Paytm has cheated me.I don't know why but my paytm account has Rs 1036 balance. my paytm registered mobile number is [protected] which has Rs 1036 balance. my friend send me balance and after a day my paytm account is opening. This is truely cheating because when I receive my balance after a day the paytm account is opening, it always say your account is temporary blocked .I also complaint at [protected]@paytm.com but there is no result. I told them to solve my problem but they don't unblock my account. finally I went to cibercell and they told me your account is not hacked or no problem.now I definitely know this was a big cheating by paytm.so friends I truely recommend you to don't trust this types fake company. be safe be smart

    I was ordering food using foodpanda app on 7th oct 2015 and i selected paytm as my payment mode. Order value was of rs.210 and i was having rs. 20 in my paytm wallet of id(azad.[protected]@gmail.com with phone no. [protected]). So amount of rs.190 was deducted from my SBI account but order was unsuccessful. I tried again and same thing happened again. So in total rs.380 were duducted from my SBI account without any order being successful. Kindly help me as soon as possible. Information: Date of order: 7th oct 2015 Time of order: between 1pm and 2pm Paytm id: azad.[protected]@gmail.com Paytm phone no.: [protected] SBI A/c no.: [protected] SBI A/c user name: TARUN AZAD I got 2 numbers regarding each of my payments. Payment 1: POS 70007981 txn#[protected] Payment 2: POS 00005344 txn#[protected] I have attached the mini statement of my SBI a/c showing the deduction of amount of rs. 190 twice dated on 7th-oct-2015 making it a total of rs.380(rs.190+rs.190).           This was happened third time with me i have all communication mail in my mail box. on what basis how you assure for future & what will you done if this happen again. paytm is big company even today they sponsor cricket matches Please pay My compensation Rs 1900 /- & please don, t say compensation is not in your policy. trust me no one policy mention compensation they if they mistake. for example if due to my mistake a accident happened on road again & other party demand for repair compensation. then i can deny on that basis that compensation is not my policy please don, t make stupid reply your company start ignore me . but i fight at last whenever i live. i am fed-up from your company.

            I have my PayTm account "[protected]@gmail.com", Unfortunately my registered no. with this account was disconnected. I requested to PayTM to change my no. with my account. I gave my all bank statements according to PayTM policy. I just wanted to update my new no. so I could login to my own account. I sent 18 E-mails to PayTM however did not get proper response. After 8 days they replied that it will take some more time. I was surprised that, How a no. update request can take up-to 10 days. Even a murder case can be solved in 10 days but Paytm is not able to change my no. to my own account in this period. I request to VIJAY SHEKHAR SHARMA to hire better customer service agents.
            Very bad service provided by PayTm

              Dear Sir/Madam, I recently ordered a product Intex IT-2616 SUF Home Audio System (4.1 Channel) from PAYTM on 29.09.2015, they assured me with a delivery date on 07.10.2015, to my suprise its 08.10.2015 and I have still not received my product. PAYTM does not have any call centre where this issue can be looked upon, they encourage emailing service where I have been constantly mailing but they are sending me robotic and repetitive replies. They say that the product have been shipped out from their end though a courier and the courier people say they have not received the material yet. I have become round robin robin chasing the courier people and PAYTM but none of them are giving me a proper solution. PAYTM is not responding to my further emails. Please help.

                On 1st-Oct-2015, I recharged my vodafone mobile number using Paytm.com for Rs. 200/- with the order number [protected].But it didn't recharged but the amount got deducted from my Bank account. Till now as on 07th Oct-2015, i didn't get my amount refunded in my account. I raised several Tickets in Paytm Care but didn't get my amount back till now. I request you to refund my amount.
                Got refund on[protected].so after 10 days.

