    Ticket #[protected]: Paytm Order #[protected] I really fail to understand the services which Paytm are providing to their valuable customers. There were mistake from PayTm side and now they are saying that they will not replace. 1. Firstly the product model which i had ordered was not the same which i received. 2 Secondly, there is mismatch of serial number. Bill should have same serial number as mentioned on the product. 3. The disk space which i received was also not the same which i had selected. As i had selected 2TB Hard Disk drive but i received 1.81 TB of HDD space As requested by PayTm, Screen- shots had already been provide by me (Product Model Number, Bill number and disk space screen shot) I am regretting why i have choosen paytm i should have gone to some other website like snapdeal, Amazon, flipkart, Ebay. It;s almost a week and i have no positive feedback from PayTm side. Please try to improve your service else you may loose your customer confidence towards PayTm.

      Hope you are doing Well !!!

      This is Snehasish (account no-snehasishdas.[protected]@gmail.com) let you know one concern regarding my last worst experience with paytm.

      On 22 sep 2015 I have purchase the TITAN silver analog watch from Paytm and its got delivered on 29 Sep 2015.

      They delivered along with bill .Box is Titan but inside some Renos watch is there and also made the bill with Titan watch .

      As per the communication over phone they need proof to accept the return of the product .I have supplied all the images and proof for the product and then they accept the return of the product.

      As per the update on paytm side they have to take return with in 3-4 days but later they modified to 7 days today I called asked about the the status they are saying that there is no more courier partner to accept the product in that area .So they told send it back to the seller address.

      Then I asked if you don’t have any courier partner there then how you delivered that product they answer we can delivered but since no courier partner is there so we cannot take reverse pick up and also said “Sorry For inconvenience caused”.

      If this is the case then they have to inform to me but they did not do that when I am asking they simply says “Sorry For inconvenience caused”. I have asked previously have you inspect the product they are saying no with “Sorry For inconvenience caused”

      I am waiting for almost 10 days to get that product since wrong product is got received and suffering like anything to return to the seller to get back my money.

      This is lacking our interest to purchase from the online shopping.

      Please take some necessary action .I have attached the screen shot for reference.

      I want to inform you that i got a call from paytm (mob[protected] and they asked me my credit card whole information to transfer the amount.I told him that this is not the write way that i will give the information .

      As the call is no where belongs to paytm and its leads to security issue to my credit card so i refuses to give all the information.

      And i also told that i[censored] want to refund please add into the paytm wallet or send me a email so that i can send all the details but he refuses to do that .This is not the professional way that Paytm Care person will behave towards money refund.

      Kindly look into this matter and take some serious action as i am seriously suffered with Paytm.Thanks

        I have booked 7 ticket in a bus from chennai to bangalore National Travels(nts) TOTAL FARE [protected] [protected] ORDER NO. [protected] and ORDER NO. [protected] But now i got call from Travels that the bus has been cancel due to not registration of the bus. i have booked tickets 20 days back. i don't have other options now. Travels said that contact paytm for further needs. So revert me back soon. Waiting for reply. i am writing 3rd time without any response. Totally 3500 rs needs to be cash back.

          I ordered irom from paytm in 511 rs but the iron is delivered broken . Affter contacting with paytm customer care they told to return iron so i returned via courier . so i pay rs 300 for it . i am requesting for my refund since 30 days . PAYTM is fraud company .

            I have done bus booking from haridhar to jaipur for 29 Sep 2015 for 7:30pm. Even i had received a message and ticket from PAytm stating that my ticket has been booked. But when we went to pick up point we had been intimated by operater that they did not had any bus on 29 sep from haridhwar to jaipur and they also told us that they had blocked online booking from last three days. But now i had raised a refund request on paytm for which i have not recieved any satisfied revert that they would process my refund and even i called their customer care and customer care executive told me that this is not company concern and this is customer concern. Paytm is such big and the way their they are treating customer is ridiculous. Request you to please check my matter and initiate my refund

                Respected Sir, On 29 morning, I i tried to recharge my 3G net pack via paytm, they showed/ floated wrong information on their website (Rs 297 for 1.25 GB) so i did the recharge. But i received the SMS of idea to idea minute instead of 3G Recharge, which is useless for me. Someone hacked my account and cancelled that order and with paytm wallet money he has recharged Idea Mobile [protected](ORDER NO. [protected]). This is happened on 30th September 2015. I want to know what kind of security paytm is providing.

                      I purchased a "Butterflies Beige Handbag" from Paytm.com on August 11, 2015 and my order number is [protected] for that I paid 1249 rupees and now that bag has not even withstood 60 days, the innersole started coming off and when I contacted paytm they claim they can't give any comments as the warranty of the product is over which is 15 days. Had I paid 1249 rupees for just 50 days o[censored]sage. I am not getting any contact number of the merchant to talk to him. I need a response for this poor quality of their product. If I had bought similar look locally I would have got it for some Rs. 300-500. I paid this much only for seeking good quality and that is not there. I need you guys help in getting proper resolution. As I am not able to attach any image in this window I am not attaching it now.

                        I wish to cancel my order of BUS ticket IDed - [protected](order no.) and ticket ID:ODW0WP but i could not find any option to cancel the ticket and also the refund policy is nowhere mentioned and is not getting conveyed to the customer.Tomorrow is my journey and i wish to cancel my ticket today but I'm not able to .I have raised an issue ticket and I'm not sure when i wil get it resolved .Not even sure of the response time.By the time they respond the bus might depart and I fear they would then reach back saying that I wont get any refund as the bus has already departed.
                        This is a serious concern of many users.
                        Something seems fishy obviously here.

Now its more than 24 Hrs and my money has not been refunded. I tried to contact PAYTM customer care but could not find any. Tried to mail but did not receive any responce. My Rs.650 is stuck with them and I am not able to understand to Where I can contact for the same...

                            I requested for my wallet up-gradation and got a call from one of there reps next day to fix an appointment however nobody turned up. Tried getting in touch with Paytm for the same however nothing has been done yet. This is how PAYTM works. Please get my work done. Thanks

                              Yesterday i recharge my tata sky with rs 400 though paytm using debit card of canara bank my balance is immediately deducted from account after that i didn't get any notification or mail from paytm regarding recharge. How much time it take to make refund after verification?                                   I booked a bus ticket from Paytm.com for trip from Goa to Bangalore for travel on Sep-20. The pickup was at 16:45 from Goa but I had no idea where my bus was until 18:00 and when I saw nothing was happening, I booked another ticket on the spot at much higher price to return home.

                                  I did not receive any call/message or even email apart from below message where no bus number or driver contacts are mentioned. How I was supposed to contact the bus driver?

                                  I did call the given number: (Seagull lines) at [protected] multiple times but the number was 'temperorily disconnected' and I also called Paytm at +91-[protected] twice on the same day at around 17:00 PM but nobody picked the call.

                                      I had ordered a Microsoft 640 XL. First of all, the delivered package/box was smashed and the seal was broken. Upon opening the mobile just fell out of the box. They delivered a used mobile which had no screen guard, with damaged headset which doesn't even belong to the company. Now upon registering a complaint, they are giving excuses and are not ready to take any action and it seems they require 72 hours notice to do so. Meanwhile they are asking me to run around to Microsoft customer care centre etc to get my mobile fixed. The call centre of Paytm is not helpful, neither do their managers help customers like me upon asking repeatedly several times for assistance. Kindly register this complaint so that everybody is aware of their malpractices.
