Hi Team, I am sending this mail after getting lot of pain from PAYTM.com . I purchased LG 42LF560T on which they(PAYTM.com) is giving 23% discount but the issue is that they raised MRP of product from 53900 to 56900 and then giving discount on that price. My question to you is that if they can do it legally or not? secondly my prodcut delivery date breached just today only but the product is not even in shipped status till now(11:23PM) how can I take action against the same.         Order is cancelled but refund is not done by paytm of Rs 37015.Customer care is so irresponsible giving time 2 to 3 days every time but no solution is there.Every time asks bank statement that I already shared.Every time very poor response.No one use that website for shopping.Because it is not customer oriented.

        The company is asking for bank statement after 10 days and I email the bank statement to care.paytm.com.After 6 days on 16 oct they said that your refund is processed but it is not reflect in bank account.When I call them on 23 oct they asks me again for bank statement up to 23 oct.I email once again bank statement.But no action is taken from their side.They are giving 24 to 72 hours time to resolve this but nothing happens and after long wait.When I asks for transaction ID they are giving Oct 1 transaction ID and says no refund is processed on 16 oct.They never keep their words.The deducted amount is Rs 37015 and I am suffering to get that refund since 24 days.Please help me

          Dear Sir, I ordered Samsung Led tv on 14 oct 2015 in paytm.com, order confirmed within a day, from that day onwards status was showing as 'waiting for shipment'. i asked about the shipment, they said within 24-48 hours, i asked yesterday night also, got the reply saying that shipment will happen with in 24 hours, Today morning got the message from PayTm, they cancelled my order.
          if i ask them why, they are giving coupon, but TV price got increased. I was waiting for last 8 days for my product, all my family is waiting.
          I called to customer care, they were telling they will credit the actual amount 35125 Rs in bank account. I was using credit card with EMI option for this order. Bank was charging interest also. I am not understanding what to do. it is so disappointing me. Very worst service. i need the tv to be delivery within 2 days my order number [protected].

            ORDER NO. [protected] Ticket #[protected] Escalation Ticket #[protected] Booked 2 bus tickets thru paytm from Margao to Mumbai for 04-oct-2015. Bus operator cancelled bus without informing us, came to know that he cancelled the bus only when we called him leaving us stranded in rain and with luggage. We had to asked other bus drivers/operators for 2 seats but almost all buses were running at full capacity. Finally in one bus 2 last row seats were available for 3000 rs/ticket. We opted for that.. Lodged complaint with paytm(ticket no. above); no resolution till now.. Escalated the matter still no resolution.. pathetic customer service .. would advise not to book tickets through paytm

              I ordered sony Led tv on 14 oct 2015 in paytm.com, order confirmed within a day, i asked when you will ship, they told within 24-48 hours, i asked after 48 hours, they told same after 1 week they cancelled my order. if i ask them why, they giving coupon, but increased the price to rs. 55000(previous price:49000).I waiting for 1 week, all my family is waiting, it is so disappointing. I got loan from 3 to 4 people..how I can answer them.. Very worst service. i need the tv to be delivery within 2 days

I dont understand how suppose they can play with customer's trust if they dont ensure that product is available or not! I want strict action to be taken on them. And want that nobody buys anything from paytm.

                  Hello all, I had ordered product from Paytm and got it after 9days that also damaged product, and i have requested for return the product and customer care persons will not responding me clearly i used to call them daily for cuntinuelsly for 2 monthes and for customer care nor its not toll free daily i used to 50rs talk time to talk with them regarding the issue and they used to tell the same thing daily wait for the 48hr we will make it in 48hr daily in call and in Email i have there email for the prof, and finaly when they pickup the product after 2 monthes of daily complants by me and they puted money in paytm acount after i requested to put the money in my bank acount, and they are telling like you can transfer money to bank easily but the thing is i am trying to do this from last 3 months its not possiable becouse they are telling to send the SMS to activate this future is TMB to 53030 that also i am trying but whenever i am sending SMS like that i will get reply like try again after some time. i just want to complaint on whoever is responsible for this becouse i wasted my valuable time and money only just becouse of the shoping with paytm.

