Hi, This is a case against the Paytm I have made the payment of Rs. 250 to Vodafone but the payment was not made and the money was deducted from my account. I have mailed Paytm several times but not a single reply from their side; After every mail one ticket No. will be automatically generated & then no action. It has been more than 42hrs but reply yet...

    Since from 14 July 2015 my account temporarily block I more then 100 times given a request to paytm care unblock my account till now my account not unblocked please work my account as soon as possible. Why you Block my PayTm account? I am not able to"sign in" my PayTm account, which already have PayTm Cash. Please unblock my account so that i can use my PayTm Cash.         Hello i've recharge my tata sky no. from paytm service. Recharge is failed and still it is processing since last week, it is already 1 week. so if there is problem with recharge they have to cancel it. i've also mailed 3-4 time and giving me same answer all the time. so paytm guys are try to messing and playing with us or what. if they dont want to give money then just tell me. dont mess and lie about it that still that much time is remaining. First they are telling 24hr then 48hr then 72hr continuous increasing it is already 1 week, more than 168 hours. This is the message they;ve send me all 3 time, " Bhavesh, I am really sorry that the resolution of your issue is taking time. I feel terrible that you had to experience that. We could do better! I am working on your query. Unfortunately, it will take some more time: 24 to 48 hours. I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can. "

          I was having 450 Rs in my PAYTM wallet which i am using in different user(Uber, recharge). I lost my paytm registered number few month back. when i tried to login in Paytm login to use my wallet money i am unable to login due to 2 step authentication which is generating OTP on my registered mobile which i don't have with me. I tried to call customer care but i don't any way to reach out to customer care representative. I just lose my money. Kindly request you to look into this issue

            I have given two order for recharge in my mobile. first order on 15-sep-2015 and second order on 16-sep-2015. In both order cut money from my bank account. but there are not get recharge in my sim card and not get back in paytm wallet.

              HI, I've booked a bus ticket from Paytm orderNo-[protected], from Bangalore to Ongole .bus was stopped by police at andhra border .Bus has no permit because of that we got down there and had unsafety journey at the middle of the Night. My request is not allow such buss in the site for reservation .please refund my money back to my PAYTM wallet with in three days.other wise actions will be serious.

                  I placed one order with 50 % cashback offer. Selller cancelled it. Customer care asked me to place order again. I did it, again it got cancelled. It happened 4 - 5 times.

                  10 - 15 different customer care person talked & assured me that my order will be delivered. But didnt happened.

                  When i am trying to get my cash back it is saying it will deduct 4 % from it.
                  Paytm company is totally fraud. No one should do any transaction with them.
                  I am making all effort & spreading this message to all online forum, media houses

                    Ordered on30/8, order no [protected] delivered but cash back not refunded. Asked to return the product on 7/09. Agreed and sent emails for reverse courier pickup but not yet picked up the product. Company people talked twice in between about reverse pick up but nothing done.

                        What the hell is wrong with paytm service ... I have a total of rs150 Britain bourbon paytm coupons which when i try to redeem it says please try later... This is not expected from brand like paytm . I m trying since a week . Pleasecgive a solution to get me back my paytm cash ... Or else urge brand name will affect severely So a positive response is expected from ur side.

                          I did the recharge of 500 of my tata sky on 10 sep 2015, but recharge is showing till now on processing mode, while paytm suggest if recharge take the time more than the 24 hour than mail to us and they will resolve it. but when i mail to paytm team they response me keep patience for 24 to 48 hour. but after 48 hour problem was not resolved. and each time when i mail us regarding my recharge to refund my money then they response me same message "keep patience 24-48 hour" but till now i didnt get any solution or my money in my account or wallet.                             Hi, i have transferred funds into my payTM wallet yesterday. Have been trying to make a purchase from a website called (www.g2a.com). Your paytm payment method is approved by them, also had spoken to their support team and they had confirmed they have been getting transactions from paytm. I do not understand why my transaction is not going through, have raised a ticket - Request #[protected]. It has been almost 24 hours and no reply, nor does your customer care number work. I need to get this fixed ASAP or atleast refund my money to my bank account, have a bogus policy which wont let people transfer funds back to account unless its 60 days old.

                              On 24 AUG 2015 i have placed an order for Miltop Big Save Combo - 1.10 Kg - Order Number [protected]. I received delivery on 02-SEP-2015 and found that i received a wrong item. Immediately i raised this concern to PAYTM customer care through an email by attaching snap of invoice & Product. PAYTM confirmed me that they would arrange for reverse pickup within 7 days & credit back amount to my Paytm account. Till date reverse pick up not happened.I have followed up for more that 5 times but ending with false promise that they would arrange for pick up within 24 hrs.

                                my ORDER NO. [protected] . i ordered sandisk memory card 16 gb with 48MB/s .they delivered 30MB/s. i requested but no response getting . i sent so many mails and tried reaching customer care . finally got a chance to speak with customer while i am expalining my concern he dropped my call. after long struggle they accepted to give back money, still not yet done. if i get cash back money into my paytm wallet, i cant utilize money, because they holds money . thats i am asking direct cash or deliver right material whenever taking back the material. they denying to do that .

                                  Order#[protected] I had placed an order on paytm for a very expensive watch meant as a Birthday plus Rakhi gift for my sister. Having placed the order in lot advance I was given to believe that it will be delivered by mid-August. When it failed to arrive even a week later I started following up. Their courier service Daakiya is pathetic! No one answers calls and no alternate numbers or email provided. After some time, just 2 days before the occasion I was given to believe that it will be delivered in 72 hours, and then 1 day prior to the occasion it got cancelled! Just like that, without any priopr intimation. They simply refunded the balance money minus the cash back. What use is that cash back to me if I have to go for last minute shopping and buy the same product for a much expensive price which I could have received elsewhere at a cheaper rate? I'm utterly shocked and frustrated by the kind idnresponse they gave and their lack of concern over customer complaints. Will take it up to the highest levels. To sum up, Paytm is rubbish. It lacks everything thatbbives a customer good shopping experience. 1. Delay in delivery of product 2. On follow up confirmation sent that product will be delivered within 72 hours 3. Impromptu cancellation of the product at the last minute without any intimation or prior notice 4. Failure to respond to emails and calls 5. Extreme lack of quality customer service and no attempt made to provide a good experience/ redressal to customer

                                    Sir I am writing to you with a request to please take action against PAYTM for the non refund of Rs. 65000 against a damaged TV delivered to me on 19.08.2015. They give a standard reply : "Wait for 72 hours" on every followup made by me. My fund is stuck with them, I am unable to buy a new TV, damaged television is blocking my place. I tried to recharg my phone number and the result was 'Transaction failed', so i tried again and the result was 'Success'. After some time, irresponsible Paytm deduced money for Failed transaction as well.                                       Hi. I tried to recharge my mobile for two times first time it shows "Payment Confirmation Awaited" and i got confirmation message in mobile that Rs. 250/- debited from my account after some time it says "Your order is failed" and i dont get mobile balance. Order Number is - [protected] and Transaction No[protected].

                                      Then i got their customer care phone number but i tried multiple time to call them that was busy for all time. Then i decided to recharge again with Rs. 50/- but this time i got confirmation message first in my mobile that say Rs. 50/- debited from my account and then it is again showing me "Payment Confirmation Awaited" and till now it is the same. Order NO. - [protected] ... and Transaction No .[protected].

                                      I try to email them about the same but that page is not allowing to email from their help center.

                                      I dont know what to do?
