On 27th november, Rs 300 were debited from account as I paid it for my mobile recharge through paytm services, After sometimes It showed that order was cancelled and money will be refunded within 24 hours into my paytm wallet but I waited and complaing after 24 hours when there was neither in paytm wallet nor in my bank account money was refunded. I kept complaining through emails and phone calls but there was no action taken on paytm part. Therefor I'm forced to complain against them. My payment order no. is [protected].

Hello I am from Gujarat, recently came to know lot of other peoples have same compliant as me. First you order with payTM with advance pay then after 15 days they will say that seller is unable to pay and they will refund. This questioned Business model of paytm using peoples money . this is scam they are running! my last 4 order cancelled already. 1. order number: [protected] 2.order number: [protected] 3.order number: [protected] 4. order number: [protected] all the time they have said that item is waiting for courier pick up.

Poorest service from customercare I did recharge 294 I send mail three time but didn't get any response they didn't refund my money and still didn't get my recharge...uninstall the paytm and never ever purchase from paytm or any recharge

I have done a recharge of Rs 200 from Paytm on 27 Nov 2015. My recharge was unsuccessful but money debited from my bank account. They sent me a message saying that they have refund Rs 200 in my Paytm wallet but till now they have not credited my money. I called the paytm customer support but no answer from them. Return my money.

Ihave tried recharge for my mobile no.[protected], and opted payment from my indian overseas bank account xxxxxxxxxxxx 4367.on 23/11/15. the bank account was debited well at time and, still i could not get this amount to paytm wallet or back to bank. please tell me how to retrieve my amount. this is my first time recharge experience from paytm, and well deserved. please help me. I subscribed to an android APP called nexgTV maintained by Digivive services pvt ltd @Rs.125/- month and paid using paytm wallet using my credit card.Paytm asked to enter my credit card details along with CVV and also the grid password 22-Oct-2015. The APP was not working in Saudi Arabia.I kept quite. After one month on 22-Nov-2015 my credit card is debited Rs.125/- without my notice and I received the message.When I contacted paytm they told that if I subscribe to the payment automatically deducted.I think without my authorization credit card should not be detected.Kindly book a complaint on paytm.Presently I am staying in Saudi Arabia.

Hi, I have tried to recharge my vodafone number for Rs 127 on 27/11/2015 from paytm app. The recharge failed but money was deducted from my hdfc account and is not yet refunded. Tried calling paytm customer care but didnt get any help. Kindly resolve the issue and refund my money ASAP. The order no: is [protected] Kindly initiate refund of Rs. 127 at the earliest.

I want to pay 100 rs vodafone bill through paytm.com but when i did payment its successfully done from my account but paytm shows payment failed after many email and contact to bank paytm gives it to me on wallet but when i requested refund it in my account its shown success but its not come in my account after many emails still no any reply from paytm. and today i recarge a airtel mobile of amount 297 and above same seen repeat with me

Paytm against the order number [protected].i was purchased mobile in paytm.but uexpectedly cancelled my order by paytm on nov17th.till now I did not get refund from paytm.they were responding but they not solved my problem I requesting you please do the needful.

This is umesh from Davangere. I have added a cash to my wallet of Rs.1000/-. They have mentioned that on adding Rs.1000. They will be added another Rs.50 to my wallet. Hi buyed Samsung phone in paytm order number[protected] where it was showing cash back of 18 percent.but after buying they are telling no promocode applied ..but when I provided screenshot on the same on same day they told they will process manually and give in 24 hrs..but I buyed on 12 November 2015..they repeatedly told next day even through mail and now telling they cant give cashback.they are cheating us ..I have all mail and screenshot for proof

I had purchased a T shirt from Paytm website on 20th November 2015, Order No: [protected] for Rs 209/-. The payment had been made by Net Banking. The estimated shipping date was 24th November 2015. But there was delay in shipment of the order. Every time when I place a complaint, their customer care says that they are coordinating with the vendor to get the product shipped.

I got fed up of this & at last today I cancelled the order, the status on their website shows 'REFUNDED', I haven't received any refund, no money was credited to my wallet. Firstly there was delay in the shipment & secondly didn't received refund, this was most horrible experience, I never had such experience with any other E commerce websites like Flip-kart, Amazon etc, totally Dissatisfied & annoyed with this attitude.

Recommend strongly not to buy anything from Paytm in future.

I have requested return of the product 2 or 3 days after product delivered to us.the product quality is not good so I requested for product return nd refund but they haven't took the return yet.2 weeks gone.I hav requested for call back through paytm website but they haven't called me back.and no customer care number yo contact them directly.worst 😑

Sir i was ordered product but unfortunately i was offered by a company for job reason but i was not have more money than i was canceled that ordered but now they did not refunded amount at my bank account and finally i was remind regional office but they did not reply so they was push my career in river. what can i do sir

I have tried to pay bill of my vodafone (postpaid)mobile N0. [protected] for an amount of 173 Rupees, but unfortunately the recharge was failed but deducted from my account a sum of 173 Rupees. Please do the needful to refund the amount deducted from my account as soon as possible

During diwali sale i ordered "Maharaja Whiteline Solo MX-122 500 W Mixer Grinder (Red & White/3 Jar)" products from paytm.com. I never thought a reputed company like paytm would do this, lets begin brief with order no.[protected] (03:04 pm, Nov 03 2015). Regarding this order no. Paytm has cheated & fraud with me. I have order this item on 3rd November 2015. It was already delay for delivering the item. I have complaint several time in Paytm customer support team for deliver the item. But Paytm has not taken any action against the complaint. Meanwhile the product came to dhanbad 15 November 2015. 16th was holiday of Blue dart courier office due to Chaht puja. That time i called to blue dart courier office, Dhanbad, He told me your item will be delivered 17 Nov. In 16th Nov. 2015 Paytm has cancelled my item and same amount is to be refunded into my Paytm wallet. But now i have seen that Paytm has been delivered same item to another person at vasant vihar, New delhi. it is 100% fraud case. When i have paid money against the your product, than you should had to delivery the item. Item has been came from Gurgaon to Dhanbad and last moment you have cancelled my item and same item paytm has delivered to another customer at New Delhi. My issue is that, Firstly Paytm has blocked my money at least 17 days and same amount utilized by Paytm organisation 17 days. 2nd issue that when item came from Gurgaon to Dhanbad and last moments it was cancelled from Paytm side, what ever is reason. According to me item should be gone at Gurgaon but Paytm has delivered this item to other customer. When i reported this issue to customer service department they said that your ordered has been lost in transit and refund has been into your wallet. i want explain and take a necessary action against the Paytm and his seller.
