Mene paytm se shoes liye but wo bhuat chip quality ke the fir mene paytm ko return ki request dali or paytm ne wo accept ki fir paytm ki mail aai ki wo apko khud return krne padege or apka Courier charge bi apko refund kr diya jaega fir mene DTDC Courier service se 20 October ko return kiya 21 October tak deleverd ho gya or ab achanak 5 din baad mail aati h your return request has been cancel

Dear team i was ordered lenovo A536 on[protected] Order number[protected].The same was delivered to me on[protected] but due to some technical issued i had returned this product back to paytm.this was to to him on[protected] but i have not received my refund .Please refund in my Axis bank debit card [protected] Exp date 06/21 Cvv 058 .please sir refund my money my contact number is :[protected].

I forgot to select the promo code while purchasing this item from my Mobile Phone. When i contacted the customer care to help me out with selecting the Promo code offer, They are unable to help me with either selecting the promo code immediately nor they are able to cancel the order. If they cancel the order i wanted to re-order the item again with applying the promo code. One engineer on the call said, She has escalated the Issue to her higher officials and then she said i will get a email back from them. But i haven't received any email yet.
I am not sure, what kind of service are you providing for the customer satisfaction. Hope to see a positive response at the earliest on this concern.

I have booked a Voltas window ac in paytm site. as per advertisement he shown effective price is 16411 and deducted 20571. when i talk in customer care replied that u have received later 20% amount in your shoping cart. Till i have not received any amount and now Paytm customer care says that you are not using promocode so i can not refund u money.if promocode is required then why he advertising the effective price is 16411 to cheating and confusing to customer...

Sir, I did try to recharge my airtel prepaid account on[protected] from paytm application(153 rs.twice)...but I did not get balance but money was charged from my bank account. .. I have got a msg. from paytm that "your money will be refund within 7 days" it's my humble request please refund my money back as soon as possible else I'll take strict action against paytm.my details are÷ mobile no. on which I tried to recharge-[protected] my name -rishabh joshi my bank account no.[protected] thank you hope you will my money.

I have done a recharge of ₹ 397 on my Vodafone number from Paytm on Froday[protected]. The money got debited from my account but the transaction failed and I didn't get any recharge. I sent the email to [protected]@paytm.com and updates this info and requested for the refund. In revert Paytm gave me a assurance of refund of my money within 24 hours. I have an email from Paytm with all the assurance mentioned. Now the 24 hours have been passed and there is no update from them. I have sent 2 emails after this, but there was no revert. I request you to plzz look into this matter and get me a solution. My ticket number is[protected]

I ordered a jeans from paytm, i pay by net banking online on 29 Sep, they mail me my ordered has confirmed after that they cancel my order but didn't refund, i mailed them on 11 oct they mail me they will refund in 1-2 days but i don't get my money yet . such a disgusting service they have, they dont have customer care person to talk, there mail service send computer generate massage, Order number - [protected]

My mobile number is appearing as some different phone number. I am not able to login without otp and the otp is going to some different phone number that is [protected]. It is not my number. My phone number is [protected]. No one is replying to the ticket from last 3_ weeks. Nor i can transfer my balance because of login issue

Dear Paytm Team, Pl note that today morning I had Rs. 749 in my wallet and around 12:10 PM I got an OTP from Paytm. was shocked that some one might have tried my account and in the mean time I got two transaction for Rs. 300 and 449/- ( you have sent successfully Rs. 300 and 449 to Ggcc Fff ) . Even I didn't log in my paytm account. It is very serious issue and can happened with any one. I am sure this might be happened with so many other paytm users. Please look into the matter and get my money refund. A person also called after transaction and asked for my credit card details but I din't disclose any details to him. I have pre booked the Apple Iphone 6S (16gb)Silver by paying advance Rs2000. They told you will receive the OTP and Link for the mobile on 15th October 2015. On 16th October I called the customer care of Paytm for not sending the OTP and Link, they said you will receive within 24 hours. But, till now i haven't received OTP or the Link.

