I have already contact with my bank but there is no problem from bank side .& he say please contact merchant paytm . noida, HE REFUND THE Amont. Please find out the fraud and refund the fund on my acct.       I have a lot of complaints against PayTM. 1) They deliver faulty products most of the time. 2) The goods to be dispatched at times takes more than 2 weeks, But in the site it provides you 2 weeks delivery time. When customer care is contacted they ask for Sorry and then reply saying it might take another 20-25 days which gradually ends up cancelling the product. 2) When customer care is contacted the only reply we receive is "Sorry for the inconvenience". They do not even try to understand the root cause and give a clarification to the customer. 3) I ordered for Car Dashboard cleaner and I received Car Shampoo. Now PayTM is telling me they will refund the amount. But what about the time I wasted for searching the product, ordering it and then wait for it? There is no compensation for that. Customer care person is asking me questions that are not even related to my issue. They have dumb customer care.

I have not yet received my cash back after 11 days of paying for the order through payTM and no response to emails either from their customer support desk.           Wallet balance issue - less amount than spent

          Hi Team,

          I've added 1500 cash into PayTM wallet, after that i spent some amount and balance i expected is Rs.463.07(I have a list of orders where i spent money).

          But the current wallet balance is showing Rs.227.8.

          I have asked the customer care through mail that where is remaining amount Rs.235.27 which is not showing in balance which i didn't spent anywhere.

          Your Order No is [protected] 8:27 am, Oct 28 2015 Order not delivered. Requesting to refund the money back into my CC, but concern never honoured. A small request to call back was never honoured by this company. They want us to spend on their website, but could not return the spent when they could not fulfil what we need.

            Sir/ Madam

            I had ordered a Juicer mixer grinder vide their order# [protected] dated[protected] for a amount of Rs, 1832/- paid in advance.

            The same was delivered to me on[protected].

            The Item is defective (Motor doesn't work properly, Juicer spills the liquid all around) and same was informed to PAYTM on[protected].

            They asked for the photograph and order No. of the product, which has been sent to them many time through many e-mails.

            Now they are sending un relevant queries like, my complaint is about wrong product receipt and resent the info and photograph of the product.

            I have also stated to them that
            a. the packaging was fine at the time of receipt of the product.
            b. The defect is from the time of receipt of the product itself and is a manufacturing defect.
            c. The product doesn't have any visible external mark of damage.
            d. They were requested to take back their product and refund my money.

            But i am not finding solution through their customer care (Help line)

            Therefore i request you to treat my complaint as FIR and initiate the proceeding for fraud and deceit to recover my money & damages and relieve me of mental agony I am facing.

                Dear Sir/Madam, I am Samrat RoyChowdhury had made recharge on yesterday night around 9 PM for Rs161 in order to get 1GB 3G data package from paytm in my Air Tel number: [protected] My Order No. is:[protected], but still I have not received my data package. I have informed from Air Tel customer care that this above mentioned recharge is invalid. Under this circumstance I have made several compliant from company's web portal but they are totally unresponsive. I have called paytm customer care number:[protected]telling busy when I am calling) [protected]not able to connect with customer representative) Under this situation I am severely irritating about your service. Please do the need full thing to get my amount back
                Dear Sir/Madam, I am Zuby Ali had made recharge on July-20-2017 around 14:32 PM for Rs 399 in order to get 1 GB of data per day at high 4G speed for 84 day from paytm in my Jio number: [protected] My Order No. is #[protected], but still I have not received my data package & payment is not refunded to my bank I have informed to Jio customer care and also ICICI bank customer care that this above mentioned recharge is invalid.                   I recently bought a samsung galaxy note edge from paytm and its not working after many emails they only insist me to get warranty from the service centre. I bought a mobile phone from paytm Samsung galaxy note edge i pay amount of 43557/- for order no [protected], invoice no. 35059/[protected]. the costumer care phone no. get disconnected every time after recorded messege. proper solution also not provided by grievance redressal system. very poor customer care service from paytm.

                        I have ordreed the lenovo a6000 (Black) product from paytm on nov 05 2015 8:24 am and they have delivered me with box of stone and soap in it which is delivered nov 10 2015 time : 2:50 pm.. I don't think is the way to treat customer, paytm is cheated. On top of that i have tried reaching customer case number[protected]/+[protected] but no response

                          Hi,

                          My name is Vijay and I have placed order in PAYTM for Micromax 40B200HD 39 Inch LED TV (HD Ready) and my order No is [protected] on 14th of August 2015. I got the product on 20th of August 2015 with damaged condition. I have uploaded damaged photos and placed for return request. After 1 Week they said we don't have any service for return pickup from your location and you can send the product by yourself and we will pay the transport changes. When i was contacted to my local courier they said charge for return the product 3400/- Rs and i informed same to paytm and they said we are not ready to pay that much amount and we will arrange the reverse pickup. But till not i didn't get proper response from them, every time when i called to customer care they are saying we process your request to our concern team we will get back to you within 24 to 48 Hrs. But till now my issue is not resolved. It was almost 3 months has gone still they are not process return request.

