Hi

Today when I was recharging my mobile number for 250 rs the 53 rs which was available in paytm wallet was deducted . I did not complete the transaction and hence again I had to recharge for 250 rs where ths 53 rs never came to my wallet rather it showed transaction of 53 was successful and also 250rs was deducted from my credit card.

order number [protected]. this is the order which I am querying on.

please credit the money back to my wallet as soon as possible.

    My account with Email Id - [protected]@yahoo.com is blocked for login since 3 months by paytm. the only reply I get from them is the concerned team will get back to you soon. there is Rs.7300/- in the wallet. I also requested them to transfer the money to my bank account, but there is no reply from them. they are neither unblocking the account nor refunding my money.

    If you don't want to unblock the account its fine. But why blocked the money in the wallet. Transfer it to my bank account.

      I have ordered "Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Enhance 7 L RO+UV Water Purifier (Black & White)" from paytm site..since the price was less in Paytm, I called them and they confirmed that it's RO+UV model only as mentioned on site. But they delivered RO model... I told them to take this product back on 29-Aug-15 but even after more than one month (today 3-Oct) they didn't take it back yet. every time I call or mail, they will give standard response that we will do reveres pickup in 72 hours but after 72 hours, no update and if i call again.. same response again. Finally after 1 month they told they are not able to do reverse pickup, so telling me to courier but they will give max 200 Rs as courier charges. But it might take 500-1000 Rs to courier Aquaguard, who should bear that charges + 13700 Rs interest for more than one month + inconvenience compensation (as I had to buy minal water from outside from last one month). If somebody from Paytm looking at this - paytm ticket number [protected] (still open)
      I have ordered GLUCOLAB sugar test strip on PAYTM, PAYTM send me wrong local test strip, my return request accepted but after 10-15 days they asked to courier me that wrong item and sudden i receieved email that my return request had cancelled how? I do not know that... at last i tried that test strip, but that even not fit in my GLUCOLAB TESTER.

      Now I informed that they THEY PAYTM could not able to contact me,

      I here by alert you all PL. DON'T BUY ANY QUALITY URGENT PRODUCT FROM PAYTM, ITS TOTALLY FRAUD LIKE COMPANY. You can recharge online mobile, DTH etc . But for online purchase I suggest to go for some top E COM Company rather than go for THIRD CLASS PAYTM.
      same to same here... They are cheaters.. delivering wrong product and then not taking it back by giving some or other fake reasons... NEVER ever buy anything from fraud Paytm

        I have ordered e-O Adult Cat Food Chicken Veg 7 Kg on 22 sept 2015 with coupon code "Pet30" on www.paytm.com I did not get any cashback from paytm from promocode which gives 30% cashback in paytm wallet. When i logged a complaint at paytm, paytm executives are saying that i had not applied any promocode. I clearly remember thet i have applied promocode and i also re-verified that i have applied promocode for cashbak amount check. The only reason that i have purchased that product is due to promocode offer.and i checked i am getting 450 rs cashback and hence i purchased the product. What proof am i supposed to give to paytm to show them that i have applied promocode while giving order? Am i supposed to record every session while i place order with paytm?If so, please they should inform such notice publicly. Please help me get the benefit under the promocode that i have applied against order [protected] on paytm.

          They are tied up with such a poor courier partner company, which takes months to deliver a consignment that too in a metro city. From 26th September, i can track my order item to be in Bangalore city but yet not been delivered its 3rd October. Tried to contact them and as usual, customer care representative...keeps on repeating Sorry Sorry Sorry... I have nothing to do with these sorry...my time has wasted and i needed it in urget. How can your poor service compensate for this delay.

            I was ordered dell laptop on paytm online shopping through atm debit card. but the amount was debited order not conformed and they said you will refund your money 3-10 working days from 16th sep 2015. but i did't . and i was raise a complaint ticket they send repeated massage. and one of the agent call me and said you will get money with in 7 days and i have the voice record, and all mails. and my ORDER NO.[protected] Sep '15 12:52 pm .and the status of the complaint it shows refunded. so please rectify my problem .

