To purchase Lee cooper shoes I tried for bargain in price but inspite of wasting more than 15 hours for consequtive 3 days which caused me a lot of mental and physical harrasmenrt.In this connection, I wrote to the company in a very positive way thrice but the Company did not care to resolve my problem. I want that the Company must compansate me for harrasing me in the matter. Please let me know which regulatory/controlling authority I should approach in this matter.

the company' staff attending offers by customers as well as the customer care taking person just ignore their duties.

      I make transaction of 23548 on 1 nov. but the transactionn is failed and amount is deducted from my account and it will not reflect upto know paytm is saying that they dont get money and sbi is saying thay have successfully transact my amount so please help me paytm is not a trustable site to the reviewsare worst ...and they even dont have any kind of tollfree no...and other number... my order no is [protected] please help

        Hi All Beware of malware calls on behalf of paytm company. I have rasied an complain in morning and i got immediate call from 2 numbers possessing as Paytm. 1)+91 [protected] 2)+91 [protected] Please Be aware of the these numbers. These are all fake numbers asks for your credit card as a company representative they should have it. Thanks Rajat

          I have made online purchase for Lifestyle gift card for Rs 1000 from PAYTM and a cash back was to be given back within 24 hrs of Rs 150. Its been since 72 hours now i have not got my cash back as well the order is not disptahced. I have lodged 5 complains with different ticket ids. But neither Paytm has cared to revert back. This is an harshment to customer and while calling on the customer care number it says your order is invalid and they have deducted Rs 1000 from my credit card. Hopeless Service from paytm.             I bought two 500 gms herballife dino shakes for kids (order no-[protected] and [protected])through pay tm paying 1600 rs. but the company sent me 250 gms instead of 500 gms. I complained to the company and after one month they initiated reverse pick up through NUVO EX REVERSE PICK UP(AWB NO - PTM0361684, PTM0361686) on 16 sep 15. but till date, I was returned with the money.so I complained on consumer complaints yesterday(31 oct 15). in the evening, I got a call from PAYTM, no-[protected], refund verification head from Bangalore, named Rahul Gupta, employment ID no -RE852130, as told by him. he asked the details of my order and told me that he is going to refund by atm tfr, thus I have to share my atm details and otp sent in my no.i have done so and that bustard has swept 17000 thousand from my a/c. pls help me out. regards, dalia samanta [protected]

              As i mentioned above this incidence was happened on dt 26 Oct 2013, I was just doing payment through PayTM, S i entered my debit card number and cvv and i rechecked this information again, the information was correct. So i clicked on the button of 'Proceed to pay'.. then it showed me error message, invalid details, so i tried again and after it showed me error ...failed transaction ... but my card details was correct which I entered My card was blocked, Now I'm unable to do any transaction through ATM machine. So, i request to you, pleaseun understand my issue and solve issue and please activate m ATM cum debit card as early as possible...

                Actually i hadbooked the tickets at paytm site on 21/10/2015 for that day bus service agent cancelled trip for that day so i am not traveling the bus so i have raised 3 customers care tickets but i did not get proper response them and i did not get re-fund amount 1665 order my number is :[protected]

                    I had purchased Surya Gas Stove With 3 Burners (Name as mentioned on website) on 18th August 2015

                    Order No. [protected]

                    Received it around 25th August 2015 in damaged condition, so i requested return of the product.

                    To which Paytm replied that they don’t have reverse pickup service in my area so I need to send it to seller and they will pay the courier charges. Later to which they confirmed that they can pay max Rs 200.
                    When enquired with courier they to me that to courier it they will charge me around Rs 1000.
                    After lots of mail with paytm there was no result.
                    So I decided to get the product repaired on my own. So I contacted Surya for same and to my surprise they told me that there is no such model of Gas of Surya company. Means PAYTM has sold me fake product.
                    Then I fixed it somehow but found that the product is faulty. The Gas was producing flame at the knob (Which is very dangerous).
                    After continuous follow-up with PAYTM on 9th October 2015 I got mail from them that kindly keep the product ready for pickup. The product will be picked within next 3-5 days.
                    Still 20 days after no one had came to pick the product.
                    And to my mail to PAYTM every time I am getting same reply that kindly keep the product ready for pickup. The product will be picked within next 3-5 days.

                      Order id-[protected] my experience with paytm is getting worse day by day as its services are getting horrible. I ordered a product(iron) when there was discount on it but a wrong product(diabetes testing kit) was delivered to me and that too after so many days of expected delivery date. when i asked to deliver my original product they refused and asked me to reorder it but till then there was no discount on that so they asked me to order at higher price as they cant help. And it is not the first time when such kind of thing happened with me, so for online shopping paytm is the worst. It's good for recharges only.

                          Bank Txn ID: PAYTM.1213.[protected]Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] 22:35:58 They are the details what have been displaying in Paytm mentioning the amount has successfully transferred to my bank account however it is not reached. I have sent so many mails (almost 40) mails as I don't have any other means to reach the Paytm customer care. None is helping me and misguiding me or asking the same questions again and again. They have asked many-a-time about my bank statement i have shared again and again they are asking the same though i have already shared. Every time a new person comes and asking the same template format questions and information nothing new and nothing is useful. I have all the mail evidences with me. I don't know how to provide here. Please help me in getting my money.