I purchase 2 pieces of “Muvit 10400 mAh Power Bank (Silver)” at 81% OFF from Paytm on 15 Aug 2015, [Order No. [protected], Total Rs.- 476/- (188 + 50 shipping per piece) But they send me 2 piece of duplicate product of “Xiaomi MI 10400mAh”, at 25 aug 2015 I call on there help line no.[protected] for this issue and request return they toled me to send a E-mail to “[protected]@paytm.com” with images of product, I send it all, and after seeing the images they provided me a Ticket #[protected] via E-mail. I also filled an online return request at 27 aug 2015 they accepted my return request and E-mailed me that they will picked up the product from my Delivered Adders typically within 3-4 days via “JV Express return” AWB# PTM149014 & AWB# PTM149014 With packing instructions. After waiting more then 5 days, at 4 Sep 2015 I E-mailed them that “i m waiting for pick up”, they replied me at 5 Sep 2015 with Ticket #[protected], “Sorry about that! We have raised a complaint with the concerned team to resolve this issue. We will get back to you with an update in next 72 hrs”. At 15 sep 2015 they E-mail me for closing this issue “I would like to inform you that our concerned team tried to call you multiple time but we were not contactable, so we are closing this issue”. I called and toled them that “I m always hear and my mobile no. is 24x7 ON, No one call comes from you. And there was no any attempted for pickup”. Then they reopen my return request and asked me for my alternate numbers, and I provided my 5 mobile and land line numbers. Then after that I called them many a times and also E-mailed but they only replied me with the same “We would like to inform you that we tried contacting customer on call thrice however the no. is still not connected” At 28 sep 2015 they again closed my return request with the same Reason: “We tried to reach you on call & on your provided address but were unable to connect with you. For any query write to us at [protected]@paytm.com” They are cheating me, they don’t want to pick up there product and refund me. And just passing the time.

Paytm Team,
You have proved 2nd time that Paytm is bottom class eCommerce site and it will never become parallel to Flipkart, Snapdeal, and Amazone. Because it is very clear that you never meet quality, commitment and customer satisfaction.
My first order was no. [protected] dated :[protected] that was received in damaged condition
and my current order no. [protected] dated : 13.10.2015.
even after a long follow up you didn't deliver the product intentionally.
You played a game you got 2 times Rs. 7000 x 2 = 14000 approximately and reserved in you wallet Rs. 4000/-.

Dear All please please stay away from Paytm the day is not so far when paytm will collect millions Rs. of innocent people and would run away .
Paytm is ever worst company . there should a regulatory authority for all eCommerce site that can regulate such fraud companies..

Hi,

I have ordered a Shooe Reck from PayTm and when I received material,
I founds its tempered and place request for return.

PayTm arranges a Return Pick Up from Gati Courier which they pickup on 6th Oct 2015.

I did follow up with Gati as well as PayTm regarding this, but they both doesn't have any status.

Gati's Docket Number showing as Invalid where PayTm every day send me a mail and ask for 24hrs for giving clarification.

This is now frustrating as its worst to shop with PayTm now due to such slow response from PayTm.

They use same mail template and just change 24 hrs to 48 hrs and 72 hrs...nthing more...

Please help me to carry out this situation.

I can produce all mail exchanges regarding this and Gati's pickup receipt.

I ordered for Stenso Value Lunch Box -Combo Of 2 on 16th October 2015, which has its price listed on PayTM's website as Rs 590 ( 2% discount so effective price - Rs. 580 + shipping charges Rs.10 = Rs.590 ). Order No. is - [protected]

Today I received the said product & to my surprise, its retail price on the original box is mentioned as Rs. 396 - so basically PayTM fooled me into believing product's price as Rs. 590 when in fact its Rs.396 only.

This is nothing but cheating on part of PayTM and the seller, Global Marketing from Jaipur.

Some way to fool your customers, PayTM.

I booked this item Eureka Forbes Easy Clean Plus Handy Vacuum Cleaner (Black & White) from PAytm, They provided me cash back, then suddenly after 10 days they cancelled the order & refunded me less amount & when asked they arenot responding. They said I have used cashback money thts y they have provided less money, which is totally unethical as I was bound to receive Cash back. Hi I am murthy I ordered mil top dry fruits from this bloody web site order details( Thank you for placing Order #[protected] with Paytm) after 14 long days in website and in app status is showing delivered complete but I have not received the product .raised complaints using email gave me courier details which never opened (first flight courier). After many many complaint every time this bloody CCare ppl will raise a new tkt and take 48 hrs of time ...its almost 25days till now have not received my product . plz plz do not buy from this bloody fraud website.

So Incompetent Paytm is!!! This is such a shame. Its been six days now and they couldn't resolve a Rs.50 recharge issue. Like WTF!! This is really a bitter experience. I'm gonna go hard on this experience. This is totally not acceptable. One of the worst service providers in the country. Incompetent company with one of the most pathetic service.
