Even after deduction of recharge amount rs 550/ from my bank account, recharge not effected. Operator ref. No. RJ[protected] order no. #[protected] dt 17.11.2015 at 4.33 pm. My balance is low. Pl either recharge Or refund the amount . My Vodafone mob.no. [protected] I WAS NOT AWARE THAT PAYTM COMPANY CAN DO SUCH TYPE OF MISTAKE.

    My PayTm account with no [protected], was hacked and wallet amount has been deducted without my knowledge. I just received a message saying that so and so you have successfully sent RS. 1120 via paytm wallet to the account [protected] with transaction id[protected]. The shocking news urged me to reach out PayTM customer care in very next second but failed since no one has picked the phone. Later, I wrote a mail to cybercell @paytm.com, explaining the fraud act but they did not response properly. I understand that OTP message is mandatory for all kind of transactions in PayTm but the misfortune is, I have not at all received any OTP message regarding the payment. I am the victim, please help me

      Dear Sir, i have buy a loptop from paytm my order id is Order# [protected], i receive defective laptop so i was returned to paytm, as they said to me to return to party person the give me address, after this i was courier laptop to given address i have charge 2500 for courier, now they haven't returned my amount, i had done many mail to paytm regarding to refund amount but yet not get, I request to you please sir resolve my issue, beacouse i have Payment via HDFC credit card EMI, now this month igot emi if i will not pay this then interest may apply Thanks&Regards Krishna Kamal Solanki [protected]

        I ordered Sparx shoes from paytm (order No.[protected]).I requested return for the same as wrong product was send to me.No reverse pick up done by paytm till date..Its almost one month that I m following with paytm but nothing has been done.Such a horrible and pathetic customer care service by paytm.

          PAYTM ORDER REF: [protected] INVOICE DATE: 4-Nov-2015, INVOICE #: 131/[protected], I placed sony ear phones, the paytm is deliverd china product with the name of sony. So I just raised the request, those people respond and told me answer is send to us the delivered images and invoice.I had send then give the replay as "we can't replacement option to any product in paytm but we can "return policy are you agree with this".I told ok I agree but I asked about my money back details then again those reply me, "The images are not clear, send with clarity".I don't know what is this yaar.Is this customer relationship and we don't want any satisfaction from paytm any thing but don't cheat us. Paytm team called to me for refund .but I do n't Have my bank details at that time then I request those people please call me after 30 minutes but they did n't call me again and a got message this is not valid please check the number.What is this those people are playing with customers.I got the call from "+91-[protected]".

                This is Seema Negi, I had purchased from paytm for Rs.1699/- but i did not like the product and I got refund on my paytm account, now I want my money in my bank account but company's representative said that you will get your money in your bank account but after deducting 4% service tax on total. Now, tell me sir what is this, I never seen such kind of policies in other site and also it is not fare how you could deduct service tax while customer did not buy anything. Please look at this matter.

                  Ordered with this order ID [protected] from paytm.com . They were to provide me a cashback of INR 200 on my order of a shirt. It was mentioned that my cashback will be intiated once the product is shipped from its orgin. Now, today ie 18 nov, , it has been 4 days since that product has been shipped from origin also the product has reached me yesterday, but still I have not received my cashback. More over they are not even replying as to when I would get my cashback. Whenever I mail them regarding this, they just send me a pretyped mail that it would take next 72 hours for the cashback to intiate. But this 72 hour story is being told me since last 3 days. Being frustated by their act, I decided to cancel the order so that I could get my money back. But they said reject the delivery in case the product reaches you, And when I asked their delivery boy to take that along with him as I have cancelled your order, he refused to take it back saying he doesnt have any such information. My money is stuck and I was to pay bills, I am not able to take another risk and pay through their site, but how will I get my money back, actually I am doubtful if I would be getting them or not.

                    On 5th November i purchased 4 Britannia Bourbon Rs.26 each.Written Information on each BB wrapper is that-Free Rs.26 PayTm cash on redemption of code in pack.I put this code on PayTm site, Where the code redeem.Massage was coming-Please try again after some time. I'm reporting it to PayTm customer care everyday, everytime. But there is no solution coming. Please help me and other in this issue.

