I'm Avinaya I had a account in paytm.I ordered two books on September 8, 2015.My order number is [protected].I applied promo code for cash back.Promo code is valid even though am not getting my money back.I fed up with paytm. Its already over a month. I need my money rs.400 as cash back
PayTm is worst to do online shopping

I tried thrice time and three time message shows 445rs are debited from my bank account. but paytm says your amount is refunded to your account but in actual I only get refund for one transaction another two transaction still yet not refunded. please refund my 890rs as soon

      And applied promo codes but the are refusing to give me cashback
      And when i have communicated wioth them from mail they asked me for showing snapshot of transaction?...
      How it is possible to take snapshot for every transsaction..They are consistantly refusing for cash back by giving resean u hae not applied promo code

        Hi I have booked bus ticket via PAYTM . I see there ar no option to select gender i only selected Ms as title. ticket should have been booked as Female at vendor site but it is showing as male. Kindly change the ticket to female or refund my money. order id is [protected]. i called them on customer care and mailed them no response till now. It is very urgent kindly reply asap.

            Hi, I had sent return request on 6th oct 2015 but till yet return pickup not done. I had received wrong Product, wrong MRP.I am not getting any response from paytm or seller. They are cheating the buyers. I am sending so many mails regarding when return pick up will done & get mail sorry for delay we will do in 72 hours & 48 hours but 360 hours has been passed away but return pickup not done.

              Dear sir/madam, My self p m jagadeesh purchased samsung galaxy j2(gold)mobile from paytm for a cashback of rs.1535/- for order id: [protected] placed on 14th oct, they mentioned that cashback will be credited to my wallet with in 24hrs of product shipment. product shipped on 15th oct, 4 Days passed away and product also deliverd to me. From 16th oct onwards am mailing to them for my cashback but they r not giving proper response to me. MANY TIMES I'VE RAISED A COMPLAINT IN PAYTM SITE VIA [protected]@paytm.com, every time they given a different ticket number with same response and not resolved my issue till date. 16th oct morning around 9.30 a.m is the first one (complaint) raised by me and the ticket number is:[protected]. And after thay given many ticket numbers for me. they said that with in 24-48 hrs they will solve my problem but 4days went on still asking 3 more days to resolve.

                I purchased a Jackey Socks (Pack of 3) from paytm. The Product i received is slightly different from the original product i bought from retail shop. I used the product only after 20 days. I could surely tell that the product is duplicate. The Socks torn out in a week. Another pair of the same brand am using almost a year and it is durable. I written to payTM and they dint take any action against the supplier. The PayTM support team will just copy past their mail templates and send even if we write any number of times. I am cheated for less than 500 Rupees. I dont know how to trust them to purchase costly items. I have stopped using the Paytm for buying products.                   I got 677rs money in my paytm wallet for return of product. Now i want to transfer it in my bank account so I request Paytm to refund money in Bank Detail of Transaction is give below Transferred to Bank Bank Txn ID: 55633150 Paytm Cash Txn ID:[protected] Date :[protected]:36:03 But till date after 17 day money not credit in Bank they debit money from wallet on the spot on request (date[protected] but after 17 day money not credit in bank or wallet i complain many time but they give only on answer that transfer is done in 3 or 10 days after requested. till 17 day not credit I want may money back with 17 day interest because bank give me interest on money

                    I have order for a shoes on PAYTM but i got the wrong size of shoes delevered at my doorstep . now i want to return back this shoes and i dont want to purchase any other product from PAYTM so i need my all money back in my Bank account . i informed PAYTM about all this but till now they didnt took any action its really very poor response from paytm and they are not making good cutomer base. its really sad i have much expectation from them .Ticket #[protected]:Ticket #[protected]

                        First of all i had ordered a wd hardisk worth Rs7525 with 20% cashback promocode but they sent a different model and when i insisted to replace it with the model i had ordered they said they had no replacement policy, and they can only refund the amount and that to as paytm cash and i asked them to give me the promocode so that i can order the harddisk for the same price and they said that i will be compensated for the same but after the refund they refused and when i requested refund from the paytm wallet to my bank account, someone called me 6 times and cllaimed to be a paytm agent and said that i needed to give him my card details and registered mobile no. and tell him the otp that is generated.now paytm has crossed every limit and if any action is not taken by you i will have to file a case against paytm.

