I did postpaid bill payment (mo. [protected]) of Rs. 400 on 29/09/2015 through PayTm with transaction id. [protected].
This transaction has used Rs. 158 from my PayTm wallet balance where as remaining amount was to be paid by credit card. unfortunately transaction has failed, no amount debited from credit card but Rs. 158 debited from my PayTm wallet. This debited amount from wallet is not yet refunded even after a month.
I have registered my issue with PayTm customer care twice but got no proper response.
Surprising thing is that they have 24x7 customer support helpline number on which there is no executive to speak only a recorded message!!
Please take strict needful action. They are making there customers Fool.

Complaint marked as Resolved I got my money back after long fight for more than a month. I had posted on their facebook page, i think that had made it a bit faster else customer care was too lazy.
