Mentioned Order number requested on 5th of this NOV-15

It's been 3 weeks have gone, still didn't get the status of same.

I took follow up, was not responded properly by Paytm care team.
resolution provided by them like;
They will call me back or resolve this within next 72 hours
But Till today, i have not received any of all from their end.

I am enclosing snapshot of email trail have communicated with paytm care team.

To whom i should contact, No idea...
Amount also got stuck with their end

how to get it back, don't know

As, Paytm is becoming good service provider day by day...
But in order to provide good service, why their probability is so low.

why they are serving only 10% properly, what will happen with the remains.

I am registering this complaint, in the hope to get resolution.
Hope, any one must be there who will take care of this issue...

    Respected Sir, I have been ordered an Accedre Paint Zoom Spray Gun With Motor under order Id [protected] on 8 Oct''''15 after paying by credit card of Rs. 1714.00 and received a cash back of Rs.514(Total cost Rs.1200) and delivery was scheduled on 17 oct via courier AWB #[protected]. *I have emailed paytm to deliver the item on or before 20 Oct because this item was ordered on priority and to avoid huge painting charges on durgapuja. *After various emails and reminders to paytm, paytm has given many assurance to deliver item each and everyday but failed everyday. *Later on 21 Oct, i hired labours and completed painting work of house on 22 oct and also emailed paytm to deliver the item by 21 oct or or else the item will be claimed free of cost as compensation. on 24 Oct, paytm has cancelled my order without any consent from me and refunded amount of Rs. 1200.00 into paytm wallet and informed to place fresh order. Sir, paytm has bluffed to deliver the items even after 5 days of schedule of delivery and later they have cancelled my order without my concern when i given them ultimatum for delivery of items. because of above matter, i have deputed painters to complete the task of item which costed 10600/- and till date they have not settled the issue as on date even informing to take the matter to consumer court. now Paytm is providing same deal but what is use of this product when its work has been completed after hiring of painter on urgent basis during Durgapuja which costed me Rs.10600.00 due to non delivery of item. I shall be highly obliged for your early and needful action.
    PAYTM HAS NO JUSTIFICATION FOR REASONS AS GIVEN BELOW AGAINT MY CLAIM OF COMPANSATION AS FREE OF COST THAT ITEM EVEN ONE MONTH PASSED.

    1. Schedule date of deliver the item was 17 oct, paytm was keep on replaying my emails that item will be delivered within next 24 hours, next 48 hours, neext 72 hours etc against my each email TILL 21 oCT' 2015..

    2. After failing to deliver the item even beyond schedule date by paytm and my final ultimatum WAS GIVEN TO THEM TO DELIVAR THE ITEM till 22 oct but PAYTM failed and i have deputed painters to complete the purpose of item (because durgapuja is very festive for us) which costed me 10600 rupees, This expenditure incurred due to false status and non supply of item by paytm. paytm is fully responsible with seller.

    3. After given ultimatum to paytm to deliver the item on 22 oct, paytm has automatically cancelled my order WIHTOUT ANY CONCERN & information and refunded my ALREADY paid amount of Rs.1200/- to avoid my claim of free of cost of items against compensation.
    They has agrred many times in their communication that they has passed the issued to their concern team to resolve but as on date they did not do anything against my complain.

    In view of the above, almost 5 emails in a day fron 17 Oct to till date and many many false excuses and falls statements against my emails, my claim of free of cost stand alive as a token of compensation.

      Hello, i am swatee shukla, i have ordered a lakme eyeliner and lakme mascara from paytm. Yesterday (24nov2015) i have received my order only lakme mascara was there i didn't received eyeliner. yesterday i made a complaint and got a call from customer service i spoke to the Rahul sharma he was asking for my debit card details to transfer the amount which i have paid to paytm, no professional company will ask for debit card details . i dont know whether i can trust u people r not anymore. pls provide me my product or return my money. order no.         I applied for a Citi bank credit card by using paytm offer, which they offered to credit Paytm cashback of Rs 750 after successful application of credit card and a minimum purchase of Rs 1000 withing 2 months of issuing of the card. This is the reference number I am using for this offer: # [protected]

        I'ts been 4 months the card is issued, and withing one month I did a purchase of more than 1000 Rupees. I have reminded them a number of times through email but they are avoiding and ignoring to credit the cashback, its been more than 3 months and there were more than 25 emails have been exchanged and every time they give some lame excuses and just keep harassing the customers. I made this application for credit card just by trusting their attractive offer which is turning out to be just a fraud and cheating, they are doing false trade practices and causing, mental agony to consumers by engaging them in numerous follow ups for the issues which they never resolve.


        I have got a physical damage of spending more than 4 months in follow ups and emails with them which has caused me a horrific experience and as they never resolve the issues but always keep promising that issue will be resolved this has given me huge mental agony and harassment. The monetary value of the fraud is 750 Rs but the overall loss in terms of money cant be calculated due to the horrific customer experiences they are giving.