              Hello, I have ordered e-O Adult Cat Food Chicken Veg 7 Kg on 22 sept 2015 with coupon code "Pet30".(PFA products page on which promocode is already given) The promocode offer was to provide 30% cashback in paytm wallet. I did not receive any cashbak from paytm, i opened ticket with paytm regarding my cashback complaint. But paytm is saying i have not applied any promocode against my order. When the promocode is provided on products page itself and if we click on appplu on products page, promocode automatically gets applied to order. So in my case i remember that i have applied the promocode and re-verified too that promocode is applied. Paytm is not processing my cashback against the offer that paytm itself has published. What proof am i supposed to give paytm to show them that i have applied promocode while giving order? Am i supposed to record every session while i place order with paytm?If so, please they should inform publicly. Please help me get the offer benefit of promocode that i have applied against order no [protected] on paytm.com

                  I have bought HP x360 laptop through paytm, as mentioned in paytm site i had to get cash back of Rs 5500.00. Its been two months since I bought this laptop and still I didn't get my cash back. Regarding this I have logged complaint in customer casre and I have sopke to customer care executives more than 20 times. All customer care people told that i'll get cash back but have to wait for sometime. This is the words all the executives replied through mail and call. I have all the mail history.

                    Hello I Pankaj Singhal has an account on Paytm website ( user id [protected]). I have Rs 1266.00 in paytm account (the amount i has transferred from my bank account). Whenever i tried to make payment for any item on the paytm website through my paytm wallet, a message appears "OOps something went wrong, please try after 24 hours". I tried to call many times to paytm but they are not responding. I registered my complaint on the website through email but they are giving lame excuses and not refunding my money. please help Pankaj Singhal [protected]

                      I have buy a IFB Elite Aqua SX 7 kg Front Load Fully Automatic Washing Machine (Silver) from paytm my ORDER NO. [protected] According to website they have to give me 7000 cashback within 24 hours of shipping. shipping was done on 19 September 2015 and product is delivered on 27 September but still my cashback is not credited by them also i have raised my complaint many times under there help desk but no appropriate response and not any callback they have given to me as per policy i also apply for return the object within 9 days but no response from them please help me to get my cashback.

                        I bought a product nova trimmer from paytm.com. My order no. Is [protected]. I raised a request for reverse pickup as the product is defective on the next day of product delivered. But reverse pickup was not successful till now. Company refused it by saying 'our executive called you and you said you will keep the product'. But there was no any call like this. I didn't got any call from paytm. Please take action against like this. AJAY

                          I have purchased the Samsung Galaxy note 2 phone, product came with broken box and when I opened the phone and inserted SIM, phone was not working. When I contacted Paytm to return the phone, they said that they will take phone only within 7 days of delivery. When I went to samsung service center, they checked the phone IMEI number and found that this phone was used and one year warranty was over. Paytm cheated by sending the used phone instead of new phone

                            [protected]" if no body will ever pick it.

                            Is your company so much poor that you cann't afford call center employees.

                            When ever this number is called no one is their to reply.

                            In the hell of the world can somebody tell me how to change the registered phone number in my account.

                              I have ordered Matki Pressure Cooker - 5.5 Litre order no. [protected] on Sunday, September 06, 2015 and I have not got the delivery of the product yet. I have many times talked to Paytm customer care centre but they are not taking any action.

                              Paytm is trying to do fraud me, just see the POD attached by you name and address in that POD does not match with mine details mentioned in the attached Invoice of the same order.

                              My Product is delivered to someone else and paytm is saying that they have delivered the product to me. When I entered the AWB no. mentioned in the Invoice on Ecom website it also shows that product is delivered to someone else.

