I ordered a mobile htc desire 620g of Rs 12259.00 on 22.10.15 and cancelled on 23.10.15 due to some reason. now paytm is saying that they have refunded my money to bank but it has no credited in my account yet. i have complained regarding to paytm but they are saying that with this reference no [protected] contact to bank. i have contact bank and bank is saying that they have not get any money from paytm and paytm . please see my matter

I had placed an order for Nivea Silver Protect Deo Spray alongwith Old spice Fresh lime deo spray for a total amount of Rs.337/- on 29/10/15. I received delivery of Nivea Deo on 3/11/15. I was surprised to note that the product delivered to me was an expired product and the expiry month was 07/2014 (July 2014). 16 months ago.

But amount that i paid through didnt get refunded till now.I just want u to refund that money immediately.

I have ordered apple i phone 4s 8gb (black) order id [protected] awb no[protected] the seller of the i phone is ganpati traders rohini delhi when i get the product i have geted shocked the parcel have bathing shop i have opened the parcel in front of courior boy the courier boy refuse to return the parcel please help me asap my contact no is [protected]

I Have been charges 2 times for the same transaction.. How would I go about getting this refund.

Dear sir/madam,

This is regarding the complaint on the transaction failed on paytm. Attached is the screenshot for the payment failed. I asked paytm and wrote several mail, but they are only telling that amount will be credited in few days. Also attached is the bank statement from the date transaction failed[protected]. The amount is not reversed till date. Kindly help me and take necessary action.

I booked a ticket in bethel travels through paytm account. Bus was cancelled and they intimated us through sms and bethel travels guy called and confirmed the same.

I tried for refund by raising ticket to paytm. Paytm & bethel travels - none of them gave a solid reply and they are not ready for refund.
Paytm reply via email: bethel travels stated that they have already arranged alternative service.
Bethel travels reply: yes we cancelled that service due to bus breakdown issues. (Bethel travels is not giving this statement on mail or paper)

My question is who sent that sms to me?
And who is going to refund my amount?

I can't get proper response to approach consumer rights for legal process!

I Sir, I have bought Britannia Burbon biscuit and they mentioned 26 rupees cashback with paytm. But when I tried to enter the code inside the wrapper. It is displaying, please try again. They are simply doing cheating with this type advertisement. We never told them to display this offer or advertisement. But once they display they have with stand with the same.

I wanted to order a Micromax LED Tv from this portal, but when I tried to deposit a amount of Rs. 15600/- to PayTM wallet, I was not able to do so. I wrote a mail to the company and on of the agent advised me to deposit Rs. 5000/- in one transaction each day. I was able to transfer Rs. 9000/- to my wallet account, but when I tried transferring another 5000/- I was unable to do so and I was told that I need to upgrade the account after 3 days of writing mails and calls. Since this account was in my wife's name and I did not have the requisite documents for upgrading the account, I dropped the idea of purchasing the product from this portal. Now when I am asking the company to transfer back the amount to my wife's bank account they are refusing to transfer back the amount and I was informed that 4 % will be deducted from the amount. In this case company and it's agents failed to provide the correct and necessary information. After talking to the agents and supervisors I could easily understand that the basic aim of the company is to cheat gullible public and they will never refund your amount. Plz before making any purchases from this portal, make sure about the quality of the product you are purchasing, because they will never replace the product if you are dissatisfied and in case you return it you will never receive a refund or the same would be done after deduction. I can safely say this company has been promoted by cheats and non professionals. The customer care deptt is most pathetic and agents lack even the basic knowledge. Plz if you want to make online purchases go for some reputed sites or else you will end up loosing you hard earned money . Paytm order no. [protected] dtd[protected] for micromax canvas nitro mobile at rs. 8359.

I booked same mobile on 9 month emi basis under emi transaction no.[protected] but after successful deduction from my credit card i got message from paytm that payment of rs. 8359 failed!

Now after checking my card account i found that money has been debited and my transaction has been converted into emi, but till date i have not received neither product nor refund as mentioned by paytm care.

Several time i contacted paytm care as level 1 issue by email and online paytm form under level 2 issue but all the time i am geeting same copy paste reply from all its customer care on level 1 and level 2 officer.

Even i told paytm to verify same transaction with ccavenue (The payment gateway) as today i have talked with ms vishakha of ccavenue (Avenue india pvt. Ltd.) on tel no [protected] for above order with emi transaction no[protected] and she confirmed that rs 8359 has been transferred to paytm under ref. No. [protected] dtd[protected]. But paytm care are unaware about the same.

Today i sent mail to paytm and one97 team explaing all the matter and awaiting reply from them.

Meantime i request complainboard to forward message to paytm and also aware people not to deal with fraud companies like paytm.

i have purchased Desire American Almonds (1 Kg) and the product quality is bad due to which i have raised a complaint mentioning that product quality is bad but since after a long trailing email conversion of almost 12 days passed and finally they said they will not return the same.
purchase date was 14 Oct and it was delivered by 21st oct

Its happen two time that deliverable got cancelled after long time ( approx 7 days) placing the order. Its very unsatisfactory to purchase from this site. Its showing in site that item is delivered and returned from my side. But ithis not happened actually. While I calles paytm customer care they told different story, as per them its lost by courier. Please take urgent action from this type of fake delivery.

I bought fiama di willis gel bars from PayTM. Total 11 quantity was orederd and it was a prepaid order. Package that i received had on 3 Gel Bars instead of 11.
