Https://paytm.com/ Hi Team I have been facing an error for more than a month now and not able to place any order using my money from wallet. Everytime i try the same, i get an error stating "something went wrong, Please try after 24 hours". This something is wrong since more than a month now. I have raised tickets and did around 10 followups but no solution done yet. I tried calling customer care but they never allowed me to speak to an exceutive. I even requested call backs but nothing is coming back because of some unknown reason. Is there any possiblity i get my money back from my wallet. Amit Kamra

    I had purchased a 1 ton AC from paytm and there was a cash back offer of 20%. order no [protected]. I did apply the promo code for the cash back offer but after the order is placed there is no cash back given. The customer service says I did not apply the code but I see no reason why I would not apply the code.also this is the second time it happened with me.

      Disgusting !!! This was just my beginning with paytm and received the two back to back worst experience from paytm. Thank you so much for indirectly telling me that i should not be a customer of paytm. on 4th of Oct'15 i placed an order (order no. [protected]) for which payment was accepted. After three days i got an information that my order got cancelled. If you cant deliver the product, why you accept the order ? Simply you show it 'not available' at your website, so no one can order. And if you accept it, you must deliver it, no matter how, even though product gets not-available. That's what a customer service is all about. You wasted my three days, and writing back some apology words are not just enough. Can you return my those three days, which were wasted by you ? Consequently, i made a call to your customer care centre and complaint about above said things but didn't get any solution as expected, rather than saying that i have to place a new order. Then again i placed an order on 9th of Oct'15 (order no. [protected]) and received the product on 15th of oct'15. It was a 'Swipe Slice 3G Tablet 4 GB (Black)' what i ordered, but this time paytm crossed the limit of cheating the customer. Tablet was delivered to me with 512MB Ram, while i ordered with 1GB Ram & Back Camera Lense is broken. On top of it, no can charge more than MRP mentioned on labeling of product, but paytm is doing that crime. Price mentioned on the box of tablet is Rs.4000/- but you people are charging Rs.4120/-. When i maid a complaint for same to your customer support no., i was told that i am getting reward point more that the extra money charged. Come on... Did i asked you to give reward points or it was the program running by yourself only. for god sake, stop fooling and cheating your customer rather than accepting your intentionally done blunder mistakes. If some caught you, you will extend a fake regret, else you will keep going on your way. Again you vanished my another 7 days and gave me a lot of mentally stress and harassment. When i asked for mail id of any senior person of paytm, i was totally refused. I am attaching all the photograph as a proof, what you did with me. If still you will be continued with excuses of your policy, means you are allowing me to post the entire incident with pictures on various platform of social sites. Thanks but no thanks Amaresh Singh

        I ve received a cashback code from britannia bourbon for Rs26, however whenever i apply it I get the message to try after sometime. I tried to register a complaint with Paytm, it shows some internal error occured while submitting the complaint.
        I tried another code again its not working. If the company is unable to support such issues I think they should withdraw themselves from the markets rather then fooling people. Also my friends are complaining about the same issue. I suppose that Britannia and Paytm together are faking people.
        Still no resolution. Nor any response received from paytm

