On 4th Sep 215 I have made a payment of Rs 1500 from Paytm to Airtel site on my number, after that confirmation sms & mail of successful recharge came to me. I did the recharge of 500 of my tata sky on 10 sep 2015, but recharge is showing till now on processing mode, while paytm suggest if recharge take the time more than the 24 hour than mail to us and they will resolve it. but when i mail to paytm team they response me keep patience for 24 to 48 hour. but after 48 hour problem was not resolved. and each time when i mail us regarding my recharge to refund my money then they response me same message...
