I had done 47 rupees full talk time recharge from Paytm website on 14th October 2015. But, I received on 28 or less rupees in my Airtel mobile number [protected] (Mumbai circle). I sent several emails to PayTM first. Nobody gave me satisfactory answer. Then, I also contacted Airtel. They said, you should contact PayTM. Right now, I'm standing nowhere and not sure whom to complain. Please help me.

    Do not use Paytm application otherwise they will still your money. I am sharing here my experience with paytm please read and share - I had paid my airtel mobile bill of RS 632 using my Paytm wallet money on 28th Oct 2015 and transaction order no -[protected]. But due to some processing issue, this transaction status was changes to processing and after approx two hour it was changes to fail. But my wallet amount was not credited back in my wallet account. I reported this issue with Paytm custcare at [protected]@paytm.com as Paytm donot provide support on call. After exchange of 18 mail the problem is still same. The Custcare people response is always same and it is as below: “I would like to inform you that the bank automatically refunds the amount into your account. It may take between 3 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. The refund timelines vary from bank to bank. In case of any delay in receiving your amount, I request you to please get in touch with your bank. “ I already clarified to cust care that i have not associated my bank / credit account with paytm. So bank is not involved in this transaction. If it is involve, tell me how it is possible and what is bank name. I requested them to check my transaction details and my wallet balance before and after this transaction. But response from cust care is remain same .

        Yesterday I had ordered Dominos Pizza and I made the payment through Paytm. The money was deducted from my Paytm wallet but the order did not get complete. I was again redirected to Dominos payment page I had contacted Paytm regarding this and they said the transaction is showing successful from their side to BILLDESK.However the order did not get confirmed from Dominos side. kindly look into it...this isvmy 5 the mail regarding the same complaint..570/- got deducted from paytm wallet.             Recently my payTM wallet account was blocked by the company without assigning any reasons. Since in PayTM we keep our own money and PayTM is only custodian for the same, I do not know under what rules they can block a customer's wallet any reason. Even after writing to PayTm though they have unblocked my account but no reason was given to me for the same .

                Dear Sir/ Madam, Order No:[protected] I have purchased a microwave oven through you on 12.11.2015. The delivery address is mentioned as my old address. I requested your people several times to change the delivery address as there is nobody to take delivery of the microwave oven at my earlier address (Nellore, AP) which is about 2000 km away from Mumbai where I am presently working. Despite several e-mails nobody responded positively. The following is the latest communication sent to the customer care. It appears that you have not understood my concern. Please note that I am not living in Nellore and I am transferred to Mumbai which is about 2000 km from Nellore. There is nobody to take delivery of the microwave oven. In that case what will happen to the article purchased by me? You appear to suggest that there is no way and I have to loose the money as you can not cancel the order nor you can change the delivery address. Please note that I have not given the delivery address but the system has picked up the address from my profile. Only after the payment is made by me the delivery address is shown by the system. Had the system been programmed to show the delivery address before making the payment, I would have certainly changed the delivery address. Please note that I have started communicating with you immediately after the delivery address is shown by the system. Even after several e-mails nobody seems to have understood the problem. One after the other write to me that delivery address can not be changed. Then what is the recourse? Nobody is telling about that. This is unncessarily putting the customer to hardship. I observe from the system that the microwave oven is not yet shipped. But you are unwilling to change the delivery address. If this causes hardship to me or results in loosing money, I will have no other alternative but to go to the consumer forum. Please respond to the request positively.                     (1).I have Recharge MTS MBLAZE No:[protected] on dated 16/10/2015 Time:08:42 pm, Price: Rs.399, Order No:[protected], Order Total: Rs 399, from PayTM website, which was first become error in recharge & amount Rs.399 has debited form my bank account. There was no any successful recharge message received by me in my mobile number ([protected]).

                    (2).Second time again, I have recharge above mention MTS MBlaze No:[protected] on dated 16/10/2015, Time:09:03 pm, Price: Rs 399, Order No:[protected], Order Total: Rs399.
                    This order number recharge was successful and I have also received message recharge successful in my mobile number([protected])..

                    Later on, When I check the account of my paytm account Your Orders. This Order No:[protected] was successful.