          Sir, I tried a recharge of ₹80 of mobile no [protected] on 26 Mar 15 through PayTM.I used SBI net banking to pay ₹60 and ₹20 using PayTM wallet. The recharge was failed and the full amount(₹80) was refunded to PayTM wallet.Thereafter on 30 Aug 15 i came to know that the amount paid through net banking for recharge of ₹60 can be transfer back to bank and i do so. The amount of ₹60 deducted from my wallet but the amount was not credited to my bank account even after 45 days passed. Further i lodged a complain to PayTM as well as SBI but no solution found till now.PayTM is saying that there is no deduction of ₹60 on 30 aug 15 even i sent the statement of aug sent by PayTM because they don't want to refund the amout. As the deducted amount is not so huge but it's the matter of faith and honesty so I request you to please help me about.             Dear sir, i'll ordered camera nikon d5200 from paytm of order no. [protected] ( on rupees 28, 249/-), on date 27 sep. 15, i will payment thrue my debit card for cashback of 3500 rupees, paytm seller omega enterprises send me a product by courier on 5th oct 15, and i opened it and face that product is deffective after many mails they are converse for a return product and refund my money to bank account or paytm wallet, they says by mail there are no service for any reverce pickup on my location so courier ur self, i i'll courier to merchant to omega enterprises, aurangabad on 14th oct 15; after this paytm mail to me there is a 7 days of return approved but product does't touch to merchant; i m shocked bcz i'll already send courier sleep when i'll send courier and after delivery i will send again shipment tracking history to [protected]@paytm.com; i think it's common issues doesn't over after this i'll send mail again for estimated refund time, they promise to refund in 24 hours, on 15th oct 15 time: 9:53 am, i could wait for 24 hours but i will saw that there is no new update about my refund and they doesn't reply of my mail, i thik i m hunting of online shopping fruad!! they says courier ruppes also debited to you!! plz help me back my product money and courier rupees bcz 28, 249 is not littel amount, i will sped my 2 years saving on this camera, realy now i wish i l'll attemp suicide, plz sir help me bcz there is no much time taken in this case, it's my last try bcz i already tired to mail paytm, and there is a last way for complaint again paytm and seller in police station but i think it's not too much time for it so i request you suggest me any other way to solve this realy i'll stop online shoping and says to other to stop, paytm such a fruad

              I shopped from having and did my payment through paytm wallet. As per the offer a cash back of Rs100 was to be done. Since I purchased twice I was required to have a cash back of Rs 200. My products has been delivered already but the cash back transaction hasn't been made up till now.

                i ordered a jeans from paytm Order No is[protected] first i got a mail that sealer confirmed my order after that they cancel my order but i didn't get my money back then i compliant on paytmcare they give ticket number[protected] & promises to refund in 72 hrs, till now more than 100 hrs are passed but i didnt get my money back..

                    Hi, product I received is of very poor quality. Please arrange to deliver a product which is worth of 2199. The product I received having following issue. 1. Not worth even in 400/- INR. 2. Cloth used for preparing bean bag is of very poor quality. 3. Was a bit wet when opened, and smelling like chemical. 4. Ordered XXL size but its not even stands in front of M size bean bag. It is really too small. 5. Spoiling emage of PAYTM. It was written no refund for this bean on your site but it doesn't mean that you will cheat people by delivering them standard less product. Delievr me good quality bean bag with real XXL size or take your junk back and refund my money. I am attaching pics for your reference. my 1 year old baby is sitting on that bag, and for a one year old kid also that bag doesn't seems like XXL size.

                      Hi All,

                      This is to inform you that i tried to make a payment for my Vodafone bill on 7th October of Rs. 500.00 through Paytm. payment got failed and got a message that your amount will be credited into your paytm wallet within 48 hours, it's been more than 7 days now and haven't got my amount back nether in my bank account not in paytm wallet. even the customer care no is not working since then i have tried 50 or more time to contact this company on[protected] & [protected]. though it is a matter of 500.00 Rs which i don't care but if I'll not get the proper solution I'll sue this company.

                        I bought a product moto e 2nd gen from paytm.com. My number [protected] I raised a request for reverse pickup as the product is defective like blur screen or shaded screen on the next day of product delivered. But reverse pickup was not successful till now. Company refused it by saying
                        Reason: We tried to reach you through call & mails but were unable to connect with you. So, because of absence of your supporting documents we can not process your Return Request.. Please take action against like this. Mohan