                          Hello ..I hv almost 3700 Rs in paytm wallet but I'm not able to use it because every time I try, it shows a message as shown in screen shot. I mailed to their customer care but they firstly said wait for two days and after two days they said that the matter is sent to concerned one so wait for 5 days then what d he'll they did in two days and latter on for every reply to my mail they just copy pasted d same lines. They peaple are cheaters and don't care about others time n money.

                            Paytm is such a cheating website. Please don't buy anything from this website, they have cheated me, I bought one product and wanted to return as wrong was received. When I called paytm call centre, they asked for pictures, they approved the return and said that please buy other size again as exchange is not possible currently, reverse pickup will happen with in 24 hrs. I bought another size, they delivered that but didn't pick wrong product and didn't provide the refund. When I asked via mails and called again and again, they are suggesting to go to courier and send it to seller otherwise they will not provide refund to me. Its really bad, such a fake site. My ticket id on paytm is[protected].

                              Sir I had made payment to the Make your trip company for holiday package. While making payment there were some technical issue due to which the payment debited from my HDFC A/c. but not credited in the beneficiaries A/c. The gate way of payment was through Paytm . Unfortunately I have not been able to contact them on their customer care no.

                                When i order the i phone 6s by mobile application it is shown - iPhone 6S 16 GB (Silver) - Price 62000 of Rs. 2000, there is no terms and conditions on 12 oct 2015. after also. i thought that it is Rs 2000/- and booked by using on-line banking. After few minutes i received Mail like "You have successfully placed your Paytm-FED order [protected] for Apple iPhone 6S 16 GB (Silver) - Price 62000 of Rs. 2000. You will receive a communication to pay the remaining amount on 15th Oct. After completing the payment, you will receive the location of your nearest TMS store to pick up your brand new Apple Iphone." after that, i request for cancellation. they replied like " i would like to inform you that this amount is non refundable amount." but there is no work like this when i book. I am fighting 3 points: 1) there is no proper clarity selling this iphone 6s 2) there is no turms like non-refund ( simple saying non- refund after transaction done) 3) i am not delayed for this issue ( i find and immediately noticed to paytm) finally i am looking solution for time wasted for this issue..

                                  Sir, I recharged Reliance 3G data pack on 17th october which was Rs 358 provided 4 GB data with 60 days validity but after recharge i received an sms that it provides 3GB Data for only 30 days. For regarding this issue i contacted paytm till last 3 days but they are not solving my problem.

                                    Hi, I have made payment of Rs 18, 60 & 58- through ccavenue.com on 16/10/15 & 17/10/2015. which was successfully debited from my account but ccavenue says payment was unsuccessful.When i asked them about the issue, they asked me to send the details of the payment.After sending all the details i did not get any reply from them.I have all the records of the mails and the details of my payment done to them. I have call many times but PayTM customer care executive did not get any response. Kindly help me how to file the complaint.

                                      There is one dress pending from paytm, i ordered and paid for 2 sets but they delivered only one set, one more set they did not send till now its been 10 days, i am really upset about it, they did not bothered to send my dress till now, i am demanding to PAYTM ppl, my dress which i ordered, pl. courier to me as soon as possible thank you, ...
                                      i need my order one set which i paid and till now i did not get its been till 2 months

                                      paytm ppl are cheaters, if you order 2 set they only send one set and take in advance money for 2 sets

                                      for more details please look in to my old complaints, i feel its one of the bogus company that i ever believe

                                        Hi, I order one bag from PayTM but the look was not good as it was looking in picture so i applied for return.My bag delivered on time and they approved also but they are asking again and again for courier slip which i lost somewhere, i already told them to give my money only excluding that courier amount we don't need that thing but they again n again asking this thing only .Today 1 month completed but we didn't get our money .