                    I ordered a product: Order No is[protected] when I got it I realized that product quality is not as good as I expected..and hence I asked for return. and here the pathetic service of Paytm starts.. First they told me to send some picture of the product, I don't know which e-commerce company have ever done that since they have my money and if I am providing used product then they can refuse me refund. I send 5 pictures with my iphone 6, but still they told me that picture quality is not good so they need better picture and also more number of snaps..wooooo..I don't have words for this. Again I send them 7 more pictures and then what i got in response was unbelievable.. "Unfortunately, we don't have a courier pick-up service available at your address and would appreciate if you can courier the product back to the merchant to the address mentioned on the package" and let me tell you there are around 1000's of pickup everyday at my given address since it's an address of IT Park.

                      I have Booked a Ticket from Jamnagar To Ahmedabad on 11/10/2015. This is the order no. for the same on PayTm:- [protected]. This bus was cancelled by Bus operator. But PayTm is not giving refund I have complained almost 10 times in their customer support portal. But they are not giving any positive response.

                        I have Purchase Samsung battery through pay tm vendor. this product not working properly. I have to mail the Pay Tm they told me it is original have 6 month warranty then I has consult the samsung service center the told it is duplicate then again put the mail as same . Pay Tm guy ask the Job sheet as a duplicate written format. But samsung service center people not ready to give any latter. now this complaint has dead-Lock process. So Please kindly help me on this problem.

                          I have ordered for four numbers of Goodyear DP B1 4 Wheeler Tyres (185/60 R15 84H, Tube Less) and it was delivered on 01.10.2015 through Gati transports. On verification it was found that the seller has sent Goodyear DP V1 4 Wheeler Tyre (185/60 R15 84T, Tube Less) instead of Goodyear DP B1 4 Wheeler Tyre (185/60 R15 84H, Tube Less) . Subsequently a complaint was made to paytm and I was requested to send the images. Accordingly the copy of invoice and images of the tyres were sent through mail on 02/10/2015. But as usual without reading the mail properly, paytm sent a mail that your request for return against this order has been accepted. Then I informed them that I did not wish to return the product. The content of the mail was "Instead of DP B1 4 Wheeler Tyre (185/60 R15 84H) tyres, the seller has sent DP V1 4 Wheeler Tyre (185/60 R15 84T) tyres. Since it will take another 20 days for me to return the product and to get new set of tyres, I have decided to retain the tyres which was sent wrongly by the seller. My request in this regard is to pay back the difference of price between the two products since seller has sent only inferior quality against my order. As far as my knowledge goes the tyre which was sent to me was Rs 500 lesser that what I have ordered. Hence kindly make arrangements to refund Rs 2000 for 4 tyres either as cash to my account or cahsback in paytm account". Inspite of my mail, the paytm was repeatedly sending the mails that your request for return against this order has been accepted and also many reminders that it has been 5 days since you placed your return request. Finally I called paytm on 07/10/2015 and conveyed my ill feelings that I did not place any request for return of product and I wanted only the MRP difference amount. Mr. Shilpi singh who attended my call put me on hold atleast for 30 minutes saying that I am getting approval instantly from my superiors and finally told me that the amount will be credited within 48 hrs. Since the amount was not credited I called you on 10/10/2015 to address my issues, Ms. Jagriti rajora told me that I did not give any consent to the mail sent by Shilpi singh on 07/10/2015 and she once again sent the mail. The content was as follows "Thank you for contacting Paytm.com. This is with regards to the concern which you have registered with Paytm against the order number [protected]. Kindly, let us know if you want to keep all the four tyres or want to return few of it so that we can credit the MRP difference if it". I immediately responded that kindly credit the MRP difference amount since I want to retain the product. In between I received a mail from paytm on 11/10/15 (sent by Aditi Rani vide reference 11) stating that paytm would like to inform you that as of now we can offer you 5% amount as a token of apology and requested to confirm for the same. I responded positively . However nothing was happened as usual. So once again I raised a complaint on 14/10/2015 and as usual I received a reply that a complaint has been raised with the concerned team to resolve this issue. As usual no progress in this regard. On 17/10/2015, I was getting a mail from paytm on that request for return against this order has been cancelled.The question of request for return did not arise anywhere and I was astonished to see such ridiculous reply from paytm. On Oct 17, I received a mail from paytm and the content is as follows "This is with regards to the concern which you have registered with Paytm against the order number [protected]. I would like to inform you that their is no difference between the B1 and V1. It is the same and no difference and their is nothing to worry about. The difference in v1 and b1 is only the lot difference, they both are made by the Goodyear company in different plants therefore to identify the difference it is marked v1 and b1." So I immediately sent a mail on 17/10/2015 that the issue is not B1 or V1. It is the technical specification variation of 84 H and 84 T and also called paytm once again on 17/10/2015 and talked with Mr. Piyush and he promised to resolve the issue within 48 hrs. On 18/10/2015, once again I was getting a mail that my request for return against this order has been cancelled. I really wonder how the paytm is functioning with such a poor and irresponsible team? Before recovering from the setback of mail sent on 18/10/2015, I received a mail from you 19/10/2015 stating that paytm are arranging the reverse pickup for the above order and requested me to keep ready for the reverse pickup with brand packaging and original invoice. Let me summarize the issues 1. The seller has sent 185/60 R15 84T instead of 185/60 R15 84H. So the seller has sent the wrong product. 2. I paid only for 185/60 R15 84H and not 185/60 R15 84 T. So I have every right to ask for MRP difference. 3. If MRP difference pay back is not possible, it should have been informed to within 48 hrs after I raised the complaint on October 2, 2015. Is it valid or not? 4. In such a case Why did paytm ask my consent to credit the MRP difference on 07/10/2015 and 10/10/2015? 5. Now I was told that the team has not agreed for this. Without getting the approval, why did paytm get my consent? Nowhere in the mail, it was mentioned that subjected to the approval of any team. In such a case it is the responsibility of either paytm or the individuals (Shilpi singh and Jagrirtri rajora) to payback the MRP difference as committed to me on 07/10/15 and 10/10/15 via mail. 6. I did not ask for any token of apology amount. Paytm only voluntarily asked my consent to credit 5 % amount as a token of apology and requested to confirm for the same. I did accordingly on 11/101/15. However no action was taken in this regard sofar? 7. After 20 days of correspondences, paytm now requested for the reverse pickup. Do you think that after agreeing for repayment of MRP difference and 5% token amount as apology by paytm, any customer would keep the tyres without installing, where I have informed my intention on 02/10/15 itself to retain the product. What I finally conclude is the paytm is more interested in protecting the seller rather than the interest of consumer. Since paytm and seller is trying to play a foul game smartly by prolonging the issues for the past 20 days without resolving it, I decided to move to consumer court to get relief for my grievances if they don't reply even after this post.

