Dear Team, I have britania bourbon promocode. As per offer's TnC it gives me credit of Rs.26 Each. But when i am trying to redeem it gives me error "Please try after some time" Customer support also telling me try after some time. I fed up with this. I think they are providing fake offer. The scenario - I ordered diapers on 21st September with an offer of 40% cashback using credit card. The entire amount (100%) got debited from my account and I received the cashback (40%) in my paytm wallet. I waited patiently for the product and finally got a message stating "item delivered" on 28th September but the item was ACTUALLY NOT delivered. I immediately called the customer support and they promptly acted (as if they were waiting for my call) by crediting my paytm wallet with 60% of the amount i initially paid using my credit card. On requesting for refund of the other 40%, I was told that its against the policy and it will remain in paytm wallet for future use. The trap - By doing so (read above), Paytm is running a kind o[censored]nethical business. It is charging its customer 100% for a product by luring them to some kind of cashback. The products, on four out of ten occasion, doesn't reach the customer and Paytm very large-heartedly returns just a part of the amount actually paid by the customer. In effect, Paytm is piling up money through this unethical mean and definitely enjoying a hefty interest off its customers' wallet accumulation. The negative effect on customer - The customer hoping to get the product delivered is saddened when Paytm fails (4 out of 10occasion) to deliver the goods. In return, customer gets back only a portion of the money he/she has already paid. Now suppose, the customer has reached the limit of the credit card while making the payment for the product on paytm. When paytm fails to deliver the product, the customer would then look to buy the product from market and would need the money in full but paytm has declined to refund 100%. So, the customer is placed in a helpless state and would go begging. What a shame paytm!

Hi, I purchased few items in Pa=ytm during the month of May. Out of that, 2 items costs around 340 each was not accepted by the merchat so 340 +340 was transferred to Paytm wallet. Also another item(Baby walker) cost around 2099 was returned due to defect in the product received. Out of the total amount 2099, they paid back only 1570 was credited in my Paytm wallet. For all these amount 1570 +340+340, i clicked 'Transfer to Bank' option in Paytm wallet. But i never got the money credited in my bank account. Total amount of 2099 +340 +340 is pending with paytm. I have mailed them several times, but they never turned back. Every time they were asking me to send my bank transaction details. I sent all the necessary details several time but no use.

Dear Consumer team, I booked bus ticket from paytm (Order id-[protected] ) on 29th aug, from Mumbai to Karad, but on 23rd Sep i recieved call from Bus operator that bus is cancelled so i inform to Paytm and spoke with their one of excetuive name Swastik he gave me assurance that they will contact to Bus Operator and After Confirmation we will refund Bus Amount to ur Paytm Wallet within 24-48 Hours, but After that their excuses started, I mailed for almost 10 times they gave me assurance that we will refund but still they have not refunded amount 1100/- last 6 days im continuously mailing them, but they are not responding. on 23rd sep I lodge complaint my 1st complaint no is[protected] but they didnt responded then on Sep 26 I lodge Second complaint,[protected], then also they have not resolved only giving fake assurance we will resolve within 24-48 hours, but they are not responding. Please help me Ban Paytm, because i seen on social media almost they have cheated a10 outof 9 customer. please We are having faith on Consumer Team lz do needful.

Dear sir, i have 1 seller account on paytm. with register with CST/tin/vat number. someone is create same name account on paytm with same bank details. so i request to paytm active my account but he not do this since last 10 days. he says me your account is open with same 2 bank details. i want to say him regarding this issue if he is saying 2 same bank details open account how this possible . actually you have first see and after you active anyone's account then how you first open account with same bank details. i want take legal action against paytm. Hi Team, On[protected]:42:14 I have received a cash back from paytm for Order Order #CASH[protected] Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] Order #[protected] of Fila White And Blue Sports Shoes ... (Promocode: FOOT40). after cash back my paytm wallet remaining balance was 980. On Same day I made a purchase of 778. [protected]:00:28 Paid for Order Paytm Order #[protected] Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] So after that my paytm balance was 202. For above mentioned order I have applied cash back coupon "FOOT35" where I got cash back on "[protected]:29:29" which is 259. On Same day one of merchant refunded amount 120 on my paytm wallet. So my total balance should be display 202+120+259=581, However my wallet balance is showing as 381, Now sure where Rs. 200 has been gone without using anything. I am attaching the screenshot for the reference. Kindly look into the matter. Not only this, I followed up Paytm Guys but not received any positive response from them. Return of order I had ordered wildcraft shoes on paytm. I found fitting issues with same. So they told me to return the product and I did same. Order was delivered back to seller and paytm accepted that item received by seller and told me k your money will be credited to your account within 24 to 48 hours. I waited for three days still no action. Then I constantly called paytm customer care and they repeatedly told that your money will get credited in 2 days. I called them and sent mail many times. Always getting same reply: wait for 3-5 days. It has been more then 1 month but no retuen. Please resolve this issue.and refund my money back. I had purchased shoes from online shopping site Pay tm. I requested return due to size problem. Pay tm initiated reverse pick up of shipment and pick up the shipment on 19/09/15 and provided me receipt for same. It was expected to reach back to merchant within 2-3 days as I received it within same time. But after a week when I ask for refund through mail they reply that I will get refund after shipment reach to merchant. I ask for status of shipment in more than 10 conversation and Pay tm replies each time that I will get refund after shipment reach to merchant. They are not tracking shipment to inform me about the status. I also inquired for date on which shipment will reach to merchant as its already a week passed but they are not responding. They have same story in each reply that, 'I will get refund after shipment reach to merchant'. While I am asking for status of shipment and date of refund action.

I have ordered a products in Greenshopee.com with reference to a flash ads made by PAYTM using my credit card by PAYTM gate way on 26th Aug’15. As of now my product was not dispatched / delivered and the website is closed now.so I requested PAYTM to refund my money back to my credit card or to my Paytm wallet. I have made three mobile bill payments yesterday on 25th Sep'15 through PAYTM, out of which two payments are still processing. Now its more than 24 Hrs and my money has not been refunded. I tried to contact PAYTM customer care but could not find any. Tried to mail but did not receive any responce. My Rs.800 is stuck with them and I am not able to understand to to contact for the same.
