    I had booked Mercedez-Benz for traveeling from Pune-Hubli. The travel details are attached. There are list of complaints on the travel: 1. The bus pick up was at 22:20 from Pune, Swargate, but they called me 2 hours before and said there would be no pick up from swargate and instead I had to report at Katraj at 22:30. I didn't get any pick up facility from bus operator from swargate, and I had to go all the way to katraj to report by myself. 2. The bus arrived at 23:45 which is 75 minutes late. 3. Third and most important, the bus was not Mercedes-Benz., it was a normal AC Sleeper. I checked with the office at katraj and also spoke to someone named Chandrashekar whose some authorised person of the meenakshi travels and they clearly say it's paytm whose responsible and not the bus travels. This above case can be reported under fraud and misuse of funds under consumer court right away. 4. The person accompanying the driver in the bus was rude in his behaviour and he didn't even allow us to place our bags in the baggage section of bus, rather he made us keep our bags on the Sleeper seat and made the trip more uncomfortable. 5. The bus reached 90 mins late to the destination ie Hubli. And my planned trip is completely ruined for the day. I wrote about above complaints to paytm, This is one of their reponse after 10 days of travel, Hello there, Thank you for contacting Paytm.com.       I bought a washing machine Bosck Rs.33988. The transcation didnt go through from their end. It's gone from my credit card. I had informed them to cancel the order as soon as this happened. then after 10 days they said they received the payment. Then again i called explained stuff. then they cancelled the order. My transcation has been converted to emi's and every month I am paying for it. total amount is Rs. 33988. PLEASE REFUND. my money back and Rs 20000 for my trouble and interests. total 53988.ORDER NUMBER [protected] -

        Order is cancelled but refund is not done by paytm of Rs 378.Customer care is so irresponsible giving time 5 to 6 days every time but no solution Every time very poor response.No one use that website for shopping.Because it is not customer oriented.

          I have returned a product to paytm with [protected] order number on 1st October and till date i had not received any information regarding the receiving status of the product whether it is received by paytm or not.I also had mailed the courier slip but i did not get any response of my queries. so, please confirm me the status of refunding the amount for the product. i am attaching the courier slip with this please find attachment.

          When i did request for return product from my paytm account then after a day i received call of a person with "[protected] contact number" who said that he is from paytm and he asked to me that you want to return your product and why you want to return and what is the problem in this product then i answered of his all queries then he said ok our paytm curier person will reach to you for pickup the product and we will search the problem and replace your product then i said that i don't want to take again like this product then he said ok we will refund your money after all processing are complete. Next day again he called me and said that our paytm curier person will reach to you today for pickup the product send me your pickup address then i sent my address to him. In evening i received call of a person with "[protected] contact number" who said that he is curier person from paytm and he is come for pickup the product and please reset your phone with bill. He took the phone and give me attached this slip and walked. After 2 days i received call again with [protected] number he said that if you are returned cashback money from your paytm wallet then we can refund your money so return your cashback money on this number. i returned it :(

          Right now these both persons contact number is switched off.

          Now i want to ask to you that you can anything about these both person or not if you are doing anything

            Date-10/10/2015 I made a payment for Rs 550 through Paytm. The payment was made through PayTM wallet. The payment failed due to server issue after the money was deducted.I checked with Swiggy and after understanding that an order has not been placed I'm raising a ticket with PayTM regarding the issue. Since I paid through PayTM wallet, it's PayTM's responsibility to help me sort my problem. I hope this issue gets resolved ASAP... Its been more than 10 days and I still cant see my money back in my account.

              I ordered a Sony hx60v point and shoot camera but after opening the parcel I got brick instead of camera and their was no product inside. They should understand that money worths to customers but they are telling we have generated the complaint please have patience. But they don't know how one should have patience after loosing rs20000. Please help me out.

                Since last few months i am not able to log in... because when i try to login they ask for otp which is sent to my old number which i am not using right now i already gave you all the related stuffs to your company for security purposes.. You can also check my ticket number :[protected] On that time representative told me that I'll get a sms on new registered mobile number which i already given to him but didn't got any reply from that side Kindly check and give proper instructions on this If not than I'll take strict action on this and i won't suggest anyone to use paytm... i hope you can understand Please fix it... Asap...

