I recharged through PayTM website of 250/- Idea recharge. Balance deducted from my bank account but no recharge happened at all. I have sent many mails to them but no reply till now. They promise to reply on mails with in 1-2 days. But it has been more then 4 days but i have not received single acknowledgement from them. order id : [protected] Thanks, Lavesh Singhal

    I have recharge Airtel mobile using Paytm for Rs 395 on 30th Nov 2015. I have a order no [protected]. Unfortunately money is deducted from my bank ICICI but i got recharge failed message.

    Paytm doesn't have customer care support by phone. I raise the grievance to PayTm by multiple mails, After 2 day they replied that they also received same message at their end and issue is at the bank end. I spoke to bank and they told me that the transaction was successful and the issue is at the end of Merchant.

    This is not first time i have done transaction with online Merchant. Many time problem occur and Customer care replied immediately and also honestly refund the money. But this doesn't seems at PAYTM end. This is the forgery case.

        Hi Sir, I have booked a ticket from PayTM and the ticket got confirmed.4 hours before the bus start time, the Bus operator (Simhapuri Travels) sent SMS that the bus trip got cancelled in which the ticket is booked and confirmed. The Bus operator told that PayTM will refund your amount in your credit card. But its been 14 days, the paytm haven't responded to my query/ticket raised. Can u please take appropriate action(s) to make paytm resolve my issue?           I have done a recharge of 649 from paytm. same amount has been deducted but recharge failed. I raised a complaint for the same with ticket no.#[protected] and they asked me to wait for 48 hours its more then 48 hours passed but no response from their side.

            I have paid pospaid bill Rs. 3500/- of vodafone number [protected] on 27th Nov.2015. Amount deducted from my account and in paytm it shows order is successful. But I didn't get updated in vodafone account that I paid 3500 Rs. Vodafone people saying it's not get updated yet even it is completed 4 days of the transaction. Fault is in paytm system that it shows this is bsnl number and it sold by bsnl. Howz it possible? I moved few month back from bsnl to vodafone through portability. I have sent mail to paytm care centre but they are not calling me or they are not giving me any reply. I tried to call on toll free number that is also not responding. Please do the needful I want my money back or get to credit in vodafone bill payment.

              I've Purchased Coirfit Mattress from PayTM on 25th Sept 2015
              Order No.[protected] Worth Rs 19, 848 along with 10, 000 cashback once after shipping after 24hrs.

              However It been shipped on 27th Sept 2015 and been delivered on 7th Oct.
              But cashback 10, 000rs has not been credited as per said ad.

              Called to customer care many times mailed alot but no response till now.

              Customer care advised me to raise wallet upgrade. I'e did the same for 4 times.
              However no one responded to that and finally after 15 days of the every wallet upgrade got a message as "We are closing your wallet upgrade request as we are unable to reach you".

              Fed up with the service as PayTM is very neglect in dealing customer queries and issues.

              Kindly look into the issue and please do the needful to cashback my 10, 000rs as soon as possible.

                my recharge of airtel moile [protected] for 451 failed but the money got deducted from account. Transaction id-igobbrhiv3. State bank of india(net banking). Time of transaction- 21:27 p.M, 30th nov. Branch code-221, new guwahati branch, assam. I have written to paytm services but they are behaving too arrogantly blaming the fault on my bank. So i even wrote to my bank but they are still stuck on pending status. The transaction was successfully deducted from my bank a/c. After the amount got deducted, paytm webpage did not show up citing "end of request" message. Above all, paytm people are insulting me saying i dont have enough money in my account. I just want my money back in my paytm wallet or in my bank a/c.(wherever possible). Thats it.

                  Hi Sir, 17th of Nov - I have booked one bus ticket through paytm site to travel from bangalore to nellore and ticket has been confirmed with Simhapuri travels. Later before departure of 3Hrs bus operator given a call and told that bus service has been cancelled and refund will be processed. Later i did followup with Paytm service help desk and acknowledge i have to followup with bus operator and paytm doesn't do any thing as part of refund. Here are the attached proof for Paytm ticket, Cancellation call log from bus operator, paytm henpdesk email conversation. Kindly consider this request to process the refund or take an action on Paytm site to avoid such issues in future to serve better to people. Please rever Thanks Manoj
                  Very worst customer service. Don't prefer Paytm to book bus tickets.
                  Very worst service to book online bus tickets and no good service to customers.

                    I have booked a ticket from PayTM and the ticket got confirmed. Within less than 1 hour, the Bus operator (Sangita Travel Agency) called me and told that the bus got cancelled in which the ticket is booked and confirmed. The Bus operator told that PayTM will refund your amount in your credit card. But its been 6days, the paytm haven't responded to my query/ticket raised. Can u please take appropriate action(s) to make paytm resolve my issue?

                      I've booked one bus ticket on 16th Nov. 2015 and at that time applied promo code provided by Paytm.com to get back my cashback. At that time promo code was applied successfully but till after this 14 days I'm still writing to Paytm.com customer support team for my query and they just sending me same email everytime. If someone could help me then please let me know. I can send you ticket booking details and promo code applied success message as well.                       Same here. Their Customer Care Sucks! You can't call anywhere if you're cashback is not received or your transaction gets failed & it gets deducted from the bank.