                    So many time I have send this message above mention in No: (1). to customer care of paytm to refund Rs. 399 into my bank account.They just respond that this has done recharge successful.

                    I kindly request you to look into this matter for which I shall remain grateful to you for this act of kindness.

So I just raised the request, those people respond and told me answer is send to us the delivered images and invoice.I had send then give the reply as "we can't replacement option to any product in paytm but we can "return policy are you agree with this".I told ok I agree but I asked about my money back details then again those reply me, "The images are not clear, send with clarity".I don't know what is this yaar.Is this customer relationship and we don't want any satisfaction from paytm any thing but don't cheat us.after completion of these process paytm call me on yesterday told, "We refund your money to your bank account " .But I don't have my bank details so I request them please call me back with in 30 minutes still they did n't call me and that called number is getting invalid number when i am calling.paytm people are playing with customers.                             I have deposited Rs. 2000/- to paytm cash on 25th sept. 2015.

                            Transaction done through Net Banking.

                            Purpose - To deposit in paytm wallet for future expenses.

                            Mail raised two times regarding the above said matter to please show my amount either in my wallet or to refund this in my bank account.
                            But, what they have replied that amount has been refunded or used already.

                            Then, I checked both these issues seriously from my end & I came to know no where it has been used nor it has refunded to my bank account.

                            So, kindly help me to refund my money immediately through their account.

                              I had done 99/- INR 3G recharge for airtel number [protected] through Paytm on 7th November' 2015.
                              Please find the successful recharge mail from PayTM for your reference in the screen shot.
                              As per the plan mentioned in the offer, 300 MB data for 14 days should be received in this number [protected] which did not happen.

                              The offer was mentioned in PayTM website .Please find the screenshot.

                              Now I sent email to both PayTM and Airtel team. Now Find the answer from both of them.

                              (Note : I have attached every proof screen shot and email from PayTM and Airtel Please find it in attachment).

                              Now Either Return my Money or provide me the benefit. As Both of the company is shifting their responsibility to each other . From a normal citizen they are deducting money within 2 minutes but when the service should be provided then there is no ETHICS AND VALUE AT ALL!!!

                                Paytm team called to me for refund .but I do n't Have my bank details at that time then I request those people please call me after 30 minutes but they did n't call me again and a got message this is not valid please check the number.What is this those people are playing with customers.I got the call from "+91-[protected]".

                                  After sending lots of mail to your Paytm service providers, there is no response and they are not taking any proper action regarding return process of my product. After making a call to your service provider they told me that they will take action within 72 HOUR but there is no response. I file my complaint on 6th Nov and today is 12th Nov. I am not getting any positive feedback from your side. Please kindly return my product as soon as possible or kindly exchange with new one.

                                    The site is refusing for exchange, first they give attractive cashback offers and that too on prepaying for products, then they delivered the different sized product and once u spend your cashback that too unnecessarily on their site only via different modes and when you ask them for exchange they are denying it saying that they will only return the product and no exchange. so that i will get reduced amount only and to order again and get the cashback and then spend it again on their site. Thus making a chain business by manipulating the customer and extracting their money in this way. here is the image of what they wrote on the product on their invoice and what i get inside. the same has been repeated many times before, giving the same excuses again and again.the Order No is[protected].

                                      Order Number: MPtkt - [protected]. Date of Delivery: 13/10/2015 and Date of complaint : 12/11/2015 It is pack of two lakme eyeconic kajal set. It is a fake product. It can be verified from the print on the kajal. There are numerous spelling errors in the print with the blue band on the kajal darker than the original one. Also as printed on the kajal it is smudge-free upto 10 hours. I have used the original one. It is indeed smudge-free. But this one is not so. It smudges almost immediately and is the black colour is of a lighter shade. I am a regular buyer from Paytm. Such a thing gives bad impression of the online buying portal. On compliant to PayTM they simply ignored the issue giving the reason that it is beyond the seller's 15 days return policy so no refund can be done. They are simply ignorant of the negativities of a fake eye make-up. A counterfeited product being sold through their website is not an issue but a refund is.

On Nov 9th 2015 i have undergone two transactions one is Top Up for Rs-50/- this was successful and second one is 3G top up for Rs - 67/- which was still under processing... Also requested for cash back and still no response from their end.