                  I ordered a few items in my order no [protected] in which i received kids apparal without mrp tags and when i searched for these products on other websites mrp was low.. Than i contact paytm regarding this but after exchanging 31 emails they are not able to provide pricetag in any way and asking to return the products if i want price tag

                      I have ordered Philips HL7720 750 W Mixer / Grinder with 3 Jars from Paytm with order id [protected] on 24/9/15 and received the same on 3/10/15, after receiving it i found that the small jar is missing in the box and informed the same to paytm immediately and registered my complaint by ticket no.[protected]/10/15 15:53, after repeated reminder they replied me back on 6/10/15 offering me Rs. 300/- for the missing jar but i refused as i dont want money and i want only the jar if not take back there product but now they are not responding at all and not refunding my amount.

                        Pretty interesting site. The offer discounts as paytm cash, this cash can be used for other purchases/ recharges on the site.

                        Now here's the bit of genius that makes the site so successful in spite of the site being a slow and insipid; most large value transactions are accepted and then nothing happens! The customer waits and waits and then tries to contact the customer care. You will notice there is no email id and the customer care no on the site will not work. After some amount of research the customer will manage to reach the customer care. The customer care at this point of time will sent an email profusely apologizing for the order getting cancelled.

                        the customer will now get his cash reversed through Paytm cash! so now the customer is stuck with Paytm cash with which he can only make low value transactions.

                        this ensures the following -

                        The customer is bonded to the site as he is stuck with a whole lot o[censored]seless paytm cash

                        The firm gets interest free working capital

                        Pros:

                        You can at times get good discounts(as with most ponzi schemes this is the hook)

                        very interesting case study for those so inclined

                        Provides a brilliant model for entrepreneurs with flexible morals

                        Cons:

                        as with any gambling casino, you will make some good discounts at first but in the end the house(paytm) always wins

                        Most Ponzi schemes will eventually collapse, so if you one of the unlucky ones who are left stranded when Paytm collapses.well bad luck!

                          Worst service by Paytm. We cannot contact customer care directly for any issues.

                          We have to opt for the call, they will call us if they think and as per there convenience.

                          I ordered sony headphones from Paytm on 22 Sep 2015, but it has been 6th Oct 2015 now not received my product yet. I have mailed so many times regarding the issue but there was no resolution even after 14 days.

                          I have not received my product.

                          This was the product available with higher discount that's why paytm didn't deliver the product to me. (check the photos)

                          They cancelled my order after 14 days and returned my money after so much follow up only on email. (no customer care service)

                            I ordered portronics fm/player from paytm. After I opened that order, I shocked with a cello pen set inside that order pack. Immediatly, I called to paytm care. But paytm team was not responding properly till now (since 2 days).                               I placed order number [protected] of inr 15990/- for xperia c mobile phone on 20 septmber 2015. I cancelled the order on same day. Paytm said it has refunded the amount to bank. But even after 16 days the amount is not transferred to my bank account.

                                Dear Consumer Complaint Team, , I bought a Solo Oven 20 Ltrs of IFB Company against my order no. [protected] dated :[protected] and I when I received the product Packing out side was ok but partially wet. When I opened the carton top surface of oven was pressed that formed dents at two corners. I immediately informed the paytm on thier web site and on sent very first mail on dated :[protected] for return the product. Even paytm executive contacted me and confirmed me that they will not replace the product but will proceed for return. from[protected] till today[protected] they kept for asking pictures invoice copies and all that . and when i given all the proof to them now Mr. Prince Batra confirmed on mail that return policy period has been over. So strange said reason for refusing return pick up is totally in genuine as this huge delay was caused by Paytm company. I have all communication proof. I shall not stop at any cost i will get my money back . Request you all people and Consumer Complaint Team to help me and share the Email Ids and phone nos of Paytm top management so that i can take this matter to them.                                     I had ordered 5 led bulbs from paytm.com . i returned them the next day. (reason: one broken and others not at all as described). on paytm website/account they show refunded in 'transactions' but, actually no money or balance is refunded to paytm wallet. its not refunded to my bank account either. paytm is not a good website to shop. Amazon.in seems to be the best online retailer I have seen till now. I hope paytm will reply to this complaint and refund my money!!!