                            i have purchased the product and quality is not good due to which i have raised this ticket to return the product.
                            while purchasing the product the description was Large size No splits in cashews, whereas the quality of cashew is so bad that there are many pieces of single cashew.

                                  I want to complain against the fraud being committed by Paytm. This thing is a huge fraud and many consumers are being charged in excess.

                                  I have been charged Rs 799 for my order plus Rs 30 delivery charge. Infact the original price was shown on paytm website as Rs 999 and discounted price was Rs 799.

                                  Now to my shock and surprise on 25th June I got delivery and found that MRP of the products is just Rs 675. By showing MRP as Rs 999 and then charging Rs 799 from a consumer is a big fraud. Paytm cannot charge me above MRP.

                                  Moreover Paytm is giving a false impression that they are selling on discount though they are illegally overcharging.

                                  I dont know how many consumers have been defrauded like this. I mailed to Paytm and they admitted this fraud but replied that they can refund only Rs 124 i.e Rs 799 paid by me less the MRP. They further asked me to give my concurrence to it. I straight away refused and said that MRP shown on Paytm was Rs 999 so I am entitiled to Rs 324 refund. However they did not agree with it and said me to confirm that I am ok with Rs 124 refund.

                                  I did not reply to them for a while and PayTm also kept quiet. This shows they are not at all proactive to close consumers concerns.

                                  After sometime I again said That I do not agree with Rs 124 refund offered to me and that Paytm must refund Rs 324. But they again replied that theycan give me Rs 124 refund only and asked me to agree to this so that then they can initiate refund.

                                  I then replied to them stating that Paytm has still not understood the grave concern of a consumer and continuing to cause harassment to the consumer. Inspite of a consumer bringing to Paytm's knowledge the illegal and fraud practices of Paytm, Paytm has not taken steps to that consumer and instead has not taken any action to refund the same .I again state that this is highly irresponsible on part of Paytm to not refund my due amount as per my series of mails. I have to waste my time and energy to get my refund for no fault of mine.

                                  I now believe that Paytm thinks that its is so easy to defraud a consumer in India and that no action will be taken against it. Instead of Paytm doing what is right, they are asking me to confirm the refund amount of Rs 124? Why? They must do what is right. Instead of actually rewarding a consumer for bringing fraudulent practices to its knowledge, Paytm is not even giving the due refund and fighting for just Rs 200 which I am entitiled too. I want all to pls note that this company is indulging in fraudulent transactions and has a extremely poor customer service.

                                    PayTM guys are cheating in a lot of ways. Their customer service is worst. They just send meaningless emails. I have sent more than 50 emails and even then the same nonsense is being repeated by the customer service. I've been waiting for 1month for the return pickup of the washing machine that I bought with Rs. 31000. My order number is [protected]. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com. Ph. No. [protected]. I tried contacting the customer care. But the number seems to be busy always. Paytm is just cheating people. They are making me wait since 1 month and still I have not received any update or refund of my money. If this continues, how can I proceed legally with this?

                                      Rahesh Sharma( [protected]) Called me on behalf of PayTm.Dear sir, I recieved Panasonic P55 8gb on 06 Nov 2015 around tine 2:00pm . I open packet and checked packet and found that phone is different than my order because it was 8gb phone. But my order was for 16gb phone. After that i send email to [protected]@paytm.com to return phone and to give right phone 16 gb Panasonic novo at time 03:26pm I got a call from Rajesh Sharma on 06 Nov 2015 aprox 5:00pm . He tell me that he is calling on the behalf of Paytm. He told me detail of my ordered phone and told me that you have send email to paytm to return phone. He ask me reason of return of phone. After that he told me that he will send pickup boy to return phone and resend 16 gb phone. He also told that before giving phone to pickup boy please call me and i will confirm. Next day he send a boy name deepak. He come with an invoice slip which was same as on packet send by paytm. He check phone and invoice, it was same. After that i called Mr.Rajesh Sharma that your pickup boy has recieving phone, Rajesh Sharma talked with deepak from my phone and he confirmed ok. After that Deepak give me recieving on invoice paper which he bring with him. Deepak take phone and told me to send recieving slip to [protected]@paytm.com. and i send a copy to paytm. After that i got a acceptance mail of return product from paytm. But today i got call from paytm again. She said that you want to return phone. After that I called Mr.Rajesh Sharma ([protected]) Mr.Deepak ( [protected]) But both phones are switched off. I told her all details that i have aready return phone then she told me to email all this story to paytm. Please solve this issue. 1) Is anyone other has access to paytm mail to missuse it? 2) How anyone can have paytm invoice? I want my 16gb panasonic novo phone. Please solve this problem.
