Hi, This is regarding order#[protected]. I received the product which is different from picture so I initiated return within timeline on 10th July and paytm accepted that they will process the return.I requested them to pickup the product before 14th July or 20th July as nobody will available from 114th-20th July product. I received the mail on 13th July that there is issue at courier end to there will delay in pickup .After that I did not get any call regarding pickup.Then I wrote again on 22nd July, 23rd July to process pickup, I did not get any reply .Then I again wrote on 28th July, 3rd Aug and got reply on 4th Aug that they are escalating and refund will be added within 1-2 days.But I did not get anything..After that I wrote many time but no reply from paytm. My last write was on 6th Sep regarding the same and did not get any reply so lodging the complaint here to get resolve this ASAP.

    Hi, My name is Visakh.P.I have ordered a hard disk twice and have been debited in the bank too. After cancellation of the order and selecting "Refund to bank", i still have not received my money. This is very bad on the part of Paytm.       Hi, This is regarding order#[protected]. This is the order for 3product combo but I received only one product so I wrote on 20th July and got response on 20th only from Noni that my order is cancelled and they will process return and returning my money.I got call also n my mobile to confirm the same . But no action till 25th July so I wrote again.Now they started extending mail chain.first they asked for images, I sent then started to ask for invoice but I did not get any invoice in the package. I tried to resolve the issue by my own and following up since 25th June.Even Now they are not replying.I wrote on 1st sep but not getting any reply. This is the clear fraud case what paytm is doing with customer. I request assistance regarding the same. Thanks, Neha

        While placing order company did not seek any confirmation of address like other portals such as Amazon. After placing order I found that it was on my office address. Within 5 miniutes, I requested for change of address. Today I again contacted company some Ms. Babita but she refused either to change address or cancel the order. How it is possible to take delivery of fridge at office. With great persuation I was put to Supervisor Ms. Harshmeet, who also declined to help. i AM SURPRISED WHY COMPANY CAN NOT CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS TO MY RESIDENCE WHEN SHIPPING IS YET TO BEGIN.

              My Name is Ravi Malik, I have recharged my Dish TV DTH box Worth Rs.400 using paytm mobile app on 10th December 2015. Paytm Deducted money from my card but the recharge has not been done. It is showing as operator down status. I thought may be it will take some time to recharge but even after waiting for 24 hours it has not been done. On the other hand my DTH Provider keeps on asking me to recharge otherwise services will get affected. Yesterday on 11th September 2015 i cancelled my order keeping in mind that paytm will return my money but couldn`t see that in my paytm wallet so i e-mailed them regarding the issue. They provided me a ticket number and that's it i was expecting that they would have return the money after my complaint but no action has been taken till now. So today i called them from my land phone but the phone gets disconnected after the Paytm IVR, I was really wondering why its not connecting then i called them from my cell phone, this time the IVR goes on, provided the choices and everything but at last when i entered my order number it again disconnected. I feel bounded as money stuck with them if i recharge my DTH from somewhere else i am not sure if Paytm will also do it simultaneously. I was thinking if Paytm does the same thing to 1 Lac customers then they can get 4 Crores in their account and they will get good amount of interest over this. E-commerce is a promising thing and when we talk about Paytm, Mr. Ratan Tata had invested in them which means you can rely on them but if this kind of ill treatment they will give to the customers wont be good for their reputation and their investors reputation. Paytm is responsible for the trouble they have given to me, I want my money back in my account ASAP and request Govt to take few rigid steps to these kind of trouble e-commerce giving to the customers.                   I have ordered Assure Shampoo on July 24th 2015, till today I have not received the product from Paytm. I have sent more than 10 mails but for each mail they responded with the same answer by saying 'We will get back to you with an update in next 72 hours' and they never come up with the solution. This is so annoying. This is the worst customer service from Paytm. Please help me to get my money back. Thanks, Karthik [protected]

                      My order no.[protected] in this I ordered two items one is creatine and other one is bcaa. But I only received creatine but not the item named bcaa that is a cost of 2300 and Paytm had given me only creatine which costing me 500 .in this regarding I had made Complaint but not any action taken on this regarding just they are giving me ticket no. Pls kindly look into this matter

                        I had orderd Joven Pack Of 3 Multi Cotton Boxers (Size-L) but actual size of the delivered product was equivalent to standard size M even the delivered product was tagged with size-L on it. so I requested for the return but they clearly refused as they dont accept return for the undergarments, but the mistake is made by seller why should I pay. I had sent minimum 10-15 Emails for the same request to Paytm.

                          My experience with Paytm was very bad. They send me wrong colored phone also cancelled my return request. The customer service is too bad and behaving like the.They even don't know how to behave with customer.they just know the copy paste work as I got the same mail every time, even I asked some questions to them. very very very bad experience with Paytm. Guys please don't buy anything from Paytm.It will be good to buy from any other site.