                            Dear Team, I have ordered two strontnium nitro 32GB SD memory cards, but the paytm has delivered me the two strontnium normal class10 32GB SD memory card. On receiving the 1st memory card, I raised the concern and requested for replacement with correct product. PayTM replied that there is no replacement process with them, and proceed with return&refund process and assured that atleast the second order will be delivered with correct product. But again wrong product only delivered for that order also. I was totally disappointed with their service and they were not even stand with their words also.

When i got the courier it was in a proper sealed condition & no damage to it, but when i opened the seal i found Two White tiles in it in place of laptop which was surprising. I request your team to investigate on this issue and take necessary action against the seller and make sure I get my laptop ASAP.

                                  PayTM is such a cheater...they delivered me one product.. Instead of two..actually the was two items under one..order no..they delivered me one and marked both as delivered on complaining thousand time dey just just dnt take any action..they treat customers as dog

                                    My order no-[protected], I buy a shirt on dt-25/09/2015, I received the shirt on dt-29/09/2015.But that shirt is large, I returned that shirt on dt-01/10/2015 in indian post tracking no-EO[protected]IN.The shirt is delivered in the seller on dt-05/10/2015, But did not get my refund at yet.Ian attaching here the Indian speed post tracking slip at [protected]@paytm.com. I tried to contact customer support 4/5 days but he is told me as per our concerned team amount would be refunded in next 72hrs, but not receive my refund.my complaint ticket no[protected],[protected],[protected], please take a action.

But when I apply the voucher code for money it shows voucher is successful but the amount is not submitted to the account it is a worst online website from all the other which I experienced
