]. I tried to reach concern bus operator which was mentioned in the ticket there were saying that there is no booking for the particular bus. However had a conversation with paytm customer care executives there was no response from them too. Customer care executive was confirmed that he will be giving call after 15 mins but they didnt revert yet. i have been waiting for bus till 11.50 pm . The bus was supposed to arrived @ 9.15 pm . Paytm hadnt initiated refund to my account yet and there is no response from them too yet. this kind of fraud service i never seen in any ecommerce industry. Would request you to kindly look into this and do the needful. i am not bothered about money m just bothered about the services which they are offering to consumers. if any person in rush to go (Medical urgency ) what will happen with them if they faces this kind of pbms .               I just got a call from Paytm, they were asking me to provide password change OTP rather resolving pending issues.

              And also they were threatening me that they are going to block my account. and also mentioned that i need to provide OTP at any cost.

                I made payment amount 1055 to big basket using paytm gateway on 1st Dec 2015 and this amount was deducted from my account but didn't reach to big basket.It somewhere stuck on payment gateway.I mailed them twicely but didn't get any response from them. This payment gateway just cheating the people that's why their's no contact number is working.

                  2. I created a new account with new number...i couldn't receive the otp still within 24 hrs...it came after 2 days!...

                    I have purchased "Sg Musical Tabla Set" from PayTM on "ORDER NO. [protected]" on 03/08/2015. A badly damaged product was delivered on 11/08/2015. In it, the steel part is physically broken and the wooden stuff is affected badly by termite. So I want to return this badly damaged product and get my money back. Overall it has been 3 months and I have communicated with PayTM for 25 mails in series. Every time PayTM tell me to keep the product packed and ready. For three months, it is packed and ready, USELESS for me. I want this product to be picked up by PayTM and my money refunded to my account within a week.

                      I booked bus ticket from paytm website i.e. from Mandsaur (Madhya Pradesh) to Pune (Maharashtra). Ticket PNR :[protected] Ticket ID: OF95A7 Order ID: [protected] 1) It was mentioned on site that it is AC bus but it was not. 2) PayTM is charging 2000rs for this bus and i came to know later that tour operator is charging 1400rs. for this bus.                         i am very regular customer of paytm and i am totally disappointed with your service. I had recharged my airtel postpaid no. [protected] on 30/11/2015 order no. [protected] and recharge was failed also the amount has been deducted from my saving account. I had registered a complaint on 1/12/2015. Ticket #[protected] but i have not got any response since 3 days. Please look into the matter as early as possible. I think paytm cares for their customers.

                            Hello, Please help me get the amount of Rs. 547.72 back to my HDFC bank account. While i was making payment for movie tickets for BookMyShow through PAYTM, the session expired But money got deducted from my account. The money is sent to PaytmMobileSolution P on 28 November, 2015. But the tickets payment was not completed and amount is deducted from my account. Please find my bank account details in screenshot attachment below. -Shradha

                              I tried to recharge my mobile number through PAYTM app on[protected]. after that i received message from PAYTM that recharge failed but i received message from the bank that the amount has debited . i contact to the bank and i en quired about the transaction. they finished the statement that the amount has transferred to the PAYTM account. and they asked to check with PAYTM. finally i called to PAYTM regarding this . the automated voice asked to enter the order ID and i did, it replayed me that the amount has refunded to the PAYTM wallet but still now the amount was not yet credited .so many times i had mailed them about this issue but there is no replay. MY Order id is [protected] from this i lose hope on PAYTM. don't recharge using this application . they are misleading the customer money and time..

                                I tried to recharge my number through paytm app on 28 nov 2015 2:14 pm.after that i received a msg regarding failure of recharge on my vodafone no(rs250) n i was told that ds money will b refunded bt ntng happened. there is no transactions histry in wallet statement abt ds bt i have patym n bank msg regarding transaction of 250 rs. i tried to call there customer care no bt all vain they come buzy everytime i tried to contact them through email bt nothing satisfactory solution came.

                                  I got installed the seat covers purchased from Paytm on[protected], The covers are smelling like hell. When i entered my SUV, I could not sit inside. I started Vomit after sitting in my Xuv500 due to bad smell of cheap rexin. I complained to Paytm. Thay asked me to send pictures of seat covers, I sent all the detail. I asked then to take back those cheap quality seat covers and refund back my money. But till now they have not resolved the matter,

                                    I made airtel payment of rs.400 on 2:59 pm, Nov 30 2015 and my Order No is[protected] through paytm website. Money from my account got debited but i can see status in website as payment confirmation awaited. when can i expect my recharge done?. and there is no respose from the support team.
                                    What is payment confirmation awaited???
                                    Is this is some kind of joke...
                                    I have reacharged and order for more time some order done completely but many times my account debited but payment confirmation awaited i see many time...
                                    this is only a sign of Loot...
                                    I give rate to paytm zero ...is there any way to give rate to it i would like to give it rate less than zero in negative rating ...flop app i ever seen in my life...
                                    Same thing also happened with me two times. Once i recharge 110 rs on my mobile and suddenly it goes "Payment confirmation awaited" and amount deducted from my bank but recharge was not done. I wait for 7 to 8 days and till date i am waiting to know the status of my transaction. If is is not done yet it is very simple to refund on my bank account/ But still not to be sorted yet.

                                    And also my recharge was 110 rs not showing in past order list of paytm but my transaction is showing in the bank statement.
                                    What does it mean?? Thank God my money have not been debited. But still it is damn banking transaction and what the hell you are doing? If transaction would have been done then were would I go to ask for my money. It is useless. I m gonna uninstall it.
                                    Same thing also happened with me two times yesterday. Once i topup 110 rs on my mobile and suddenly it goes "Payment confirmation awaited" and amount deducted from my bank but recharge was not done. Tell me when the amount refund to my bank account?
                                    I have done 800rs dishtv recharge last month and got payment confirmation awaited***'
                                    and after that today i reacharge only 50rs mobile recharge and again got ***** payment confirmation awaited
                                    conclusion --- "Paytm is just a joke and nothing"

                                        Yesterday I tried to recharge my airtel no. through paytm wallet. I had Rs. 135 in my wallet . While the recharge was unsuccessful, they deducted the amount from my wallet. Since then I've written two mails and yet to be replied.I want my money refunded as soon as possible.
