I have booked my bus ticket on 1st oct 15, and bus operator has cancelled but trip. so i have called to Paytm executive and given request from my mobile Paytm application as per Paytm Executive instruction. Now 10 Days Gone still I have not received my refund. now i am calling to executive they are not giving proper reply. My Order details are given as below. [protected]. it found faulty, i emailed them on[protected], regarding damaged product i received, , , they told we will pickup the product within 72 hours, but until today they not picked up the product. i repeatadely emailed, called them, but until today they NOT picked up the product... my request is to fine the paytm regarding this undue delay, i want compensation from paytm, ...

      I have recharged Rs147 for Internet balance from https://paytm.com/. Transaction shows success in Paytm site but I have not received the Internet data balance of 500mb. I have contacted Paytm but they informed me that the talk time or any other benefit that I receive is entirely controlled by the operator (s). I have contacted vodaphone in e-mail and also gone to the Vodaphone outlet. They informed me that no such transaction was made by patym on my mobile for the amount 147.         Sir, Enclosed please find the attachment of paytm wallet statement which is self explantory. I don't know you people are getting me or not. But this must resolve the issue regarding my refund of Rs. 750 against the order dated[protected]:09:32 Paid for Order Paytm Order #[protected] Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] The above order was waiting operator confirmation till[protected], In paytm wallet as shown in image it is showing that Rs. 750 was restored against failed order. [protected]:52:41 Restored against failed order Paytm Order #[protected] Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] My question is where is Rs. 750? The orders shown below which your customer care is referring time and again for explaining refunds of the above order are for different orders which are having bank txnid.You may see the enclosed image for your reference [protected]:55:06 Transferred to Bank Bank Txn ID: PAYTM.5416.[protected] Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] [protected]:54:56 Transferred to Bank Bank Txn ID: PAYTM.5414.[protected] Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] My paytm wallet balance was 304 in the morning . I have done Rs. 30 Recharge in BSNL and Rs. 10 in Airtel today i.e. 9/10/2015 as reflected in wallet statement. Now wallet balance should be 264+750=1014 as Rs. 750 has been refunded to my paytm wallet now it is no where. If you are saying it has been transferred to bank then provide me the bank txnid and reflect it in my paytm wallet. I am following you people since 2 days but no one is responding properly.           This is the complaint against CEO of PAYTM Vijay shekhar Sharma. I have sent multiple E-mails to him and his employees. No one responded well to change my no. even I shared my bank details according to their policy. I can't understand why they are taking too much to just update my new no. as my money is stuck in my account and I am unable to login because of OTO is being sent to my old no. that is not working at all. I expect from Consumer Court to please take some action against these type of fraud companies, they are cheating with us. They don't provide service at all and do ample no. of promises.

            Received a message from Paytm on full cashback on recharge of mobile voucher on 7th October, 2015. Immediately I recharged an airtel voucher worth Rs. 140/- with transaction operator reference no-[protected]. Surprise on not getting the benefit till now, Let me know what to do, or where should I file the complain. Saroj

              Customer support of Paytm is very very poor.. dont solve problem carefully, i got cash voucher from nivea product.. adding that cash voucher showing successful. but that cash didnt come to my account.. i have given all proofs to customer support but they are just repeat things and wasting time of others. I RECOMMEND NEVER USE Paytm. U CAN BE VICTIM ANY TIME.

                Order# [protected] Dear Sir/ Madam, I booked a Vibes "Multi Bhagalpuri Silk Saree" through PAYTM on[protected], I only get the mail for booking conformation. After that I did not get any mail. On[protected] one person came at my house and give a a wrong product with same order number (Order# [protected]) without taking any sign he left. The product is totally different and defective. This is one way to chit the customer and doing business or earn money. Sir please take some action on that. Thanks, Dr. S. Mallick

                  Hello Guys, Today I have very bad experience with paytm.com I have ordered choli in paytm but my transaction was fail and my money will deduct in my account. This is my Paytm order number [protected]. When I have requested to many times in paytm care but not sufficient response to me and still not refund my money. I tired to paytm. This is not proper way of paytm. Paytm is not success to online shopping website, this is fake website.

