Hi,
I had done 99/- INR 3G recharge for airtel number [protected] through Paytm on 7th November' 2015.
Please find the successful recharge mail from PayTM for your reference in the screen shot.
As per the plan mentioned in the offer, 300 MB data for 14 days should be received in this number [protected] which did not happen.
The offer was mentioned in PayTM website .Please find the screenshot.
Now I sent email to both PayTM and Airtel team. Now Find the answer from both of them.
(Note : I have attached every proof screen shot and email from PayTM and Airtel Please find it in attachment).
Please find the answer from Airtel.

SO MY MONEY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED AND I DID NOT GET THE DATA AND AIRTEL IS ASKING ME TO CONTACT WITH PAYTM ONLY.
Now Please find the answer from PayTM.

Unfortunately, the talk time or any other benefit that you receive is entirely controlled by the operator. Therefore, we request you to please get in touch with AIRTEL.

HENCE PAYTM IS ASKING ME TO CONTACT WITH AIRTEL !!!
Now Either Return my Money or provide me the benefit. As Both of the company is shifting their responsibility to each other . From a normal citizen they are deducting money within 2 minutes but when the service should be provided then there is no ETHICS AND VALUE AT ALL!!!
I have provided the complain to both of the company PayTM and Airtel.
