I ordered 2 suits Order No is[protected] 10:19 pm, dated Oct 12 2015 paytm delivered that on 20th Oct 15, but the suits are of low quality so that they asked for the picture i uploaded the picture on the same delivery date they approved the return but till date the courier company is not receiving the product and when i inquire to PayTM through costumer care they said that the courier company said that i refused the return & paytm believed...

Hello sir..please help me to fix my issue...i am a regular paytm user ..i made a order##[protected] of electrolux microwave oven.. it got cancelled by seller due to some issue and the amount 6209 was credited to my paytm wallet.. then i transferred that money to my bank account on 5th Nov..but it is not credited yet to my bank account..i contacted paytm customer representative so many times..they gave me the refund reference no. for this order...