                            I have booked a bus ticket from chennai to bangalore via PAYTM to Roadlink Travels for 2nd October. But before 3 Hours there was a call from Roadlink travels about the Bus cancellation due to Breakdown, immediately i have made it to book tickets by directly contacting another bus operator.
                            When i applied for Refund to PAYTM, there was a reply stating that bus operator is denying about the cancellation hence bus ticket amount could not be refunded. But i have full proof about the call received from the bus operator and the SMS sent by the operator, till PAYTM is denying to make my payment. Will the customer again book tickets through PAYTM or suggest his friends to make it. Surely no system for PAYTM to be aware of the bus cancellation, there job ends once the bus ticket is booked. Hence be careful via booking with the third parties like PAYTM.

                              Thsi is on PAYTM who is not responding to provide Transaction Reference No for the transaction done via PAYTM.And PAYTM has no customer care No and these people are not responding to the emails from last 3 days. I had raised 3 service requests to get the transaction reference No which starts with PMGW ut there was no proper response from PAY TM Executives and there is no proper customer care no connecting to the speak to executive.                               I had totally Sent 30 Emails and they were responding with Transaction Reference No which is not in use for the operator and Even I had attached email of the Operator which he had sent.
                              same kind of issue, i have done a recharge for a wrong number. so i contacted operator for a solution. they insisted me to get PMGWXX..number to resolve this issue. im trying for ages to get this number from paytm. no response from them and almost i mailed them around 10 times no reply from them. this crap took out half of my day.. completely disappointed

                                  I have ordered Lloyd LS19A3FX 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC (White) on OCT 14 with order number [protected]. They haven't taken any action till OCT 26. When I have written mail to them, they said order is shipped thru Blue Dart with way bill number as [protected]. But, when I have contacted BlueDart they said they haven't received any order with this Waybill and it is false number. Then I contacted Paytm. I am getting standard reply as your issue will be solved in next 24-48 hours and nothing has been solved. They have deducted amount of Rs 30, 490 from my account. Till now nothing has been done. I have Opened Service request with numbers as[protected],[protected] &[protected]. PAYTM iIS BIG CHEATER. THEY WILL DEDUCT AMOUNT AND WILL NOT RESPOND AFTER THAT. DON'T GO WITH THEM.

                                    I booked a bus from CHENNAI to BANGALORE, with Atlantic travels via PAYTM. On 16th oct 2015.. PNR-11537. Order id-[protected] My boarding Point is given as kiyambedu... and boarding time was 1.15pm..i reached koyambedu by 1.pm When I called operator he asked me to come near OMNI BUS STAND.. which is in koyambedu...i reached there by 1.15pm... when I called, he din't pick my call for a while.. later by 1.20pm he received my call and said bus had already left chennai..I struggleda lot that day... when i complained paytm they promised that they would recertify in 48hrs... when I called after 48hrs they said no customer care IS there for bus booking... this happened to many passengers before... Bus operaters are careless towards tickets booked through paytm... they would collect cash from non booked customers and leave once bus is full... They call us only if seats are empty..

                                      Paytm received & acknowledge my payment, Provided me a estimated Delivery by : 22-OCT-2015, but still after 6 days I have not received my Product date yet.
                                      When I complaint to Paytm they mentioned my order will be Deliverd within 48 Hours.
                                      Again When I Track My Order Then Order Is On Hold
                                      Then I Called To the Blue Dart Courier Service Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : [protected]
                                      They Clearly Said Me Ordered Is Not Going To be Delivered Because Paytm Sent an Instruction Mail To Bluedart to Dont Delivered the product to Customer.
                                      I shocked
                                      Then I Called To Paytm They Said We Are Not Sending Any Mail TO Courier Company .Next Day I Personally Go to The Blue Dart Office Shilp Building, Marketyard Road, Gultekdi, Market Yard, Pune- 411037 To PIc up My Product.
                                      Firstly They Agreed To Hand Over After Few Minutes They Checked The Details And They Said Me Ordered Is Not Going TO Delivered Because Paytm Sent an Instruction Mail TO Bluedart to Dont Delivered the product to Customer.
                                      And RIght Now We Are Going To Returned the Product.
                                      Again I Called To Paytm .They said We Forword Your Complaint And Revert Back within 48 Hours. But They Didn't Called And Mailed Me.
                                      And Today Paytm Automatic Refunded My Money And Returned My Order Without Knowing me and Without Solving The Problem .
                                      Within These days I Called So Many Times to Paytm And Bluedart.
                                      They Didnt Give Me a Reason About this .
                                      They Only Discussed About we r Forwording Your Complaint And We Will Revert Back To You Within 48 hours But They Didn't.

                                        Dear Sir, I was done recharge my IDEA mobile through Paytm. Transaction Ref. No. [protected] on 27/10/2015 at 3:15PM. But recharge status shown processing since last 2 days. After this I am launched a cancel request to [protected]@paytm.com for returning my amount to paytm wallet. Request No.[protected]. But No body respond from PAYTM customer Care. and when I was send mail mail for waiting reply. every time same reply received. ( Custome care officer given solution after 24 hrs.) Please do needful.