        I need an interim relief of Rs 750 immediately as per their promised promotion, and in addition an compensation of giving me mental trauma, agony and harassing me for more than 4 months since August 2015 to November 2015 and it is still continues. They should also be banned to do any online marketing and promotional activities in future.

            Our account has been delisted on account of self buying with regard to 1 order.

            We were charged penalty of Rs.56997/- and when we asked them the bank account number for remitting penalty amount, they increased the panalty amount to Rs.16, 30, 100/-

            IT IS A TOTALLY CRIME WHICH PAYTM IS COMMITTING.

            Penalty amount can not be increased subsequently.

              I have order Canon Power Shot SX410 IS 20.0 MP Order No. [protected] on 10 Nov 2015 with 1800 Cashback Promo Code. I have paid Rs. 10905 + Rs 65 Shipping = 10965 through credit card. After Two days ie 12 Nov 2015 my order shipped and i received 1800 cash back on my paytm wallet. After 4th Day Order was cancel from paytm side. The refunded only 10420. They are saying you have spend Rs. 521 from wallet.

              Now question is this I have to pay 10965 to my credit card company not 10420. Secondly, Order was cancelled by paytm side not mine and interestingly on the same day when i have spend Rs 521.

              Is this fraud or Not???

                I ordered 2 suits Order No is[protected] 10:19 pm, dated Oct 12 2015 paytm delivered that on 20th Oct 15, but the suits are of low quality so that they asked for the picture i uploaded the picture on the same delivery date they approved the return but till date the courier company is not receiving the product and when i inquire to PayTM through costumer care they said that the courier company said that i refused the return & paytm believed the courier company without any prove as they haven't sent any courier person to my home or i have not signed any no return letter. please help me in this matter as i do not want to waste my 2100 rs and my time too. i[censored] need any other information i will send u.

                      I am writing the complaint against the POS-Paytm. The person name sandesh who called as person from bank, stating that the debit card has expired need to be renewed. Saying this he asked all the details and immediately made transaction of 5000, 5000, 3000, 700, 2000, 2000. Total amount 19000. It's been completely a fraud done with us.                             Dear sir/mam, On 13th Nov'15 ebay company's seller named K-K6570 send me the offer for Lenevo vibe p1 mobile phone via email.The seller also called me on my mobile.I ordered him and paid him via paytm wallet for the product. But he did not shipped my order and gave me incorrect shipment awb no. Now he is not even picking the phone.                               To each and everyone, dont every buy any stuffs from paytm.

                              i brought a Cosmic bicyle on 28-OCT-2015 and got a delivery on 3-NOV-2015. I opened a pack of cycle, it was all of rust with bad accessories. Soon i packaged it back and reported the same to paytm along with pcis. Customer Support guy approved my return and replied saying pickup will be done with in 5-7 days. its being more than 15 days still no reverse pickup done, everytime i get a sorry mail and again with a time limit of 72hrs. after 3-4 times of same reply they say reverse pickup was unsuccessful as there was no one present at your premises. what a reply, my home is open 24/7 as my mom-dad is present 24/7. again a sorry mail with 72 hrs of time. again 72hrs passed away with no reply nor reverse pickup

                                  Hello sir..please help me to fix my issue...i am a regular paytm user ..i made a order##[protected] of electrolux microwave oven.. it got cancelled by seller due to some issue and the amount 6209 was credited to my paytm wallet.. then i transferred that money to my bank account on 5th Nov..but it is not credited yet to my bank account..i contacted paytm customer representative so many times..they gave me the refund reference no. for this order is #[protected]..today i contacted bank ..they told me that this refund reference no. doesn't exist in their database..please help me sir..it is great amount for me..hope you wil help me.. thank you :)

                                      Purchased a trimmer through paytm and made payment through Cod and returned same product as it is not working condition and it is used one.                                         I Had booked bus ticket on 18.11.2015 in morning and again i want to cancel it due to some problem and i tried to cancel ticket through my paytm order but i unable to done this due to cancellation was not taking properly. when i doing to cancel through paytm order it shows amount 250 Rs will deduct from your bus ticket for cancellation charge and i agreed that and pressed OK button but i dint received or get refunded any amount from paytm and after that immediately i raised complaint to paytm care at 4.01pm 18.11.2015 before 4.45 hours back of bus departure time. so they emailed me next day that we are unable to do that process due to some cancellation criteria policies are 0 hrs to 4 Hrs 0%, 4 hrs to 12 Hrs 50%, 12 hrs to 44 Hrs 80%. that means at least i have to get refund 50% amount according to cancellation policy because i did complaint to paytm before 4.45 Hours back that means cancellation criteria also 4 Hrs to 12 Hrs 50% amount refunded if followed the criteria and i followed right. so please help me to get refund and what possible action is there for complaint on paytm.                                         Hello, i paid my bsnl landline bill trough paytm. Bill payment got successful. But BSNL still shows the same Bill. I have mailed to paytm care two times. I got a ticket number for firdt mail. and nothing more. No solution. No response.