                      Sir, On 09.11.2015 I placed an order for Accu-Chek Testing Strip of 50 Strip vide order id [protected] for Rs. 777 including shipping charge. Thereafter the order was dispatched by the merchant and the Paytm customer care has also provided me the courier details for tracking the same. Thereafter all of a sudden on 13.11.2015 I received a message from Paytm that my order has been cancelled and reason for cancelling the same is delay in delivery. Sir I failed to understand as to when the order has already been shipped then there is no question of delay. I had also not made any grievance of delay in delivery of the same. Subsequently on 14.11.2015 it has been stated by the customer care that the order was cancelled due to lost in transit. When I protested for this on the ground of two different assertion then the customer care authorities has come out with earlier version that the order was cancelled by the merchant. Sir repeatedly protesting the reasoning of the customer care authorities on the ground that I had never requested for cancellation of order and without my consent the merchant, when accepted my order ha s no right to cancel the order. Second I simply want to know from the customer care authorities that what is the date of expiry of product. As you know it is a medical product and so far as I am aware in each of the medical product the date expiry must be stated. Suppose sir, I placed a order for accu-chek testing strip of 50 strip and the date of expiry of the product is December 15 or February 16 then it is not possible for the customer to use this strip well with the period of expiry. Under the law all medical product must display the date of expiry and in your web site so far as accu chek testing strip is concerned the date of expiry is not mentioned. Sir, the act and action of the customer care authorities is appears to be high handness. Sir, thereafter a almost more than ten mails requested the customer care authorities to forward my grievance to the higher authorities but the customer care authorities have come out with same and similar reply that your order has been cancelled by the merchant and the amount has been refunded. It also appears that the customer care authorities is hand in glove with the merchant and therefore they are evading to read the mail properly or give proper reply of my query. I also requested the customer care authorities that how without displaying the date of expiry you are selling the medical product causing undue harassment to the consumer. Sir I failed to understand as to whether the customer care authorities understand the English or knowing evading to give proper reply of my query. In spite of repeated request they are adamend not to forward my grievance to the higher authorities and also to give proper reply of my query. Hence this complaint with you with hope that you will consider the same carefully and provide me due succor to me. Sir, mere expressing apology does not solve the matter. Due to high handness action of the merchant and customer care authorities I have been deprived of the product which is very necessary so far as sugar patient is concerned. In spite of above the Paytm is not taking any action against the merchant. Merely refunding the amount will not sufficient so far as the customer is concerned. I had order the product when there is a 35% cash back and now there is only 25 % cash back. Sir who will bear the this difference of 10%. Sir I am enclosing herewith the entire correspondent done in between me and customer care authorities for your kind consideration. Sir, I am also making on ecommerce complaint against the Paytm for their high handness act. Sir I hope that you will consider my complaint carefully and provide me due succor to me. Today i tried to call the customer care authorities in their number [protected] but in could not find any option to talk with authorities concerned only ivr solution is feeded. Thereafter i also tried to call the care authorities in another number [protected] but none has picked up my telephone Awaiting an early reply

I raise the complaint on paytm against this.And also raise the ticket no.[protected]. But paytm said that they delivered the product Pradeep sinha. And he sign any duplicate sign of anything.Still i am replying that mail to please cross check i haven't received the product.Still they are not replying. It almost 15 days over. please help me.

                          On 8th Nov 2015, I received my order from paytm which contained a Levi's jeans(Invoice No-84454/[protected]. As the jeans was a duplicate one, I contacted Paytm to return it and they accepted the task. On 14th Nov 2015, the courier boy from Chance Logistics(Tracking No- [protected]) arrived to collect the product, but he didn't knew my address, so I got suspicious and tried to contact Paytm customer care. But after 12 hrs(& still now), I didn't received a reply and the courier boy had arrived. So I asked him to give me the return slip, but he said he doesn't have the slip and said that it would be mailed to my id, and showed his ID card(Name- Suvendu, Mob- [protected]) of the logistics. I have complained about the entire incident to Paytm Care several times(5-6 times), but after 48 hrs, there is no reply from their end. Its clear now that they have a role in this fraud. So I demand my entire refund in my bank A/c as soon as possible, or else I will go legal about such activity.

                              Order number [protected], [protected] and [protected] Product: Bus Tickets. I had booked 3 tickets from paytm.com for the 4th of October from Goa to Bangalore. The operators Varsha Travels cancelled the ac bus 2hrs prior to the departure and provided a non ac bus in its place. On calling Varsha Travels they agreed to cancell the tickets o[censored]s five travelling together and refunding the full amount for the tickets. 3 tickets were booked from my account and the rest 2 from the accounts of Alok Kumar and Harshad Kulkarni. When a refund request was raised by us, Paytm refunded in full to Alok and Harshad but not to me(as 1 ticket was booked from them each and 3 from mine). As all o[censored]s were to travel/not travel together, I am just as eligible for refund as they are.I don't understand the reason for PayTM's denial. But Paytm now says that we (the 3 tickets booked by me) had actually traveled that day. According to the information conveyed to us from Paytm, we are 'accused' of travelling in Varsha Travels (04 Oct 2015), meaning, there is no system to check as to who actually traveled on the given bus on our seats. Which also means that if something were to go wrong, we could also be blamed for the damage/crime that happened on the bus. This is very shameful and offensive and I hoped this 'harassment' would stop with the submission of the PROOFS OF NOT TRAVELLING on the 4th. But it's been more than a month now and I see nothing of the refund. I am attaching the following for your reference: 1. The hotel booking for us for 4th of October as we could not go back due to this mismanagement. 2. The tickets booked from Paytm again for all 5 o[censored]s for the next day(5th October) where we actually traveled. 3. Screenshots of PayTM's replies to two of my friends on very different days admitting that the bus was INDEED CANCELLED. 4. PayTM's reply to me denying the same. Please help me refund for the 3 tickets booked by me as I am getting no help but only ignorance or harassment from PayTM's side.