                    I brought a Voltas 183 LYE AC. But i received another model also some parts was missing and No GAS in out door unit. When i received the product i immediately called customer care, they told you install it and provide us the bills we will refund you the amount .As per Customer care instruction I installed the AC. The parts which were missing is for Rs. 650/-. & the Outdoor unit Gas filed for 1800/-(Voltas company filled the Gas & Bill attached). U can confirm the expense from Voltas. I hv sent 1800+650=2450/-(Bill attached) after informed customer care and U told to provide bill then u will refund the amount. Other thing U hv given me less valued product, also the two Cooper wire which should be 3.5 meters, U given 3 meters. I am having all prove (Pictures). AS a regular customer I am not asking extra discount or extra money, I just asking for what I have spent fro the defective product. So for that product at least 3500/- should be give as refund. U can ask the Voltas Technician Mr. Raja pH no. [protected] detail fact. Thanks.

                      21-09-15 I tried to do recharge but unfortunately some net work issue my money got deducted but recharge has not processed yet..I have written mail regarding recharge to PayTM on this issue, today its 09/10/15 almost 20 days completed but there is no response from PayTM..even I didn't get any reply from PayTM.. This is the worst incident I have faced ever.. Money amount 1012/-. Order number I have mentioned on subject. Please solve the issue ASAP. PayTM has the worst online service. Thanks, Mahesh

                          Request #[protected] I raised a request to transfer the amount in my wallet to another wallet one month back as my number though which I was registered on PayTM got deactivated in mobility. They asked me for a new unregistered number to transfer the amount and verification details such as last transaction details and bank statement showing recharge done on my registered Paytm wallet. Even after multiple follow ups and after sharing all required details, the problem has not been resolved. Nobody now responds to my email and to my surprise, now I see that this ticked has also been closed.

                            My self balachandren have ordered a product on 11-AUG-2015 and a cancelled it before it has been delivered(before 18-AUG-2015), so when delivered they said to refuse the product and i did the same. But till now i didn't get the refund in my source account. After so many calls they refund the amount to paytm wallet instead of account on 17-sep-2015. I asked them to refund to bank they said it is in process for 10 days, in between i had many calls with them and they only said it is in process. Only when i asked to spoke to their manager he said the issue was due to some cash back amount must be also available in wallet and i added that amount during the call with him on 28-SEP-2015 and said it will be resolved in 2 days and amount will be bank account within 10 days. Today(9-OCT-2015) i have checked with bank they said no transactions are done by paytm till now and said if they transferred it will be reflected within 3 days. I am so much tiered of this issue and also financial charges has been incurred in my credit card because of this issue. Please find ticked id's raised by me.                                   Paytm has cheated me.I don't know why but my paytm account has Rs 1036 balance. my paytm registered mobile number is [protected] which has Rs 1036 balance. my friend send me balance and after a day my paytm account is opening. This is truely cheating because when I receive my balance after a day the paytm account is opening, it always say your account is temporary blocked .I also complaint at [protected]@paytm.com but there is no result. I told them to solve my problem but they don't unblock my account. finally I went to cibercell and they told me your account is not hacked or no problem.now I definitely know this was a big cheating by paytm.so friends I truely recommend you to don't trust this types fake company. be safe be smart

                                    I was ordering food using foodpanda app on 7th oct 2015 and i selected paytm as my payment mode. Order value was of rs.210 and i was having rs. 20 in my paytm wallet of id(azad.[protected]@gmail.com with phone no. [protected]). So amount of rs.190 was deducted from my SBI account but order was unsuccessful. I tried again and same thing happened again. So in total rs.380 were duducted from my SBI account without any order being successful. Kindly help me as soon as possible. Information: Date of order: 7th oct 2015 Time of order: between 1pm and 2pm Paytm id: azad.[protected]@gmail.com Paytm phone no.: [protected] SBI A/c no.: [protected] SBI A/c user name: TARUN AZAD I got 2 numbers regarding each of my payments. Payment 1: POS 70007981 txn#[protected] Payment 2: POS 00005344 txn#[protected] I have attached the mini statement of my SBI a/c showing the deduction of amount of rs. 190 twice dated on 7th-oct-2015 making it a total of rs.380(rs.190+rs.190).
