    My postpaid bill i was ₹690. Which I want to by Paytm on dated 26/10/2015 with order no [protected]. That time I have ₹ 7 in my Paytm wallet. So I add ₹ 683 by using net banking. But order faild my wallet amounts become zero and money debited from my account. After some time ₹7 return to my wallet but ₹683 not return to my Paytm wallet or my account. Paytm care was not good. They have no customer care executive at their no. Website is hang when you complete your complaint. Image attached.       I tried buying my airticket yesterday using PayTM and it failed to issue the ticket but money has been debited from my account. Logged a complaint on their website. Really poor poor customer service no response what so ever and their tel no are waste of money useful for nothing. Not sure when would i get my money back.

        I ordered Samsung RT39HDJTESP/TL 393 L 4 Star Double Door Refrigerator (Stainless Steel) from paytm.com on 7th oct.'15, Got product on 20th oct.'15. Brand Installation/Demo team mamber came on 22th and open the product, found damage - 3 dent on side panel, one big dent on back side body panel, one dent on inside body bottom panel. Back side body panel dent on hardware chip panel cover so one chip panel got Brock/damage. Product still shown in shipped status in my order status.

          Did BSNL recharge of STV 319 once on 20 Oct and on 21 Oct. Balance deducted but no recharge done. Order number-[protected] and [protected]. PayTM customer care say that recherche is done and asked me to talk to BSNL costumer care. I spoke to BSNL customer care representative as well, they say they are not responsible.

              Date-26/10/2015 I made a payment to Domino's for Rs 562. The payment was made through PayTM wallet. The payment failed due to server issue after the money was deducted.I checked with Dominos and after understanding that an order has not been placed I raised a ticket with PayTM regarding the issue. The response from PayTM executive is to check with BillDesk(which is another biller i believe). I believe since I paid through PayTM wallet, it's PayTM's responsibility to assist me in case of a problem. Apart from loss of money, this has also consumed a lot of time for me since I've been tracking this issue for the whole day. PayTM transaction ID:[protected]

                I purchased the packet of Britannia bourbon of Rs 26 from store. I got promocode inside the rapper but its not working. It shows the errors like it says try after some time or later it shows you have reached maximum attempts. I think this is just for addvertisement and increase the sell of Britannia bourbon. I need 26 rs to be credited in my paytm account ASAP. The error snapscreens are attached herewith. Do the needful and resolve...

                Sir I have booked one ticket from ganganagar to ludhiana using paytm for 18.10.2015 (order id [protected]). on 18.10.2015 in afternoon I made a call at Virat travels office and asked weather bus will go to ludhiana or not (approx all buses were cancelled due to complete bandh in punjab) and i was told that bus will definitely go to ludhiana. while bording in night I was informed by bus staff and office personels that bus will not go to ludhiana and they will drop me 35 kms before ludhiana or in chandigarh. as I was aware that I will not get any mode of travel due to tensions and strike in punjab from last few days I decided to not to travel and after coming home I immediately wrote a mail to paytm and informed about the incidence and asked for refund of ticket. next day I got a reply cancellation is not possible as already cancellation time is over as per policy. I had made a call to paytm same day and informed them that the bus was cancelled on mean time for particular route and it is not my mikstake. even I was marked absent for monday and lost my salary for one day. i am not asking for compensation I am just asking that bus was cancelled by operator for ludhiana which is absolutely not my mistake. please refund fare and still from last 8 days I am writing to paytm and they are asking foolish questions or giving foolish replys. please do the needful pradeep chugh

But the status in ISTQB page showing payment pending. In this transaction i didn't get any Order id. PayTM customercare people are not responding.

                    I have ordered an Washing Machine in www.paytm.com wesite on 30-Sept-2015 and it got delivered on 6th October 2015 by BlueDart Courier and the cardboard package was damaged badly so that the delivered product got broken. The Package was not at all good and it was unimaginable. I have raised an Return Policy on the same day itself and respected team asked me for damaged Product Snaps and i have sent them all the doucments and snaps mentioned. The Paytm.com site has accepted my return policy and assured me that the product will be taken back in 5 to 7 days, but now its been 20 days since the product delivered and i have called the paytm representatives so many times. They are not at all responding on this issue and asking for some more days and they are not at all refunding my money for the product . i have all the mail and call Logs from the respective paytm customer care people.