                                I placed an order for Jolla jolly footwear, size 6, on 16th Sept, 2015. through order No. [protected] for Rs 419/= in the name of Pawan Chakrapani. Received the pair on 21st Sept but not the size I had ordered, hence requested a reverse pickup on 22nd Sept as the footwear did not fit me. I received a call from Paytm twice asking me If I had changed my mind and wanted to retain the article. I told them that I wanted to return the said article.On !8th Oct I received a ail from Paytm that my return request was rejected reason being my address could not be located and My phone was not reachable.I spoke to paytm team and asked the to send for reverse pickup. On 20th Oct the article was picked up through JV Express courier company and till date the refund amount of around Rs 160/= has not been added to my wallet.I have written over 55 mails and called up paytm care 25 times but they have a standard answer, "Sorry for inconvenience caused, wait for 24/48 hrs and our concerned department will resolve your issue".I've sent the copy of the return receipt to paytm thrice and still when I write a mail they ask me to send them a copy of reverse pickup.The customer care executive does'nt transfer the phone to a responsible superior nor does he/she give a satisfactory answer. I have spent ore money on my phone bill than the refund due.I am frustrated of daily communicating with paytm and wasting my time.Please help me get my money back.Thanx n bye

                                  Order no.[protected] . Product: Wonderchef Ceramide Casserole Set By Chef Sanjeev Kapoor. Price: Rs.3540 paid through net banking. Hi, I had ordered the above product on 5th Nov, 15. Received the product on 9th Nov, 15. However, i received the completely damaged( the glass lids were completely broken and also with some of the parts missing) product. Immediately, i requested for return and also claimed for refund(e-mail with images of damaged product was attached and sent to paytm support team). First, the customer care executive told me that the return has been approved and the product will be picked up from the courier personnel within 5-7 days. I waited and the reverse pickup was not done. later when i spoke to the customer care, they say the reverse pickup will not be done by them but has to be done by me. I request you to please help me in resolving this issue by taking action against the paytm company.

                                    I had ordered for 7 Shampoo Bottles and 7 Conditioners of Dove, Tresemme and L'Oreal Brand on 07 Nov, 2015 at 8:22 PM on the PayTM website (seller - Energy India). The payment was successfully done with confirmed delivery date - 15th and 16th Nov, 2015. After 2 days, I was surprised to know that my orders were cancelled through an sms from PayTM without mentioning any reason and returned the amount of Rs 317 in my PayTM Wallet. Then, on asking from PayTM, the reason for cancellation of Orders, they mentioned the reason - "Catalogue Issue on the Website". My Oder Number was [protected] and [protected]. I requested them on phone to fulfil my orders as they were booked successfully, but they denied to fulfil them. Please do the needful for fulfilling my orders as successful payment was dione.

                                      I had ordered a product from PayTM with order no [protected] on 15th october 015, somehow the order was cancelled after that from past 30 days they are playing with me by sending me funny mails that we had refunded you on 22th october 2015 with the transaction id : [protected]. but when i consult my bank they are replying that we dont have any such transaction with that id. I had mailed morethan 15 times but those paytm care guys simply sending some cockand bull stories regarding my refund and not atall responding. still they did not refund my amount. Here is my transaction details for the money i had paid through canara bank on 15th october, Ref.No : CBPAYTM-[protected]-[protected], Rs 1359. please make some necessary action.

                                        Paytm another PE funded fraud.. a recharge guy selling products online.. first they quote lesser price and you end up in buyin all the product .. they promise 3-4days develiery normally and it never comes.. i have booked for 4times.. got attracted to pricing.. either i got a substandard product or i got the product after 12 -14 days.. similar experiences with frinds and all over internet complaint boards. wen you call them they make you wait min for 20-30min on call... they have poor trackign system.. just avoid paytm.. they are not matured yet in ecommerce... dont get cheated.
