Hi, I booked a bus ticket from paytm portal with Order Number: Tickets - [protected] having Paytm Ticket ID ODOWOS on Sept 14, 2015. The ticket was to be used on Sept 20, 2015. I received bus ticket too. Now on Sept 16, 2015 I initiated a request for cancellation of my previous order #Tickets - [protected] from paytm/care portal. I had talked to paytm call centre and the lady said she is not at all aware of bus ticket cancellation process, she recommended to raise request from paytm/care portal. so I raised the order cancellation request. I received mail containing details : Ticket #[protected]: Tickets - Cancel my Order on Sept 16, 2015. I was relaxed having the belief that I would receive the refund. But to my surprise, on Sept 20, 2015 I received boarding call from Travel bus company. Hence I request you to investigate and refund the appropriate expenses, else I am friend to well known Cyber Law expert who will help me take legal route. thank you, Nitin Band ([protected])

Dear Consumer Forum, this is humble request to bring in your notice that paytm hacked my account & made some transcations from my paytm no.[protected] & tried to hacked my no.[protected] because i receive an otp it means some one tried to hacked the account on 23rd sep 2015, the no is recharged is of airtel & from west bengal the no. is [protected]. please pas this info to cyber crime department ASAS. I purchased a butterfly matchless wet grinder (red) I paid Rs 6400/ for it my order no is [protected] But the seller send me a butterfly matchless mixie later I send back to the seller by DHL Bluedart courier service I paid Rs 450 for courier Charges now paytm were refund Only 5120 rupees what about my Remaining balance, SambasivaiahBesta, [protected]

Paytm is not trustworthy company. They don't stand on their assurance and commitments. Their suppliers cheats and when you return the product they treat like beggars and don't return the money easily. I have done hundreds of online shopping transactions but never has any issues with other portals.

Dear Paytm Executive, Its really disgusting to call your customer care number to resolve any issue, even your [protected]@paytm.com also not responding. I have purchased 3months plan on My Airtel DTH and that ends in 1 months only. How to resolve this issue. Please talk with me if you get time from cheating customers. I ordered a electronic gadgets but its not working, when i complained them along with the product image, i got following response from them, they validate the product through the image... I am living in Trivandrum. The product I wanted to order can not be delivered here. So I ordered it to my friend's place in Banglore with belief that they will deliver the right product. But they have delivered a wrong product. My order was Fujitsu Lifebook A544(4gb ram, 2.5GHz clock speed, graphics Intel HD 4600) but they have delivered Fujitsu Lifebook A514 (8gb ram, 1.7GHz clock speed, graphics Intel HD 4400) (other specification same). All their pre delivery messages were pointing the right product. The time for returning the product was 15 days only. My friend has some work there so I asked him to bring my Laptop also. But he will have to return only after 15 days. I forgot to tell him to check the product with the belief in Paytm in my subconscious mind. He himself didn't open the product due to hesitation. The Bill they made is for the product I ordered. . When I contacted them they told that 15 days period is over. But this is very wrong. I am feeling so much anger for Paytm. I am feeling cheated. They should have some popup kind of thing to remind that product delivery can be wrong also. So that we can check as soon as we get it. If I will go to court, what will I win the case or they? Also the seller they were showing on the site when i was ordering is different from seller shown in the bill.

Since 4 days from my wallet I can't do recharge. If I do any recharge its showing fail nd showing that u have reached maximum transactions try again later.please check it and activate my account immediately. And remove day limit for my account.

My requirement was of size 85 and they have provided me size of 80, here is a hole also on the product and also here is no return option. Hi All, I ordered an item from fashionandyou on 16Sep 798/-rupees, Paytm deducted money from my bank account during transaction but amount was not Credited to fasionandyou and ordered was not placed . so i called fasionandyou to check if ordered is placed or not, they confirmed there is no transaction and order is not placed.I have send so many mails to [protected]@paytm but no response. It's very frustrating, This is cheating, I will not recommend paytm to anyone and infact their customer care number is not rechable and responding, just for formality they have pasted this number. i will give 0 rating and will say they are cheating their customers.If you will use this site you will loose your money for sure. Don't know how indian government allow such bad companies to do buisness in India.

Hi team, I have Done my Tatasky Recharge 400/-rupees but Paytm shows recharge successfully done but my tatasky account was not Credited so i called paytm but they telling Operators conformed recharge Successfully .. they told me to call tatasky . then i called tatasky Customer care unfortunately they also told . we not Received any payment from paytm . so please help me ...

Sir My paytm account has hacked by someone on 30 August 2015.I had lost 1900 rupees.The numbers which he had recharged belongs to harayana .I had traced the numbers in whats appand truecaller.I had complained many times to the company about this.But they are saying that this was done by your side.As my account has hacked by someone at 11:30pm mid night.I came to know this next morning.Without otp the account cannot be logined.But this was done by the person. This was the insecure of this site.And they are saying irresponsible answers.please help me sir. I had details of hackers as I had found by checking his what's app account and truecaller.

Hi Team, Yesterday I tried my MTS bill from Paytm but it was not successful. I tried twice but both times it was a failure. I got money back in my wallet and I transferred it back to the Bank Account. But I received money of one order back. I got bank transaction ID for one refund( got money back for this) . For another refund i didn't receive any bank transaction ID. Even nobody from PAYTM is replying.. Please help me on this.

After submit many complaints to customer care & grievance dept. shoe not return pick-up.
& my amount is blocked

Company is doing cheating with & sale old used items.

My paytm wallet has been wrongly debited with Rs. 374 on 22nd sep, 2015. The details show that as "paid for order". But I didn't order anything worth that money. I am a regular paytm customer and am very displeased with this mistake. I would like to get a refund as soon as possible.

I ordered Toshiba hard disk from paytm, details are as below 1. Registered mobile number :- [protected], 2.email ID :- [protected]@rediffmail.com 3.Order Number :-[protected] 4.Product Name :-Toshiba HDTB110AK3BA Canvio Basics 1 TB Hard Disk (Black) 5.Date of Purchase :- 22 Aug. 2015 6.Order Value :- Rs. 3995/- hard disk is defected and not be detected to system. so i send my query to paytm, according to conversation with paytm customer care i returned hard disk to merchant and sent the courier slip to paytm. hard disk is received by merchant. but uptill now refunf is not initiated. i sent mail to paytm care many times, but they do not generate refund and not even reply.

We booked tickets in Paytm and unfortunately Bus is cancelled. We checked with Bus operator and they said paytm should process the refund. But We still not received the refund for that tickets. This is not the first time. Always paytm is not refunding the amount. Every time in bus cancellation, paytm does not respond to our mail and does not refund our amount

I have placed following order on paytm side. Amount for the following have been deducted but none of them was successful. I have already inform customer care of paytm about this by paytm complain module on your site. I am still waiting for my refund. 9 days have been completed from the order date. still i am waiting for refund of following orders This amount should be refunded in my bank account but you refund in my wallet. what...

I have bought a Apple Macbook air on 19 Septemeber, 2015. I received a parcel from Paytm on 22nd Sept afternoon. When I opened the parcel today, I was shocked to see only empty Apple box and two pieces of marbles in the parcel. There was not a single part of Apple Macbookair. It is a total cheating.