                      I placed two items in order no. [protected], but only one item I got..but in the bill it is mentioned about two items..I got only frst item..nt da second my (MB no. )[protected]/ [protected]@gmail.com... sir, i hav mailed thouand times in paytm they kpt comforting me by saying..that they are refunding me...but they did not..they treat conumers as dog...every executives saidd different thiinngs ii hv all proofsss...siirr pls helpp me out i hv already paid the money...pls sir...see according to executive... The product wasn't shipped so I got DAT msg of shipping on Saturday DAT means on 24/10/15..but see in attachment it is showing DAT it has been delivered on 19.10.15 Many promises of refund has been done but nt yet refunded

                        I recharged from paytm worth Rs. 60/- on 17.10.15 at 6:18 pm containing order no. [protected] but the same was not successful though amount of Rs. 60 was deducted from my bank account.

                        Its ststus shows Waiting for operator confirmation since then but no refund of the same was made yet.

                            I recharged my Vodafone no ([protected]) with a amount of 297(3g pack) payment received but didn't got recharge so cancelled d recharge and got 297in wallet nd I saw a option refund the amount to bank account, so I clicked it, it got success but I didn't get my money in account still!!

                              I ordered lehenga choli from the shopping department of payTM. It was delivered on 10 oct 2015. I was not satisfied with the quality of the product so i returned on 13 oct 2015. the DELHIVERY team took the product on 13 oct 2015 and it reached to the payTM team and payTM team told for the refund within 72 hours but its 26 oct 2015 but there is no refund yet. i have called customer care for atleast 5 times all the delayed it for 72 hours.i have said all the detailed regarding the product to the payTM team but still there is no response from them..

And he asked my debit card number Exp dt and Cvv number and secure password...And after this i received message on my phone ..That transaction of 9999 was seccussful on flipkart internet pvt ltd... 5000 was successful on payu...8966 was successful on infibeam pvt ltd...5999 was sucessful on voda fone Mpesa...17899 was sucessful on snapdeal ...2555 was successful on snapdeal...14999 was successful on flipkart...38000 was successful on flipkart my contact [protected]

                                  Date Oct 11 I had Rs 1100 in my paytm account mapped to the phone number [protected] . My contact number has changed to [protected]. Since All the verification / notification / OTP are sent to the old number I was trying to change my register number which is not possible. I have sent so many mails - no response and I tried reaching their number too - I am not able to reach to their customer care representative. This is so frustrating that these guys dont even care to respond. I want the money back / or mapped to my new account number - [protected]. Also, i want to state that their process is flawed and hence lot of other customers like me might be facing this problem. hence have an audit on these.

                                    I did postpaid bill payment (mo. [protected]) of Rs. 400 on 29/09/2015 through PayTm with transaction id. [protected]. This transaction has used Rs. 158 from my PayTm wallet balance where as remaining amount was to be paid by credit card. unfortunately transaction has failed, no amount debited from credit card but Rs. 158 debited from my PayTm wallet. This debited amount from wallet is not yet refunded even after a month. I have registered my issue with PayTm customer care twice but got no proper response. Surprising thing is that they have 24x7 customer support helpline number on which there is no executive to speak only a recorded message!! Please take strict needful action. They are making there customers Fool.

                                    I got my money back after long fight for more than a month. I had posted on their facebook page, i think that had made it a bit faster else customer care was too lazy.
                                    I, m kundan malhotra and my mobile number is [protected]. Yesterday i have recharged this number [protected] but their recharge is faild and balance has been deducted from my debit card abd balance is not refunded theair order number is- [protected] and CC TRANSACTION NUMBER IS-[protected]
                                    [protected], [protected], [protected] my dth recharge order no amount will debit in my account but my dth recharge not ok . 2nd recharge my mts mobile no order no [protected], [protected] same problem so pls refund my amount in my account...

                                      Dear sir, i just tired from paytm poor service. i was try a recharge with order no. #[protected] of vodafone no. [protected] of rs. 155 which balance is debited from my account but recharge is undone. and i should be informed you that i my streaked from paytm cheapest sites services. and company customer care only manipulate me and didnt taking any actions. i would humble request to refund cash in my paytm wallet of email :[protected]@gmail.com and take a action among them for fraud and i was earlier suffer from this type fraud of paytm. waiting for your strict action.
