Hi Team, I have raised 4 tickets with paytm for my refund of money till now but there is no response at all. This order has been done on 23-sept-2015. But I didn't get the product yet. I have already done the payment of Rs. 515.00 for the same. Please look into this matter ASAP. If I will not get any response from Paytm then I may have to register a complaint against them in consumer court.

    Sir i have done a transaction with paytm with ORDER NO. [protected] on[protected]. i paid 117 through my wallet and 208 Rs from my sbi net banking. The transaction for recharge was failed. The paytm wallet amount 117 has returned but the amount i paid through sbi was not returned upto now.I have done so many messages to the paytm. BUt they're not at all responding. atleast they doesn't even reply me. My mobile no is [protected] and my email id [protected]@gmail.com

          I ordered a Hard disk through paytm but company provide me wrong and cheap product. after complain they are telling for return meanwhile I have urgent need of this HDD due to my data backup so unable to return.               Paytm are simply cheaters, I have ordered Iball slide brace x1 and before ordering the product I called customer care that whether I can avail TAB25 promo code or not, they promised me to give cashback of Rs.4000 after delivery, but once the product got delivered they denied to give cashback. Even when I asked them to take back the product they told me there is no return pickup policy and I have to send them back the product. When they denied giving cashback after promising, how can someone trust that they will give me the whole amount after returning the product.

                Incident Date : 26/09/2015. I Use PayTM to recharge my DATA Card on 26/09/2015 for 351 rupees . but unfortunately that amount transaction got canceled and money 251 rupees came to my PayTM wallet. but instead of drawing the money 351 they with draw 6147 from my credit card . i came to know this today while checking my account details in CITI BANK and and i saw there is lot of coupons got selected against to that transaction . and all these coupons are with out validity date and period. You People can refer my attachments of order in "PayTMFraud_2.png" all are related to Health Checkups which stupid can take these many coupons for Health Checkup . Please kindly take necessary action on these people. and try to get my money back .

                  I made a payment of Rs 1096/- to ACT Broadband connection through PayTM App on 11th September and it has failed .I don't see it reflecting in the order summary also. Payment has not been received by ACT. I have raised a ticket for complaint long time back It has been not resolved still. Kindly do the needful ASAP Ticket no. -#[protected]

                          Comments mkmanohar 0 minutes ago I have ordered GLUCOLAB sugar test strip on PAYTM, PAYTM send me wrong local test strip, my return request accepted but after 10-15 days they asked to courier me that wrong item and sudden i receieved email that my return request had cancelled how? I do not know that... at last i tried that test strip, but that even not fit in my GLUCOLAB TESTER. Now I informed that they THEY PAYTM could not able to contact me, I here by alert you all PL. DON'T BUY ANY QUALITY URGENT PRODUCT FROM PAYTM, ITS TOTALLY FRAUD LIKE COMPANY. You can recharge online mobile, DTH etc . But for online purchase I suggest to go for some top E COM Company rather than go for THIRD CLASS PAYTM

                              I recharged my mobile online on 1/10/15 8:31 PM. It was unsuccessful and the company claimed that money would be refunded in 24 hours. When I did not receive the money in given time, I complained again on 2/10/15 9:01 PM. I received a mail from their side that they are looking into the matter and would surely be refunded my money within 24 hours ( I received this mail on 3/10/15 9:31 AM, Ticket #[protected]. It has been 69 hours now and I still have not received my refund. This is not only delay in service but also fooling your customer.

                                  I have baught britannia bourbon biscuit with 20 rs. promo code of paytm, first its very pathetic service of paytm website and then showing try some time later and some coupons show already used.                                     I made a complaint for non-recharge of prepaid vodafone no.[protected] from paytm wallet. but unfortunately some of your employee(s) called me from [protected](4 times), [protected], [protected], [protected] and asked debit card details to refund the money but instead of paying me back they withdrew money four times up to 6, 900.00 I have no way out but make a complaint in Police station. and write about your organisation in social media.
