I had booked Hitachi air conditioner from #Paytm under its famous Cashback offer. The order was booked on 21 Oct 15 with estimated delivery till 28 Oct 15 with order number [protected]. To my surprise the order has not been delivered yet even after multiple follow ups on mails. Everytime I contact them they say the order be will delivered within 24 hrs

    I have recharged on 10/04/2015 about rs 60. the amount of recharge is deducted from the bank acount but recharge is not done for that i have send various mail to the paytm company but they havent resolved the problem. Paytm says that it is bank fault when i contacted to bank bank said we havent to play any role in this chapter it is moral duty of paytm to refund the amount.. sandip [protected]

      I am not able to login to my paytm account with my registeredmob. no. When I try to login, it is asking to enter an OTP. But, since this mob. no. has expired, I am not able to recieve OTP on this no. and therefore not able to login to paytm account.

      I had emailed to [protected]@paytm.com on 24 Oct, 2015 to change my mobile number and after many emails, they had asked to wait till 6th Nov, 2015.

      Besides several emails, the issue is not resolved yet. An amount of more than Rs. 700 is present in this paytm walley.
      Morever PAYTM is not ready to refund the amount paytm wallet in the my bank account.

        I had order intex powerbank 11000 mah of about ₹999 on 28 October 2015. The powerbank is not shipped. The last date of shipping is 05 November 2015. The compay Paytm is not giving proper responce to me for my problem. My order number is [protected] on 28 October 2015 at 12:55 AM.

          1). I placed an order at paytm for a new mobitron sleek wireless mouse rs 299. I received that wireless mouse which was duplicate used and defected mouse instead of new mobitron brand’s mouse as shown at paytm website while purchasing. And while purchasing this item paytm gave me a promo code (mp250) for rupees 250 cashback under the first time buyer promotional scheme, which was there for every single customer which can be used on the first purchase for order of rs 299 or more. As i used that promo code, they provide me the cash back of rs 250 after some days. But that does not mean that i purchased that item in rs 49. I purchased it for rs 299. Promo code is a part of their promotional scheme for the benefit of their own of which i take the benefit because they were providing it for free. And now when paytm provide me a duplicate, used, defected product paytm is now neither providing me a new original working product instead of that duplicate, used, defected product and nor giving me refund of rs 299. They are just refunding rs 49 to me as a refund this wireless mouse. Paytm cheated me by sending me duplicate, used, defected (non working) wireless mouse and once paytm gave me cash back of rupees 250 while purchasing and after that take it back to me in another way. 2). Physical damage - i placed an order at paytm for a new mobitron sleek wireless mouse. I received that wireless mouse which was duplicate, used and defected mouse instead of new mobitron brand’s mouse as shown at paytm website while purchasing. 3). Economic damage - while purchasing this item paytm gave me a promo code (mp250) (which is not working now) for rupees 250 cashback under the first time buyer promotional scheme which was for every single customer which can be used on the first purchase for order of rs 299 or more. As i used that promo code they provide me the cash back of rs 250. But that does not mean that i purchased that item in rs 49. I purchased it for rs 299. Promo code is a part of their promotional scheme of which i take the benefit. And now when paytm provide me a duplicate used defected product paytm is now neither providing me a new original working product instead of that duplicate used defected (non working) product and nor giving me refund of rs 299. They are just refunding rs 49 to me as a refund payment of this wireless mouse. Paytm cheated me by sending me duplicate, used, defected (non working) wireless mouse and once paytm gave me cash back of rupees 250 while purchasing and after that take it back to me in another way. 4). When contacting to paytm in this concern, they said that they do not have any return policy. And now when this product is duplicate, used and damaged (non-working) they will refund me rs 49 only instead of this item worth rupees 299. I want relief of refund of rupees 299 so that i can buy another mobitron sleek wireless mouse instead of this mouse without any promo code. Deduction of amount was rupees 299 while purchasing this item from paytm. Paytm cheated me by:- (i) sending me duplicate, used, defected (non working) wireless mouse. (ii) once paytm gave me cash back of rupees 250 while purchasing and after that taking it back to me in another way. They are taking back the benefit of that promo code in another way which i used on my first buy form paytm. Which i have already been used now how can i give it back to them and if they want it back in this way. I need refund of full amount which was deducted instantly at the time of purchase. 5) as per telephonic discussion with paytm, they said that you will be able to use that same promo code again on your next purchase. But it did not worked. I need the same scheme which i used at the time of purchase, or a new mobitron sleek wireless mouse from paytm instead of old one, or refund of rupees 299.

            I placed an order on paytm using discount offers given by paytm. After the promotional period is over, they cancelled my order because I availed discount even though the product is in stock. Disgusting. Why he hell of cheating its customers this way. Such a dis repute to Paytm.

                      I paid the VODAFONE bill ([protected]) on 5th Nov, 2015 at 1.33 p.m. for Rs.233/- through transaction id[protected] but it got not credited my Vodafone account. The status of my payment is sucess and they deduct the fund from my account accordingly. My Vodafone Bill is still pending now.I wrote so many times to PAYTM customer care, but they are not providing and communicate with me. The helpline customer care number of paytm is not working . It Always shown bisi, if by-chance it ringing than not picked.
                      They are not credited promocode amount in my account for the same.
                      please clear this issue as soon as possible.

