I have recd my shoes delivery today but its damaged with huge dirt and very poor packing and in a very bad manner even not in a usable situation, I am very much harrased with your service and even not connect my phone with your customer care service as well.     I want to complain against the fraud being committed by Paytm. This thing is a huge fraud and many consumers are being charged in excess.

    I have been charged Rs 799 for my order plus Rs 30 delivery charge. Infact the original price was shown on paytm website as Rs 999 and discounted price was Rs 799.

    Now to my shock and surprise on 25th June I got delivery and found that MRP of the products is just Rs 675. By showing MRP as Rs 999 and then charging Rs 799 from a consumer is a big fraud. Paytm cannot charge me above MRP.

    Moreover Paytm is giving a false impression that they are selling on discount though they are illegally overcharging.

    I dont know how many consumers have been defrauded like this. I mailed to Paytm and they admitted this fraud but replied that they can refund only Rs 124 i.e Rs 799 paid by me less the MRP. They further asked me to give my concurrence to it. I straight away refused and said that MRP shown on Paytm was Rs 999 so I am entitiled to Rs 324 refund. However they did not agree with it and said me to confirm that I am ok with Rs 124 refund.

    I did not reply to them for a while and PayTm also kept quiet. This shows they are not at all proactive to close consumers concerns.

    After sometime I again said That I do not agree with Rs 124 refund offered to me and that Paytm must refund Rs 324. But they again replied that theycan give me Rs 124 refund only and asked me to agree to this so that then they can initiate refund.

    I then replied to them stating that Paytm has still not understood the grave concern of a consumer and continuing to cause harassment to the consumer. Inspite of a consumer bringing to Paytm's knowledge the illegal and fraud practices of Paytm, Paytm has not taken steps to that consumer and instead has not taken any action to refund the same .I again state that this is highly irresponsible on part of Paytm to not refund my due amount as per my series of mails. I have to waste my time and energy to get my refund for no fault of mine.

    I now believe that Paytm thinks that its is so easy to defraud a consumer in India and that no action will be taken against it. Instead of Paytm doing what is right, they are asking me to confirm the refund amount of Rs 124? Why? They must do what is right. Instead of actually rewarding a consumer for bringing fraudulent practices to its knowledge, Paytm is not even giving the due refund and fighting for just Rs 200 which I am entitiled too. I want all to pls note that this company is indulging in fraudulent transactions and has a extremely poor customer service.

      PayTM guys are cheating in a lot of ways. Their customer service is worst. They just send meaningless emails. I have sent more than 50 emails and even then the same nonsense is being repeated by the customer service. I've been waiting for 1month for the return pickup of the washing machine that I bought with Rs. 31000. My order number is [protected]. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com. Ph. No. [protected]. I tried contacting the customer care. But the number seems to be busy always. Paytm is just cheating people. They are making me wait since 1 month and still I have not received any update or refund of my money. If this continues, how can I proceed legally with this?
      Strict action has to be taken on these companies for their irresponsible behavior.

        Rahesh Sharma( [protected]) Called me on behalf of PayTm.Dear sir, I recieved Panasonic P55 8gb on 06 Nov 2015 around tine 2:00pm . I open packet and checked packet and found that phone is different than my order because it was 8gb phone. But my order was for 16gb phone. After that i send email to [protected]@paytm.com to return phone and to give right phone 16 gb Panasonic novo at time 03:26pm I got a call from Rajesh Sharma on 06 Nov 2015 aprox 5:00pm . He tell me that he is calling on the behalf of Paytm. He told me detail of my ordered phone and told me that you have send email to paytm to return phone. He ask me reason of return of phone. After that he told me that he will send pickup boy to return phone and resend 16 gb phone. He also told that before giving phone to pickup boy please call me and i will confirm. Next day he send a boy name deepak. He come with an invoice slip which was same as on packet send by paytm. He check phone and invoice, it was same. After that i called Mr.Rajesh Sharma that your pickup boy has recieving phone, Rajesh Sharma talked with deepak from my phone and he confirmed ok. After that Deepak give me recieving on invoice paper which he bring with him. Deepak take phone and told me to send recieving slip to [protected]@paytm.com. and i send a copy to paytm. After that i got a acceptance mail of return product from paytm. But today i got call from paytm again. She said that you want to return phone. After that I called Mr.Rajesh Sharma ([protected]) Mr.Deepak ( [protected]) But both phones are switched off. I told her all details that i have aready return phone then she told me to email all this story to paytm. Please solve this issue. 1) Is anyone other has access to paytm mail to missuse it? 2) How anyone can have paytm invoice? I want my 16gb panasonic novo phone. Please solve this problem.           I had lost my registered number with my mobile now I want to change my registered mobile number with my new number. I have also submitted the Police complaint that I registered but Paytm is insisting to submit my bank account statement .Which I don't want because Paytm has no right to look into my transaction history. They are neither giving any explanation nor reply.

            This is to highlight malpractices that were recently observed from your account. The nature of these is as follows:-

            Creation of multiple customer accounts by the merchant and merchant posing as a customer by ordering products from their own account leading to cash back fraud
            Merchant ordering products for customers leading to cash back fraud
            Sales to a Fake/Suspicious customer for unethical cash back proceeds
            Colluding with other merchants on the Paytm platform leading to fraudulent / fake sales transactions and cash back fraud
            Merchant ordering products for another merchant leading to cash back fraud
            In this regard please note that the following transactions are not allowed legally:

            Merchant buying for self
            Merchant ordering for another known customer/merchant
            Merchant ordering for a fake/bogus customer/merchant
            Please also note that we are taking the following course of action:

            We have blocked your seller account. Your account has been flagged as Fraudulent.
            We have de-listed your product catalog from our site.
            In effect, you will not be able to do business at Paytm.
            We will let you know the penalty fee for the damages caused to paytm.

