On 20 Sep '15 7:08 pm i booked a bus ticket through paytm with ORDER NO.[protected]. The bus ticket from Vijayawada to rajam in Sai krishna travels at 9.45am Benzcircle, Vijayawada. once i place order and money (600 Rs) was deducted, confirmation sms delayed & no information from paytm to me.I waited more time but i did not know whether my ticket booked, then my mobile switched off. I directly went bus & sat in my seat number R19 in the Bus. After sometime another came with same ticket, i was surprised & got down the bus . I asked the sai krishna travels, Vijayawada people about my ticket, they said that their tickets in Paytm will not get confirmation & not able to book which i don't know .the paytm Bustickets site show this travels & bus seat vacancies but customer when tries to book ticket his money will be deducted, it is cheating . on[protected] I am in pathetic condition I need to reach my office before 9am. because of paytm cheating, i unable to get other bus very heavy rush . i travel in small van travelled more than 400km which is painful, even i paid the money to paytm, i travelled in painful situations.

I have recharged my Airtel landline with 200rs and still the amount is not credited in my account. IT has been deducted from my bank and not credited in Airtel. Contacted both as they have a customer care and am unable to contact paytm as they dont have a customer care number.

Dear Sir, its already passed more then 7 days but there is no update of my paytm balance that was made by on behalf of my Vodafone no.[protected] status is pending, also balance is deducted. I think its a fraud to me. please check my order history & sudetails & revert. Surender

I booked a bus ticket on 8th from Guntur to Chennai, bus got cancelled. They didn't refund money yet. I send mails but they are not responding.

Dear all, please be cautious about cashback offers from paytm. Now a days, paytm is cheating its customers by not crediting the cashback stating that there is a technical problem which they will never solve. I've written umpteen times to paytm care including grievance officer & service head. But, everyone is numb. No response from paytm yet even after a month. They've a customer care no.[protected]x7) which is not functioning at all. It seems to be fraud. So, my suggestion is to stay away from paytm which now has started cheating its customers by not crediting the cashback as promised.

PAYTM is fraud shopping website.
PayTM customer care is the worst in the whole industry.

READ this before you purchase from PayTM

This website do not have any Toll free customer care number like
Flipkart. Amazon

ONLY pathetic email support [protected]@paytm.com
where all irresponsible fellows working.

And this Review is not from someone but expert online shopper
I do regular online shopping from most of the websites
And I prefer Flipkart. Amazon
ONLY because these websites are very good. Toll free number. Chat support
Email support. Quick response.

Any issue it get resolved instantly. Instant refunds. Return pickup immediately if there is any issue.

BUT, few irresponsible websites like PAYTM Simply advertising every where and cheating customers. By taking advantage, they are giving lot of inconvenience to Indian customers.

So, why should we use this sites. When we already have exceptional GOOD websites like Flipkart?

I PURCHASED water purifier from PAYTM on August 29, 2015
And already got very late delivery that too damage condition.

So, lodge complaint and I got FAKE return slip.

YOU MUST NOTE THIS:

They send email with FAKE tracking / return shipment. For which I have contacted many people from eCom Express couriers and after wasting my Rs.50 on calls. I finally come to know that PAYTM fraud fellows cheated me. By giving wrong tracking ID.

So, again write to [protected]@paytm.com where waste fellows respond very lately.

And many times just keep this in pending. Saying we have arrange pickup.

HERE you must NOTE. For any issue Flipkart arrange return pickup within hours. It is within hours. But, here they played with us for more than a week.

And after many attempts, repeated contacts, they arrange pickup.

Again Ecom Express collected the parcel on 19th Sept, 2015 early morning.

As usual as soon as return pickup is done within hours customer get email and SMS.

BUT, AGAIN you must NOTE this point. NOTHING from PayTM

Again I send complaint at the end of the day.

Again next day.

LIke this today is third day of pickup. Even after writing to Grievance department 2 days. NO Responses from that useless fellows as well.

SO, why should we give opportunity to those irresponsible fellows???

Immediately forward this information to all friends on Facebook, Twitter and all social media along with all sites where you can forward to your friends and known people.

So, that you can SAVE your friends, Colleagues, Family members from inconvenience.

When you already have good websites like Flipkart. Amazon... Why this pathetic website

I AM Writing this ultimate negative review on PayTM after contacting 10+ times and even writing to Grievance department 2 times.

And I have 100% proof of them causing inconvenience and giving wrong return AWB number. Which can be termed as FRAUD.

So, decide yourself. Do you want to purchase and get inconvenience and give opportunity to FRAUD PAYTM

On 19 septem i ordered a laptop worth 19000/- from paytm usin sbi credit card. The payment was successfull and money also got debited from my account but the order wasn't placed. From last night to till this time I have mailed them nearly 20 times as there is no customer care of so called paytm but till now there isn't a singe rply from paytm hepldesk. My paytm Id is [protected]@gmail.com and my registered no is [protected].

