I had purchased a T shirt from Paytm website on 20th November 2015, Order No: [protected] for Rs 209/-. The payment had been made by Net Banking. The estimated shipping date was 24th November 2015. But there was delay in shipment of the order. Every time when I place a complaint, their customer care says that they are coordinating with the vendor to get the product shipped.
I got fed up of this & at last today I cancelled the order, the status on their website shows 'REFUNDED', I haven't received any refund, no money was credited to my wallet. Firstly there was delay in the shipment & secondly didn't received refund, this was most horrible experience, I never had such experience with any other E commerce websites like Flip-kart, Amazon etc, totally Dissatisfied & annoyed with this attitude.
Recommend strongly not to buy anything from Paytm in future.

Complaint marked as Resolved After doing followup with the customer care of Paytm, today on 30th November 2015 I got my refund in Bank Account.