            Note: Above mail from paytm, They has de- listed my account without informed us, We are not doing any business for last 1-2 month's due to my uncle's death. Any way Paytm panel charges also too high and they are charges too much and we are getting loss in paytm panel. One more would like to paytm team that if seller done any fraud why you, Then why have released the payment and why you telling like this after two month. This is not your agreement terms. One more... If Our friends or staffs done any order from paytm, what can i do in this? You must trace and investigation before given delivery. Why you blame on seller. Seller or buyer never asking any offer to Online Business Company. They always comparing price and booking from lowest Online Seller. Therefore! I am kind requesting you that not to try to lost your your company goodwill after given offered. That's it. If you will try to any kind of blame on seller; we will take legal action against you through whole Karnataka Electronics Association. Reply on it without fail.             I want to ask you about my paytm seller account deactivation. my seller account id deactivated and imposed heavy penalty of 7Lakh in the month of august.

            Reason given is due to bogas customer or fake customer..!

            What can i do if the customer is bogus?
            Also from courier side due to nonpickup many of my orders are cancelled and the total complete transaction is less than 1 Lakh. Then how a 7Lakh penalty can be imposed!

            And from paytm team seller traning is also not provided to us and neither any warning is given . Directly imposed heavy penalty. This is not fare.

            I dont want to sell online now.

            Please forgive me from this huge penalty.!

            I am a Paytm seller. My account is also blocked.The same is happened with me. Paytm is demanding penalty fee within week more than 1L rs. For transactions below 25000rs, under the name of cashback fraud. Otherwise going to give this case to their legal department. Paytm highlighted 2 points.
            1st is opening multiple customer account which I did never.
            And 2nd is fake/suspecious customer.

            Paytm should blame the seller for fraud if the seller orders from self account .If the customer is not fake n really exists, then what difference it makes to company. And how the penalty becomes above 1Lac.for cashback below 8000rs by them. And even payments of my orders are also hold by them.
            From where I should manage 1L rs, if I am not capable of doing so?

              In this I asked paytm customer care to refund my amount in my bank account and they confirmed that same has been done but it is not reflected to my account and I also sent my bank statement when they asked for the same.But in spite of exchanging 12 mails still amount is not transferred to my account.                 This is Abhi Mukherjee my paytm order number is [protected] and payment details DC transection no. [protected] my registeted id abhimukherjee.[protected]@gmail.com and reg. no is [protected] / [protected]. I was tried to recharge my vodafone no [protected] of rupees 1356 in 07 Nov 2015 at 04:41 pm and this amount was debited from my bank account at that time and recharge had failed but my balance rupees of 1356 has not refunded in my paytm wallet still. I had complaint it on paytm but not got desirable action to settling down my refundable amount 1356 on my paytm wallet as company well know that after every failed transaction amonut firstly settle down on paytm wallet then customer will use this amount. I have proof of settling down of failed transaction on wallet which is shown attaching screen shot snap from paytm app in "my order" inbox service. Paytm itself mention that settlement of amount on wallet but it has not added on my paytm wallet. Regards, Abhi Mukherjee

                  I have recharge of my two vodafone mobileto my debit card on 7 nov 2015.after submit my password in SBI bank account, 350 &336 rs cut, i recieve the massage also but till my mobile was not recharged.so plz return my ammount as soon as possible my email id [protected]@gmail.com

                    In the courier delivered to us on 5th november 2015 for Sony Xperia C5 Ultra Dual 16 GB (White), there is only charger, earphone and screen guard for the mobile. But the main mobile is missing. I have been constantly mailing them to reply their course of action and they have been always telling that they will in 24 hours then next in 72 hours.
                    My money is locked up and i didnt receive the mobile.
                    Now i cant even purchase the mobile form somwhere else unless i get the money.
                    Please launch the complaint and do something to help me.

                            PayTM show 50% discount/cashback on apply promocode as per PayTM advertisement in offer zone but actually when I try book ticket that time it give only 100rs. Rate of ticket is 600rs but PayTM 50% cashback promocode apply that time it give only 100rs not 50% cashback 300rs as Payadvertisement. So please take necessary strictly action.because Diwali period start and PayTM try to cover money by show wrong promocode.

                              Hi, my order no is [protected]. It is 3 weeks now that I am waiting for the product to be delivered. How long can a consumer has to wait for the product for which he has already paid the money up front. I'll never order anything in future from PayTM and will ask my friends to avoid this site.

                                I have not recieved the laptop inside the parcel, and same informed to paytm and after 5 days they are telling address is supecious and when i call to customer care, telling we will refund money and recieving mails its not possible, i dont understand what they ar doing with me,

                                    I have purchased product from paytm (Your Order No is[protected]) and payment made directly credit card & not by paytm wallet. I have refund the product, but the paytm customer care is refusing to refund to my credit card. Couple of times I have clearly mentioned I don't want money in your wallet but back to credit card through which i have executed the transactions.

                                    I am not in position to pay credit card bill & keep money in paytm wallet which i am not going to use.

                                    After constant follow-up with them they are simply playing with mails.

                                    Can anyone help me on this.. Even RBI have also not kept and complain desk against Paytm