                    I recharged my number with 100 rupee amount through paytm on 27 october 2015 at 1 pm and till dated recharge is not done its still showing pending and on the paytm site its shown that if your recharge is not done within 2 hours you can cancel it and get your money back in the wallet but there is no option of that and also they said within 24 hours problem will be solved which is also fake so its very bad they tell lies to their customer. i want my money back in my wallet or my recharge done

                        Hi, I have purchased product on 25 march 2015 but device is not working properly, I returned product and they returned money paytm wallet.They send money wallet to bank.                           Recently i have made shopping from paytm portal for two pendirves. Very strange to note that the on both the pendrives MRP printed is less than the price charged. In the item ordered vide paytm ref [protected], rate charged is Rs. 1070/-, whereas rate printed is Rs. 1000/- In the item ordered vide paytm ref [protected], rate charged is Rs. 639/-, whereas rate printed is Rs. 599/- Please look into the matter and take necessary action, so that we can rely on paytm online shopping

                            Hi Team,

                            I have placed a order on 19-oct-2015 for shopping a facial massager with order Id: [protected].
                            Expected date for delivery was 26-oct-2015, but order still not delivered, i had mailed them about my order status. They said that your order is shipped by India Post and gave me tracking id: EW[protected]IN for tracking my order, but i am unable to track my order. So i have again mailed them, they told that your issue has been resolved now you can track the order. But i am still unable to track the order.
                            and most importantly, they have also not provide cancel link for cancellation of order so i am unable to cancel the order.

                            So who is responsible for this inconvenience.

                            Please suggest resolution of this issue.

                            To be very honest, Paytm is not a good experience foe me as well. I ordered a TV on 16th Oct, 2015. According to Paytm, It was supposed to be delivered on 24th Oct, 2015. But I am still waiting for the product to be delivered.

                            We shall actually create a Facebook page to spread awareness. #Paytm mat karo!!

                                I ordered Apple iPhone 6 in Paytm on 21st October . I saw the estimated delivery date as 28th October during my order. The seller acknowledged the order and I received the status as ready to be shipped. But, today I received the message as the seller cancelled your order with no reason. I was so frustrated and shocked to see the message. I ordered this product promising as a gift this for my cousin who has his birthday on 30th October. Trusting this delivery on 28th October, he also sold out his previous mobile. I had other shopping sites such as snapdeal offering a lower price for the same product compared to the order I made in Paytm. But, because of this delivery date, I ordered in Paytm trusting that I will get it well within time. If I ordered in other site, I could have got the phone with 1000 rs less and the delivery date was 30th October but I didn't want to take any chance. *In the cancellation mail, they have mentioned as "Unavoidable Circumstances" as the reason. *I sent plenty of emails asking for the reason for cancellation, but I didn't get a valid reason from them. *After a few mail chains, they told that they do not have stock. But, the same day, I saw the same seller(IKONTechnologies) was selling the same product but with different price. *Paytm customer care is not at all interested in providing me the solution. Rather they are just replying with some worst answers just for a formality. *I did not get a valid reason for cancellation till date and they are not interested in providing me a solution. *For buying this product, I added 7000rs. in Paytm wallet and the remaining through EMI. Now, I lost the EMI charge and my 7000rs. is in my Paytm wallet with no reason. They provided me a promo code saying that I can avail the same offer. But, actually the price of the product has increased but only the cashback offer remains making fool of me. Moreover I couldn't buy the phone since the price in other sites increased in other sites too which was lower at the time of my order in Paytm. Hoping for a better solution, Kavin Kumar.

                                    My postpaid bill i was ₹690. Which I want to by Paytm on dated 26/10/2015 with order no [protected]. That time I have ₹ 7 in my Paytm wallet. So I add ₹ 683 by using net banking. But order faild my wallet amounts become zero and money debited from my account. After some time ₹7 return to my wallet but ₹683 not return to my Paytm wallet or my account. Paytm care was not good. They have no customer care executive at their no.                                       I tried buying my airticket yesterday using PayTM and it failed to issue the ticket but money has been debited from my account. Logged a complaint on their website. Really poor poor customer service no response what so ever and their tel no are waste of money useful for nothing. Not sure when would i get my money back.

                                        I ordered Samsung RT39HDJTESP/TL 393 L 4 Star Double Door Refrigerator (Stainless Steel) from paytm.com on 7th oct.'15, Got product on 20th oct.'15. Brand Installation/Demo team mamber came on 22th and open the product, found damage - 3 dent on side panel, one big dent on back side body panel, one dent on inside body bottom panel. Back side body panel dent on hardware chip panel cover so one chip panel got Brock/damage. Product still shown in shipped status in my order status.
