    Sir, I have taken a shoe of number 9 from paytm. They sent it after a delay. N when I opened it and tried, size was big. I put return order. They asked several details. I provided them. They arranged the return order, but with my I'd name, not by the bill name the person refused to take back as it was not matching, n told to arrange a return order with bill name. After that I have complained n number time, but the site is just showing, return approved but nobody is coming or taking action for return. I even talked to customer care represtative, but no solution. Few complain I'd( ticket no are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].

      I ordered shoes by paytm but at a time of delivery i receive sleeper. I complaint to paytm but he is not giving me any reply regarding this. i want to refund my product cause paytm is cheater and fraud company. i request you to pls solve my problem as soon as possibale.         #EPT[protected] this order is ordered my paytm account by hacker, and my account is hacked so please cancel that order and refund my amount to my paytm wallet. now i changed my password so please cancel that order and refund my money please..& i sent you screen short of received email from paytm.

          I booked the LED bulbs through Paytm order no-[protected] & received. But after testing, it is found that ONE number of 12Watt LED bulb got defective. Then I contacted with the customer care of PayTm & requested for replacement. After so many complaints, they told it is not possible & cheated to me by sending the defective material.               I have booked Two Bus tickets with RSR Travels, Chennai for the trip for Chennai-Salem to travel Today(07/10/15), through Paytm.Now the RSR Travels Agency informed me that they cancelled their trip today and Pleased me to inform Paytm to receive My Cash back and added that they Would Inform them. Then, I booked a Complaint with paytm.Still they are Unresponsive. . But, Still I didn't Received my Cash back money.                 Paytm has fake listing with fake peoduct, they show false shipment, they will never reach to you, ultimately shows product refunde after 10-15 days, he hold your money for 20-25 days, cashback not refund to bank.2 times i was suffered.paytm is fraud & cheater Track is Attached is showing "LOAD ON HOLD" & EMBARGO

                    I had bought a wd my passport ultra 2 tb titanium, but the product sent to me was of differenet model no.i had applied a promocode of 20% cashback which I got after the delivery.when I complained about receiving wrong model no. they said they don't have any replacement policy and I will be refunded only for that, which of course was done.but I had told them that I wanted the product at the same cost and they will have to do something for that and they said that I will be compensated for their mistake, but now they are refusing for the same despite of their mistake. order id-[protected]

                    these are the photos of the product that I received which was different from the model no. I had ordered as mentioned on the invoice copy .the model no. of the product that I received can be seen on the back photo of the hard disk or the photo of the box.

                      Paytm wallet team, I had very poor experience using mobikwik wallet, So i want to get below answers.. 1, major portals where paytm wallet is accepted..i want to.know this as mobikwik has limited acceptability and is a waste.. 2. How quickly your customer care replies and resolves issues As mobikwik is extremely slow and sometimes does not reply at all.. 3. What are ur good offers going on?, because mobikwik is poor in this and many times do not give the promised cash back.. 4. Do u fall under rbi ombudsman as mobikwik sometimes does chaet in calculations. Please answer above questions as i have lost trust on wallets due to cheat and fraud by mobikwik.

                        Order no [protected];Prestige hob;₹10589;amount paid on September 11;product received on September19;Return requested on same day due to Glass part broken in transport due to very poor package; return accepted on September25;informed me that i should send the product by myself! I went to all courier offices _the product weight is14kg800gm;the least charge offered by professional courier which is₹2200;but Paytm offered me to REIMBERSE ₹200 as courier amount_i complainted many times to Paytm that either they arrange reverse Pickup or refund original courier charge since the product damaged due to poor package by the seller_but no response for the last 3weeks

                          Had a worst experience I placed an order (Mobile Recharge) on dated 15th Oct, 2015 Order No. # [protected], 15th Oct, 15 @ 10:42 am against which Rs. 100/- had been paid by me but after the payment done by me its showing Waiting for operator confirmation. today is 17th Oct, 2015, still I am waiting for my order to be complete (i.e. around 56 hours ).i have sent 03 mails to Paytm and ‪#‎frustrating‬ part is on first complaint (Ticket #[protected]: Recharge - Recharge Pending) got the reply that "We will keep trying to get the final status of your recharge and will refund your amount in your Paytm wallet if do not hear anything from them in next 24 hours." on the second complaint ( Ticket #[protected]: Recharge - Recharge Pending) got the reply that " We will keep trying to get the final status of your recharge and will refund your amount in your ‪#‎Paytm‬ wallet if do not hear anything from them in next 24-48 hours." when I wrote the third complaint ( Ticket #[protected]: Recharge - Recharge Pending) 4 hours ago still awaiting for their reply.

                            I recharged an amt of Rs.99 in my Vodafone mobile number on 17.10.2015.But I was shocked to know that out of Rs.99.00, the access fee of Rs.86.84 was deducted towards access fees.Following is the message I received after recharge, along with a service tax of Rs.12.16.The balance that I got is almost nil.I felt like a fool.My hard earned money was gulped by paytm n I got nothing out of it.

                              Order No:[protected] Date: 06/10/2015 Rs.32900 total cost, Rs.567 was subtracted and remaining Rs.32333 was payed through Credit Card the amount was debited and debit sms received from Bank, Paytm order shows Payment Failed, and then contact to customer care for this refund, within 3 to 10 working days it will refunded but till now refund not made.

                                I was bluffed by customer care representative regarding the online purchase worth 36699 . I followed all the guidelines/instructions as told by him. I was told that i will be able to use their promo code but as the transaction failed i was unable to place my order after some time when i placed again that order with different card, my order was confirmed but that promo code was not used for which i called the paytm customer care, they instructed me to cancel my order and place it again so that i can get that promo code. after cancelling when i called the customer cell again, they denied with those instructions.This whole act has blocked my money for 3-10 days as my money was deducted as soon as i placed the order.                                   I have purchased the a Speaker System, Flow Buzz Bluetooth Home Audio Multimedia Speaker System 5.1 Channel, from PayTM. But the product quality is very poor. I placed a return request, and PayTM approved my return request with Reverse Pickup Order No: PTM0489490. But they have not picked up the product till now. They keep on postponing processing of my Reverse Pickup Order. I need my money back.

                                      Product of substandard quality Paytm Order Ref. No. [protected] - Product - Fila White sport shoes (Size-9) (Item [protected]). The product (Shoes - Fila - Size 9) was delivered to me in time and in good condition. I started using them happily. I use them to play Tennis like sports in the morning for about 2 hours. The shoes were delivered on 25/26th September. In the last 20 days I must not have used them more than 20 hours (10 days 2 hours each - I was out of town for about a week and we don't play on sunday). Today I noticed that the right side of the right shoe is torn. I believe that the product is defective and request a replacement of the same.                                         I have purchased 3 curtains from paytm site. I did not like the products so i fiiled a return request for that.they have picked up all 3 curtains but they refunded money of only 2 curtains.they rejected the return request of 1 curtain after picking up of the product. Now they are not respnding me neither they are giving the product back to me nor they refunding the money back to me.