                          Dear Sir, I am booked a ticket on 9Th oct 2015 from Paytm.com . From Pacifice Mall Anand Vihar ( Delhi ) to Lucknow for 10th oct . Paytm Assign Rudra Bus Service for this journey . But When i am reach in service station, no any bus avail for my journey . And when i am contact with Bus operator service, he clearly asked me, he cancel the bus and already update to paytm for refund customer money . Mr. Satya ( Rudra Bus service co-ordinator ), Same time i am also contact with Paytm Support Team, he ask for raise request regarding this issue by email address [protected]@paytm.com . So on next day i am write a mail to [protected]@paytm.com, regarding this concern . And also received request id by paytm Ticket #[protected]: Refund ([protected]) . But till date i am not received my money in my bank A/C . After 6 day, i am contact again Paytm support team, Miss Heena by customer care no . she asked previous paytm member, update me wrong information . She asked me, in such type case raise request by site . My order id details mention below : [protected] My registered No is [protected] My registered E-mail .: [protected]@rediff.com Its big scam by paytm . So request to you please help me and arrange my total exp by paytm . My money + tatal booked ticket value . And also request to you banned to paytm for this service .                             I booked online kids wear 2 sets for my kid and paid full amount by card online but i got only one set and invoice billed for 2 sets when i called up to customer care to find out for another set they said its delivered 2 sets, i really felt very bad for cheating by them since we are not able to open product and see with out receiving, when packet opened by me it was big disappointed, and i cancelled immediately after i spoke to customer care person for 1 more set which i paid for it but he tld me its been delivered, i felt very bad and disappointed after cancelling also non of them are come to collect its a 3 rd day 15th oct order no.                                 Dear customer care desk, Reminder I am having very bad experience with PAYTM. I have written so many mails to paytm customer care but not received any reply from your side. Customer support of Paytm is very very poor.. don’t solve problem carefully. Very BAD Service. I would suggest NOT TO buy anything from your website again. You are the worst website for shopping. This is one of the worst website, they have very bad service. I have my money back. My mobile number [protected] is not working now and I have disconnect this connection due to some reason. Whenever I have tried to login they sent opt cope to my registered mobile number [protected] (this number is disconnect now). Due to this reason my I have not entered my paytm account.                                   I recharged my Idea number on 13-SEPT-2015 from paytm online mobile recharge site. amount is deducted from bank but recharge was unsuccessful saying that Transaction failure from bank. i asked the same to my bank they said that amount is paid to paytm where paytm is saying that amount is not received. can any one help me.

                                    I had purchased JBL Micro Wireless Speaker from Paytm on 25th June, 2015.
                                    Paytm delivered to me with a fake product. I have attached the pictures of the product I received from Paytm and the 'Original' product.

                                    The difference is clearly seen as below:

                                    1. In made in china label 'c' is in small letter and in original one it should be in capital.

                                    2. Original product says JBLon tour micro wireless whereas fake product says micro wireless

                                    3. Original product has only bluetooth symbol on the side next to power button whereas fake shows bluetooth and phone symbol

                                    4. I have a cheap quality product where the speaker grill gets dented so easily.

                                      When I was placing this order I was trying to select PROMO25 promo code which was listed in dropdown during checkout, but after selecting PROMO25 and placing the order([protected]) promo got converted to LA15 which was giving less cashback. I tried to call to customer number 5-6 times but no luck and mean while I thought like I will place new order again and I placed one more order and this time proper promo code PROMO25 came in order (Order number [protected]) Now while I am requesting to cancel first order (Order number [protected]), but cancellation team is explaining me about return policy and not considering the issue which I have faced during selection of promo code. There was a issue on there website in selection of promocode, due to that I have selected one promocode and placed order and after successful completion of order, in order one different promocode came and due to that I have placed another order and requesting for cancellation of first order.

                                        Dear All On 12 October, 2015 at 6.35 pm i got a Alert from Paytm when opened in App of Paytm it displayed Apple iPhone 6S 64 GB (Golden) - Price 72000Apple iPhone 6S 64 GB (Golden) EFFECTIVE PRICE Rs 2000/- on basis of which i ordered 6 iphones i.e 2000*6 = 12000 by paying from my Account and later got a message from Paytm stating your amount is Received for booking and remaining amount to be paid after October 15. Its after this message i got to know that its Advance booking towards Apple iPhone 6S 64 GB (Golden) - Price 72000Apple iPhone 6S 64 GB (Golden) and not EFFECTIVE PRICE as stated. I contacted there customer care but it was of no use. Complaint no[protected] was logged on same day of order but there was only 1 answer i got from them. Order once placed cannot be cancelled and refunded. I Literally begged them but they were admant with there policies. Late same day they changed price in there app too. I have been victim to there marketing gimmick of EFFECTIVE price i need refund of my money as Rs 12000 is not a small amount. I Request you, I plead help me to refund my money at any cost.
