I booked a ticket in bethel travels through paytm account. Bus was cancelled and they intimated us through sms and bethel travels guy called and confirmed the same.
I tried for refund by raising ticket to paytm. Paytm & bethel travels - none of them gave a solid reply and they are not ready for refund.
Paytm reply via email: bethel travels stated that they have already arranged alternative service.
Bethel travels reply: yes we cancelled that service due to bus breakdown issues. (Bethel travels is not giving this statement on mail or paper)
My question is who sent that sms to me?
And who is going to refund my amount?
I can't get proper response to approach consumer rights for legal process!

Complaint marked as Resolved After registered the complaints on here (ConsumerComplaints), I raised a another ticket (already raised multiple request but again raised now for refund) with PayTM, after 24 hours I got the amount.