                      And who can bear the late payment charges. please advice me.

                        There were 9 illegal transaction in my account. Please see attachment. I would like to know who has used this money. I have also filed police complaint. I don't want to complain but rather cooperation. If PayTM will provide me information I would be grateful.

                          I paid the airtel land line bill[protected] on 30th and 31st of october for 100*5 = 500, but it got credited only 300 to my airtel account. I wrote so many times to PAYTM customer care, but they are saying and sending the same information repeatedly that the payment is successful, which is not. I spoke to Airtel customer care, they said that the payment is not done.                               I had recharged my paytm account with Rs 200, twice, that is Rs. 400 total, but no money is showing in my paytm account. I had recharged through my uber account. so the balance shows on my uber account but not on my paytm wallet when i open the paytm app. Even through uber i am not able to use my money and the payment has been charged frm my bank account already. what should i do?

                                Hi, I had ordered "Sony Bravia KDL-43W950C Anroid LED TV on 20th October 2015 on PayTM website. When I ordered, the item had a special offer of Sony Blue ray player worth of Rs 6990/- as Freebie. I have received the order on 30th October 2015 and found that the freebie (Sony Blue Ray player) was not delivered as they promised. I have raised the concern with PayTM customer care. I requested them to either send the freebie item as you they promised or refund the money worth of the freebie. They have promised me to resolve the issue with in 2-3 days. However I did not receive any communication from them after 3 days. Again I wrote a mail on 2nd November 2015 and I got reply to wait for 2-3 days again. Again on 5th November 2015, when I asked about the update, they are asking me to wait 2-3 days. After losing faith, I have taken the decision to raise the complaint against Paytm. Please take corrective action on Paytm and make sure that I will get the item as they promised.

                                  I make the payment of rs 1639 through paytm and the same amount is deducted from the bank account but the money is not received by the airtel. Paytm app shows that the airtel server is down i talked to airtel representative they told me that there is no such problem in their system. i dont know what the hell is wrong with paytm i used this site a lot time without any problem but from couple of weeks i am getting a lot of problem from u guys.. Please resolve as soon as u can. Date of recharge 5 november 2015. time 1 pm. please make payment to Airtel as my last date is 7 November

                                    Its been more than a month since i received mail from paytm team for refund(25th, oct ), but never heard anything from logistics team for pickup till date

                                    After several communications via email and several hours on phone, the issue still remains unsolved. I'm fed up with poor customer service...

                                    Tend to the issue quickly ...

                                      I gave order of two dinoshakes (order nos-[protected] & [protected]) weighed 500 grms each. but I have been delivered with 200 gms dinoshakes each. reverse pick up was initiated by you on 16 sep 15 through NUVO EX REVERSE PICKUP SHEET ( awb no - PTM0361684 AND PTM[protected]for these items but refund for the same has not been initiated in my wallet. after complaining in consumer forum, THE refund verification head mr rahul gupta (id no - RE852130) called me from Bangalore on 31 Oct 15 and in the name of transferring money through atm, he swept approx. Rs 17000 THOUSAND from my A/c and my Husband's a/c no, saying its PAYTM policy. Mr Gupta, the fraud on behalf of PayTM has transferred the amounts FROM TIME 1730 HRS TO 1807 HOURS ON 31 OCT 15. after complaining to Consumer complaint forum, on 03 NOV 15, I was refunded Rs 1600 in my PayTM wallet. the PayTm guy named Mr Rahl Gupta (id- RE852130) and Mrs neha, who contacted me during refund policy conversion are the main culprits. I think they are malaigning the name of the Company. Rahul Gupta swept my money saying its the policy of PayTm, u have to share OTP and ATM details. after he swept the first amount of Rs 4400/-, I again asked him abt the matter, he told me, its the policy and you will be refunded in no minutes. In this way he swept Rs 14, 385/- from my a/c and then he told me that for the second order refund, you have to share another ATM details and swept Rs 2000/- from my husband's account. He also added that all the money, showing swept from my a/c and husband's a/cs will be credited in next 30 minutes. Basically I was frauded by the Pay Tm. I have sent a complain to the Pay Tm also. the Company asked me about the details, i forwarded it and also forwarding it to you for reference. please help me out, i m also planning to lodge an FIR about the company for forgery, THE DETAILS SOUGHT BY PAYTM ORGANISATION ARE FORWARDED HEREWITH FOR YOUR REFRENCE and sending the bank statement of deduction on 31 oct 15:
                                      (a) Date of Transaction - 31 Oct 15
                                      (b) Total amount of transaction - Rs 16385/-
                                      (c) First 6 and last 4 digits of debit cards - 459150******8725 (Rs 14385) &
                                      459151******8364 (Rs 2000)

                                        I am abhinav kumar . today ( 4/9/2015 ), a person called on my number and my mother picked the call he told her that he is speaking from " TELENOR " and my number will be blocked if she does not tell the code inside confirmation messege sent on my phone ..so she tells the code my mother is unknown of what is paytm latter when i checked ..message was for PAYTM activation on my mobile .. i called telenor and found this call as a fake and fraud i have requested telenor to block my number please help me my number is [protected] the message that was sent on phone was : verification code to your mobile# on paytm is 108123, this verification is important for safety of your account and must be done before you proceed please help me
