I have made recharge of Rs. 299 DC Transaction No [protected] which is 3g recharge of Airtel dated 26/10/2015 at 12:57 pm. The status of recharge is pending but money has been debited from my account which has not credited to my paytm wallet. The Order No is [protected]. I have dialed customer care also but there was not any response. I want my money back....

I recharged my Vodafone no ([protected]) with a amount of 297(3g pack) payment received but didn't got recharge so cancelled d recharge and got 297in wallet nd I saw a option refund the amount to bank account, so I clicked it, it got success but I didn't get my money in account still!!...
