On 5th November i purchased 4 Britannia Bourbon Rs.26 each.Written Information on each BB wrapper is that-Free Rs.26 PayTm cash on redemption of code in pack.I put this code on PayTm site, Where the code redeem.Massage was coming-Please try again after some time. I'm reporting it to PayTm customer care everyday, everytime. But there is no solution coming. Please help me and other in this issue....

Sir, On 09.11.2015 I placed an order for Accu-Chek Testing Strip of 50 Strip vide order id [protected] for Rs. 777 including shipping charge. Recently my payTM wallet account was blocked by the company without assigning any reasons. Since in PayTM we keep our own money and PayTM is only custodian for the same, I do not know under what rules they can block a customer's wallet any reason.
