I brought a Voltas 183 LYE AC. But i received another model also some parts was missing and No GAS in out door unit. When i received the product i immediately called customer care, they told you install it and provide us the bills we will refund you the amount .As per Customer care instruction I installed the AC. The parts which were missing is for Rs. 650/-. & the Outdoor unit Gas filed for 1800/-(Voltas company filled the Gas & Bill attached)....