                        Hi Sir, I have booked a bus ticket to my brother from Mumbai to hyderabad through PAYTM website. I was cheated by paytm provided bus operator(Sree Dhanunjaya Travels PH NO :[protected], 24041046,[protected], he has waited around 3 hours for this bus I didn't get any call and whatever the phone numbers they given are wrong(PH NO :[protected], 24041046,[protected].Please take the necessary action against this bus operator. Why the paytm accepting these fraud operators, why paytm is making people so much suffer, due to this my brother whole week schedule got disturbed. I have called paytm customer service but there is no option for me to got customer care executive due to this my total whole week schedule got disturbed.                           - 17-Nov - I had raised a support ticket with PayTM (Ticket #[protected]: RCtkt - Others), requesting for reseting my Mobile number as it has been deactivated, and changing it to my new mobile number. For the past 17 days I had been told that it is not is company policy to change my mobile number. I was not given a proper resolution to recover my account. I had even requested to deactivate my account, so that I can create a new account with my existing mail id. The resolution PayTM has provided, was to open a new account, with a new mail id. I have existing balance on my PayTM wallet, which I have to forgo because of this. - Desired Resolution - Provide option to change my old phone number to my new number, as the OTP is being sent to my old phone number which is deactivated.

                            This is my order no: [protected], Company promise to give the cash back 24 hrs after delivery of the product... but its been a week cash back has not been refunded till now...seems like company is cheating everybody ... Don't ever shop with Paytm company is a big cheat...

                              Hi, I have purchased Lenovo A269i mobile from paytm.com on May 31 2015, When I got this message. Facebook was not working in this mobile. I submitted request to refund my amount and i got from paytm customer care. i need to contact with lenovo service centre to reslove this issue, but issue not resolve, so I was not able to run facebook from this mobile, So i am using this mobile for facebook. But after 4 month again i face another issue. mobile ring is not working then i went service centre, then service centre guy told me. warranty of this mobile is experience with 6 months. Then I told service centre guy how it is possible. Then he give me reply and told me . this mobile is not in market so warranty of this mobile is experience with 6 months. So please refund my amount or provide solution my problem. If i not got any solution from paytm then i will go consumer forum to take amount. For more details you can refer the paytm invoice. Really this is very big mistake to purchase mobile in your id. If i will not get any solution i will not purchase any thing in your sites also i will provide this complaint so many complaint to get this amount. I am looking forward to hear from you soon.                                   Paytm is big fraud service refund my amount otherwise i wil complaint on this nonsence people, u people are cheating innocent people i had recharged 4 times but not got the refund amount, blady people of this paytm, please refund my amount urgently i amfacing more problem, 400 amount has to be refund..

                                    My Order No. [protected] not delivered till date and when I complaint for that after 8days Paytm replied "Product already delivered and we will provide you POD. As per courier tracking No. AWB:3KP07148689 of Xpressbees, my product delivered at somewhere in INDORE (Madhya Pradesh), which is not mine delivery address My City is Wardha (Maharashtra).
                                    This paytm is worst service which i feel, i have recharged for my airtel number but 4 times amount has been deducted from my account but i didn't get any recharge, and when i went through enquirery, it seems to be failed, but not recharged on time, all are meant for money, this PAYTM is very worst, nonsence people of PAYTM, blady hell of this till i didn't get my refund amount, i[censored] people dont refund i will complaint on this PAYTM Service, Do refund my amount back otherwise i will go to complaint on this fraud PAYTM Service...

                                    THIS PAYTM IS VERY BIG FRAUD SERVICE please look into this, they are cheating innocent people..I AM FACING BIG PROBLEM

                                      THE PAYTM IS FRAUD, service is worst, even small companiew provide good service to the customers, but PAYTM dont care about customers, they just need money. I did two payments from foodpanda using paytm wallet through my bank, the first transaction was failed and the second one was successful, but money deducted for two times, i have send an email to them about this, but their response is like below, "I understand that your transaction at "foodpanda" did not go through but your Paytm wallet was charged. I feel terrible that you had to experience that. I checked your account and found that the transaction is now showing as successful in our system for order number "[protected]@2". In case you have still not received the desired services, please contact "foodpanda" customer care." i said them i have done the transactions two times, but they considering second transaction only, they dont have skills, they dont have knowledge, they dont care customers finally PAYTM is a BIG FRAUD. DONT BELIEVE PAYTM.

                                        When i login to paytm it shows another window which asks for OTP but i am not getting any OTP on my mobile number also tried with call option for otp nothing works. amount of 524.00 and 602.50 has been deducted from my HDFC BANK ( via netbanking) account in the name of paytm even though transaction was shown as unsuccessful while ordering from food panda using paytm. Raised concern to their support team but no plausible solution provided Ticket# raised to support team: [protected] [protected] Customer care asked stupid questions like is your mobile number active or working or in use because my mobile number is active and in use thats all no aresonse on amount deduction provided and login problem not fixed.