                              I am in great mental tension and Paytm have to deliver my product and have to pay COMPENSATION for the mental tension I suffered because of your Fraud or else I am going to file case in Civil Court and Consumer Court soon

                                I have ordered a 1kg Almonds packet through Paytm, paid in advanced . The day i received the packet, i found that the delivered packet was open . It was open from outside with two places, and on peeking inside, saw that the packet inside was also open, both bubble rap as well as the internal packet . I told the delivery person to take it back, he denied and told to contact to paytm customer care . Delivery has given me this in writing and undersigned . I tried paytm customer care phone call, never got connected always busy and waiting . then i have send a mail to paytm customer care on sept 22 with all proof of photo, writing from delivery person etc . Till date getting only one reply to all mail ---" Will get back to u, working on it etc"

                                    Ticket #[protected]: Paytm Order #[protected] I really fail to understand the services which Paytm are providing to their valuable customers. There were mistake from PayTm side and now they are saying that they will not replace. 1. Firstly the product model which i had ordered was not the same which i received. 2 Secondly, there is mismatch of serial number. Bill should have same serial number as mentioned on the product. 3. The disk space which i received was also not the same which i had selected. As i had selected 2TB Hard Disk drive but i received 1.81 TB of HDD space As requested by PayTm, Screen- shots had already been provide by me (Product Model Number, Bill number and disk space screen shot) I am regretting why i have choosen paytm i should have gone to some other website like snapdeal, Amazon, flipkart, Ebay. It;s almost a week and i have no positive feedback from PayTm side. Please try to improve your service else you may loose your customer confidence towards PayTm.

                                      This is Snehasish (account no-snehasishdas.[protected]@gmail.com) let you know one concern regarding my last worst experience with paytm.

                                      On 22 sep 2015 I have purchase the TITAN silver analog watch from Paytm and its got delivered on 29 Sep 2015.

                                      They delivered along with bill .Box is Titan but inside some Renos watch is there and also made the bill with Titan watch .

                                      As per the communication over phone they need proof to accept the return of the product .I have supplied all the images and proof for the product and then they accept the return of the product.

                                      As per the update on paytm side they have to take return with in 3-4 days but later they modified to 7 days today I called asked about the the status they are saying that there is no more courier partner to accept the product in that area .So they told send it back to the seller address.

                                      Then I asked if you don’t have any courier partner there then how you delivered that product they answer we can delivered but since no courier partner is there so we cannot take reverse pick up and also said “Sorry For inconvenience caused”.

                                      If this is the case then they have to inform to me but they did not do that when I am asking they simply says “Sorry For inconvenience caused”. I have asked previously have you inspect the product they are saying no with “Sorry For inconvenience caused”

                                      I am waiting for almost 10 days to get that product since wrong product is got received and suffering like anything to return to the seller to get back my money.

                                      This is lacking our interest to purchase from the online shopping.

                                      Please take some necessary action .I have attached the screen shot for reference.

                                      I want to inform you that i got a call from paytm (mob[protected] and they asked me my credit card whole information to transfer the amount.I told him that this is not the write way that i will give the information .

                                      As the call is no where belongs to paytm and its leads to security issue to my credit card so i refuses to give all the information.

                                      And i also told that i[censored] want to refund please add into the paytm wallet or send me a email so that i can send all the details but he refuses to do that .This is not the professional way that Paytm Care person will behave towards money refund.

                                      Kindly look into this matter and take some serious action as i am seriously suffered with Paytm.Thanks

                                        I have booked 7 ticket in a bus from chennai to bangalore National Travels(nts) TOTAL FARE [protected] [protected] ORDER NO. [protected] and ORDER NO. [protected] But now i got call from Travels that the bus has been cancel due to not registration of the bus. i have booked tickets 20 days back. i don't have other options now. Travels said that contact paytm for further needs. So revert me back soon. Waiting for reply. i am writing 3rd time without any response. Totally 3500 rs needs to be cash back.
