I booked a bus ticket on PayTM for 17/9 2:00pm..they sent me a ticket of 19/9...on continuous email...for 1 day..there was no response from their side...also on cancelling the ticket..they deducted 18rs on my wallet...which only their faulty service... Manmohan Gupta [protected]@gmail. com

    Sir I had book ticket on paytm for pune to Nagpur on 16 Sept 15, the bus time is 1I pm, I reached on bus stop before 10 pm, I had wait there for bus at least 3 hr but was not come, and I have pay the bus booking amt 225 rs and now paytm is not refund my money called them but didn't receive and didn't ans my mail also. They are not giving my amt . Kindly take any action sir Thank you

    Updated by Atish Rakesh     Sir, I had book my bus ticket on paytm for pune to shirdi at rs 25 on 16 sept 15, the bus arrival time was 10 pm that's why I reached on bus stop before 10 pm and I wait for bus there at 1 am means 3 hour but bus didn't come, so Icalled paytm but thay didn't ans me and also don't reply my mail they are not giving my amt sir .
    Please kindly take strictly action about paytm sir and help me

        I am not even able to cancel my bus ticket in paytm. I never experienced such a Worst customer service, for canceling a bus ticket these people are telling me to wait for 24 hours. Bus will depart within 12 hours what is the use of waiting for 24 hours. poor customer service. As per the policy of Paytm, they will not cancel the ticket and they will not issue refund as well. Money sucking paytm

          Hi, I have purchased car mats and merchandise from paytm and i got Rs 825 to my account wallet.After this my account was blocked after several attempts with customer care i haven't got the solution on email.The account is blocked from 6 months and i am not able to use the money in my wallet.I have also mailed them them i will take this issue to the consumer forum but the reply was will help you out in solving issue.             I made a payment through Paytm for my vodafone post paid bill on 16th of September, 2015. Since there were two bill to be paid and both the payments got failed, due to no reason.

            Now the most un-fortunate part was only one payment has been refunded and credited to my bank account. Most miserable part is another payment which is of Rs. 500/-, not been credited till date.

            Have mailed twice to the Paytm care id, but not received even an acknowledgment. Tried call centre no as well, but sheer unprofessional answer from the customer care division.

            I urged to this to please revert me on the status and refund my money asap. I am forwarding you the payment screen shot for reference.

                Hi everyone, I ordered 2 items with order number[protected] : 1. Tulsi California almonds premium 1 kg 1. Tulsi California Royal Sonora 250 gm This is really unfortunate that when i received the courier IT WAS ALREADY OPEN. We checked the products in front of courier boy itself and we found that instead of almonds, there is concrete inside. But courier boy refused to take the courier back and asked to contact the paytm customer care. WE HAD NOT signed the documents stating that we have received this product. This is really shocking to see such things from paytm. From last 2 orders I am seeing that paytm is not able to control its merchants and wrong products are being shipped. This is a complete torture for me and i am getting harassed because of this.

                    Sir i had order a slipper but have got sandal . i had made complaint for the same they had given me retrun address and they had said that if we will receive the product we will give your money .. but the problem was that i had send the product to the return address but the paytm site had not given me any type of money . i am attaching the picture of the sandal what i had got and the picture of that slipper which i had ordered .. so sir its my humble request you to, that help me and please do something for my money i want my money . against order number --[protected] .. i had mailed so many times but they were not responding me . thanking you.

I am a regular user of paytm . 2 days the have block my account and after email i have written to paytmcare they are saying fraud has happen from my account . I told to them show me the proo[censored] have done a fraud with me of Rs5000. So please return my Rs5000

                        Paid 522rs to Vodafone Kolkata using paytm. Vodafone did not receive money. Paytm claims it has processed the amount. It's been 3 days and paytm is neither confirming with vodafone nor making any refund. Also the cashback amount to be obtained from Paytm against this transaction has not been paid by Paytm yet. Paytm is not responding to my emails. Even they are not allowing me to raise ticket against the issue. Furthermore whatever I am trying to click on Paytm website, ridiculously directing me to a sales page of Paytm (https://paytm.com/shop/h/brand-store/fashion-sale?src=gtr1)

                          Paid 800rs to Airtel using paytm. Airtel did not receive money. Paytm claims it has processed the amount. It's been 3 days and paytm is neither confirming with airtel what the issue is nor refunding my money. I also raised tickets with paytm - Ticket ID[protected] and[protected]. They come up with same response that payment is processed. I made 2 payments to airtel landline for 400 and 400 rs each. Airtel has not received the money. My order numbers on PayTM- ORDER NO. [protected] and ORDER NO. [protected]

                            On 4th Sep 215 I have made a payment of Rs 1500 from Paytm to Airtel site on my number, after that confirmation sms & mail of successful recharge came to me. But, afterwards Airtel is saying they haven't received a payment of Rs 1500 . In the same time when i forward the mail to Paytm they are saying payment has been processed. Paytm is not ready to refund my amount.

                            I have almost 100 of mail conversation between Paytm & Airtel . Airtel is saying they didn't receive the payment & paytm is saying the payment is successfully done on 4th sep 2015. I have valid proofs of SMS & Mails received from Paytm.
                            I have even escalated issue at Airtel side & found no transaction of Rs 1500 done. Kindly help.

                                I m suppose to receive 10000 rs cash back from paytm for purchase of sony led. I have send request for upgrade of paytm walled on 26-august. No body has come to receive documents from me. I have been writing like mad man to paytm everyday and it seems i m getting computerized generated standard response. Its height of cheating and fraud. Some body please help me to get my 10000 rs

                                        Hello i've recharge my tata sky no. from paytm service. Recharge is failed and still it is processing since last week, it is already 1 week. so if there is problem with recharge they have to cancel it. i've also mailed 3-4 time and giving me same answer all the time. so paytm guys are try to messing and playing with us or what. if they dont want to give money then just tell me. dont mess and lie about it that still that much time is remaining. First they are telling 24hr then 48hr then 72hr continuous increasing it is already 1 week, more than 168 hours. This is the message they;ve send me all 3 time, " Bhavesh, I am really sorry that the resolution of your issue is taking time. I feel terrible that you had to experience that. We could do better! I am working on your query. Unfortunately, it will take some more time: 24 to 48 hours. I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can. "
