Dear sir, i recharge my mobile phone net pack 155, bsnl. pament done, but recharge not done till now .my recharge date 5/12/15 . paytm order no- [protected]. i call paytm customer care number but his customer care number not working . fake customer number. after 3 days paytm not action on my recharge. my pament sumary Payment Summary Paytm Cash Transaction No [protected] Rs. 26 NB Transaction No[protected] Rs. 129 SubtotalRs. 155 Order TotalRs. 155. my mobile number is [protected]

My order number from Paytm is #[protected] I am a tatasky user and i did my recharge of 7700/- from Paytm for which they have given me all the Invoices, but that amount has not reached to my subscriber id of tatasky Please resolve this at the earliest. I have submitted query on Paytm site on which there is no revert from them Reference no 00067596

I started using PayTM just couple of weeks back after hearing it from my friend that there are good cash back offers which can be used to recharge. But now I realize it's just a stupid sucking company attracts customers by giving just few amount as cashback which is really a waste. Below is my personal experience and suggest everyone to get rid of thus cheaters just only for the sake of few bucks. I have attached the images for the evidence. 1) I tried to recharge my DTH for 510 rupees, but recharge failed and so far I have not received it back. When called to bank they are saying- from bank side the transaction was successful, so please speak to payTM 2) Raised a complain through online and just received an acknowledgement e-mail. After that it's almost a week, no response from PayTM. Again raised another ticket, it's same. 3) Now tried to call customer care[protected] which is mentioned on the payTM site. Surprisingly it says invalid reliance number. 4) Now searched in Google, got few more numbers[protected] / +[protected]. But none of those numbers works. The 2nd number sends me to the number which is mentioned on 3rd point. 5) Tried to escalate by clicking on the link provided on the payTM. It's very funny, taking me to FAQ page which does not show anything which can help you to escalate. I am not much concerned about my INR 510 but they way PayTM takes money and does not take any responsibility towards resolving the issue. At least the customer care number, escalation link none of them are working. Now I am thinking just to save few bucks why should I use payTM? It raised my worries on transaction failure, debiting money from bank but not returning it back, no one there for customer support. There are best sites in India such as Amazon, eBay, flipcart which are very responsive. Also you get things in lesser price than payTM. Those are very responsive in case you need the support. I suggest don't give yourself a chance to be the victim of such payTM issue. Saving some hundreds will not change your life, rather it will give you more tension and will suck your life and happiness. Regards, Santosh

On December 02, 2015 I placed an order on Zoffio.com for 1048.00 INR, I decided to use PayTM to pay for the order. Once I put my bank password to confirm the order, I got an error message from their site stating the transaction did not go through due to a technical issue. I checked my bank account (please see attachment), and the funds had been deducted from my bank. I checked the Zoffio site to see if the order went through, but it had not (please see attachment). I contacted PayTM and they told me to provide the order number, which of course there is no order number as the order did not go through (please see attachment). I further complained to PayTM, and again they responded with a generic email message asking for the same information, which does not exist. It has been 5 days now, and I still have not received my money back. I tried calling their customer support number, but it's just an IVR that requires one to input their order number, which I do not have. Please help me to get my money back from this fraudulent company.

Yesterday i have recharged Rs 300 in my tatasky id [protected] i have got the confirmation on my email id rohitlondhe.[protected]@gmail.com but still it has not recharges in tatasky account it has been confirmed from tatasky officeplease urgently nullify this problem..

This is Neha Sharma, I had a Pay Tm account which is registered with my mobile number which is [protected] but due to some reason this mobile number is not working.so i am facing problem to sign in as the OTP number is only generating on Mobile number. I am not able to use that OTP as my number is not working thats why i requested Pay Tm to change my mobile number or snt OTP on my registered email i.d which is [protected]@yahoo.com. i mailed 13times for the same & had provide all documents whatever they are requested.I had complained on 6th November 2015 & today is 7th December 2015, but still i am not getting proper solution for the same. I lost 4000 in paytm. They took all the money and said we are waiting for the transaction to complete. I raised the ticket 3 times as of now, but no response. ([censored]ing Service) I recently tried to recharge to my post paid mobile, in this process they took the money. I raised the complaint those stupid guys sucking fellows wont replied back to me. Not only this they took my money when I am trying to book a bus ticket too.

Please do not make fool to customers by giving wrong price tag and apply discount on it. I[censored] see moto max car polish cream, paytm tagged a MRP Rs. 399/-, and applied discounted price is Rs. 275/-. But I have seen on shop MRP itself is Rs.275/- only. Then why are you making fool to your customers? Kindly don't do this. It's not correct way.

My name is kanda tutonda christian, i m paytm customer .one week ago i bought an xbox 360 controller from paytm. and that was delivered by delhivery company from new delhi .so i have got the controller itself but something is missing. the gaming reiceiver.that cable without it i can not play a game or connect the controller with the pc.so need it.please( gaming receiver )...i ask for your understanding.this is my email. With reverence that I am one of the user of paytm app but you updated new offers and I am trying to use these and doing add money unfortunately it is showing me(you have exceeded maximum number of tries)and I was waited 24 hours and did the same activity again but it can't give any response for adding free money to new users of paytm(How I can eradicate this problem?) Hi, I have tried to book bus ticket through Paytm app.But when I have tried my money got deducted and ticket was not booked.Please help me in this issue an take proper action .Attaching screenshot. When I tried to call customer care they are they are not having service for bus ticket I have to only mail them .I gues this ridiculous. Unable to connect with these people. Want my money back anyhow.

This company is a fake company it has no cod option because it is a fake company this company deliverd me damage product after payment this company is not contact with me even repeatate email send by me it has no customer care no customer care no. given in website is falsh because it is computerised no any one pickup phone.and your payment is not revarsable so it is a fake company company is cheat with me.

Company delivered wrong product even i request for replacement but company is not initiate any action my product is no return and not any action taken by company it a bad company it has not customer care no. this company is not receive any call it is like a fake company please take action for this company.this is a fraud company.

I have tried to recharge Telenor mobile number [protected] today. My Paytm wallet have balance but I got option for SBI debit card and recharged rs. 200/- .The amount deducted from my account but recharge not done. My Order number Given by Paytm is [protected] and complaint ticket number [protected]R4daAAC . At 03:31 PM from Telephone number +91 [protected] MR. Rahul kumar Gupta talked with me and asked me for Debit card number and than ask cvv number and he proceed for transectin and then ask me for OTP number. I neglect him then he say than your payment will not refund. At 05:00 PM another customer care executive contacted me by phone number +91 [protected] and he also ask me for debit card number cvv number and OTP number . As per guide line of RBI and Bank you don"t Disclose your OTP number on Telephone number Than why your customer care executive were demanding from me. Pls. answer me. I was put in trouble second time from Paytm site. How my telephone number and complaint reach to that person who had tried to froud me with demanding OTP number of SBI debit card. What is about my monwy. I will go to consumer court if problem will not be solved and proper reply i not received.

I have recharged my tatasky [protected] on 04/12/15 for rupees 500 the status is successful but account is not recharged.I have mailed them they are saying that your problem is solved. But my DTH is not recharged. My account is deactivated due to this. please let me know what should I do

Dear sir, I have try to recharge mobile [protected] Today for Rs, 200/- My wallet ID [protected] saw rs. 89 balance but I tried from my SBI debit card The amount was deducted from my SBI account . Paytm message say's recharge failed then what is about my money. I have suffered second time from Paytm site.