I request you never ever go with Paytm.One of the fraud site if your order is big.

I ordered one TV on 16th Sept.I got call directly from Merchant that this model is not avaialble.I am
sending you another model so accept it.I said No.Then he said, see sir - if order will be cancelled then
this will take lot of time.(Model which he is delivering have low value than which i ordered.)

I called Paytm customer care - they said we can't do anything because you order status has been changed
to shipped so once you receive, return it and your money will be returned.But i said why merchant is calling
me and why I will wait till the product deliver.why don't you deal with this.They said We can't do anything.
Don't worry we have registered your complain and you will get email and message as well as response in
48 hours.(After complain merchant called me multiple time to accept his offer)

On 19th Sept, My order status has been changed to Delivered, though no TV has been delivered to me.Now you can imagine
the service of Paytm.

I called them again.Rather than dealing with my previous request, they have took my complain again and told me, sir don't worry
We will take action in 48 to 72 hours.I asked them change status to Shipped from Delivered but paytm customer care
excutive were not ready to help me.(during this time, I called paytm customer care at least 10 times and i got call 6 times
from Merchant Who was keep saying accept this product otherwise you will not get anything)

They have no escalating model.They send no email regarding your complain.They don't give you any complain ID.

I got only one email from them which was your product has been delivred Which I have not delivered yet.

I have purchased the phillips LED TV on 29-30 July having order no [protected]. I have received demaged LED TV on 1 August. I have already sent the photos of demaged LED TV to paytm. Gati logistic had collected the LED TV, its Docket no.[protected] on 26 August. Paytm has received the LED TV 2 Sept. but they have not refunded me the amount yet. I have called customer care so many times, but refund amount has not credited till now.

I made a recharge of 194 rupee, 55 rupee and again 55 rupee at paytm. the amount is deducted from my account but didn't got the recharge .they send me a message that the amt will be refunded within 7 days but I didn't receive it and it has been more than 1 month now.

On Oct 10 2015 I have made online payment of Rs 400 six times I.e., Rs 2400 from Paytm for my Airtel landline, When I checked my Airtel account I have received only Rs 2000 I.e., Rs 400 only 5 times. On complaining about it Various times I got a reply telling that all my payments were successful and no further step was taken further to rectify my problem. This is how this online payment portal are cheating.

I have received damaged product i.e.Zakozee Melamine Dinner Set (Set Of 32 Pcs) from paytm on dated 27.08.15, order no:[protected].So as per PAYTM instruction, i returned the same product, which is received by seller and POD for the same i have been sent to PAYTM.Refund for the same return product paid to me by PAYTM, whereas courier charges(Rs.660) for the same return order still not paid to me.I have contacted customer care of PAYTM four times to resolve my problem, also mailed to PAYTM four times but there is no response from PAYTM regading the same.So please help me to solve my problem.

I was ordering an item on ebay and got PayTM coupon code "1PAYTMEBAY" for ebay on the ebay.in website itself so used it. It ask to use payTM for order and did so. PayTM charged my credit card immediately but the order was not placed on ebay through PayTM payment option. Now PayTM support is not responding to my Support Request from more than 15 hours. Paytm claim 24X7 support but that is also scam. Credit Card is already charged and PayTM balance is also nil too. Cant place new order now. PayTM is a fraud company and cheating people for money. Hi Guys I have placed this order on 19th August & I received broken printer. They ask me to send by courier, Paytm will pay the courier charges. I sent by courier DTDC courier ( Receipt No: B[protected]. I have attached the receipt and also the status of the courier to paytm. The shipment reached to the concern person long back. Still Paytm saying : "We understand that product has been picked up from your place. We will process the refund as soon as the shipment reaches the Merchant" Can any one help on this issue.

I ordered a laptop acer 573g in paytm for a price of about 44000 / - . But i got a broken laptop, they do not have a replacement policy but just a payback of amount and they are not ready give me a new laptop at same price. They are giving me 200 / - compensation.

This is regarding the purchase of one micromax led tv and lg washing machine which i have purchased though paytm. During order placement they mislead me by offering 25% cashback on each item, but after order placement i got only 18% cashback on tv and only 15% on washing machine. I requested so many times to them to cancel my order, i mailed and made phone calls several times, they assured me that order cannot be cancelled, but they will add the difference amount in my paytm wallet once the products gets delivered to me. Its being already 15 days so far from the orders delivered, no cashback has been credited. I mailed them 5-6 times, then only the response came that they cannot credit my remaining cashback amount. This is purely a fraudulent deal. Please help me in this case. Thanking you piyush tiwari