                            I have ordered Philips 9 Watt LED Bulb vide ORDER NO.[protected], which has been delivered at my home. After opening of packet it is came to notice that the MRP of the bulb is shown as Rs.475/- but the invoice generated by Paytm is for Rs.499/-I think it is illegal to generate invoice for the amount more than MRP printed on the product. I have sent them email regarding clarification on the issue but they are silent and nothing is heard from their side even after 6 reminders and lapse of about 9 days.

                              I have ordered a Dell Laptop, on 15th August in RS. 22700 from Paytm ( Order ID= [protected] ). The Laptop had some software issue hence it was failed during first opening and installation of drives. It kept shutting down automatically. I informed paytm by email and they asked me to send images of product, with packaging and invoice. I sent them all requested images along with error messages that I was getting during installation of drivers and automatic shutting down messages. Then began the nightmare, every time I am sending an email to customer care, I get different response from paytm, sometimes asking me to go to Dell service center, which I refused to do since I had paid for new (non defective laptop ) and I havent had time to go to service center. Then paytm asked me to courier it back to the seller( PRITECH, Rajkot, Gujarat ). I went to DTDC for courier and came to know delivery charges will be RS. 2000 since it is an electronic item and needs insurance and all. I called paytm customer care and explained them the situation, the executive who received calll, asked me to go to India Post as it will be cheaper there. I went to India Post and came to know it does not courier electronics item, so I again called paytm customer care and explained them situation, the executive asked me to wait for 48 hours while they try to make alternate arrangment for pick up. No call or email from paytm for a week. then I got an email from paytm ( again from a different name of sender ) that paytm will pay only Rs. 200, and a list of possible courier services. Then again I called paytm over phone and asked them what is this non sense since I explained already that courier charges are Rs.2000, the executive assured me that they are well aware of situation and raising it to concerned department and it will be resolved within 48 hours. Now after 4 days I get an email from paytm that my return request is rejected and reason not mentioned for it. I have all the email conversations saved and also recorded the telephonic call with paytm executive, I can produce that if required. This paytm site seems some kind of bogus company who keeps confusing and circling the issue of customer complain till either customer give up and stopped pursuing the case or agree to keep on the defective product.
                              please tell me the seller name, and let expose on social media

                                Hi, I am following up with paytm since last 9-10 months. and still issue is not resolved. everytime they come with they will call back but not giving. I was placing bulk pieces of mobile handset and 3 mobiles on paytm they shown it's deliver and actual it wasn't. They are not even following up with courier service. And not responding to mail also now. 3 Mobile handset worth around 51000/- they are not giving. I might have registered FIR but after that I am located to other city so can't follow up with police so registering complaint here. I have proof of all mail chains.                                   Purchased Moda Desire Brown Handbag from Paytm (Seller: Smart Plus India). After receiving the product found the item is totally different from what I ordered. I explained the same with proper photographs to Paytm and then they approved my return on 5th September. It was said within 3-4 days the product will be picked up from my place by courier partner. But till date that didn' happen. They stopped responding to my mails. I tried contacting Paytm in their official Facebook page as well. But they didn't respond to me. Kept on providing me different dates. Please resolve this issue.

                                    I had order a sewing machine three times from paytm & every time it didnt deliver to me, after every order I called them write mail to then for mails no one is responding & on ph call they are saying "sir we have forwarded your problem to our senior team, pls dont worry & pls again place the order and this time our team will take care & you will receive your order" today its same thing happened third time even I called then 4 time dropped mails too from my side I informed them pls dont send my order from BLUE DART as they are not able to deliver... but paytm ignored my request & again tried to ship from BLUE DART... & ultimately result is same "they didn't deliver" and solution for that my problem will "Sir we ll refund you back all the amount & sorry for problem faced"

                                      I have purchased a TV at PayTM order number is [protected], at the time of buying that TV I selected some other tvs added to chart for to compare and finally bought a TV and when I deleted other items the promo code which is for all customers also deleted by that after buying the product I didn't receive the promo code amount of 4300 but after speaking to customer support they ensured that they will give back the promo code amount and they sent a mail for confirming that but even date 25 days of product delivered they did not pay back the amount and even not responding to my mails

                                        Dear Consumer forum I would like to express my deep concern about the company PAYTM as they believe in selling a lie /cheat and fraudulent activities as i had ordered a product Panasonic AC 1.5 ton 3 star on 26th Aug 2015 from PAYTM with order no [protected] and the same was picked up by courier company Fedex with tracking Id[protected] on 28th Aug 2015 and on 8th sep 2015 we came package has been delivered at the home address and similarly the PAYTM also confirmed the delivery on 9th sep 2015 by mail i had send so many mail to the [protected]@paytm but customer care talked on the same platform as their system communicated, I had raised the concern with the PAYTM and as well as FEDEX but somehow my trust has been broken as i am very much convinced that the product that i will be receiving if delivered will be defective piece as i no longer trust PAYTM and its allied logistic partners and dealers.. I would have to run around again for manufacturing defect, this is how customer is cheated, this incident was an eye opener for me and it should let it also be eye opener for everybody who shop through online portals I would like to place a complain in consumer forum for the same and let the online portals be given a lesson by means of penalizing PAYTM for compensation. As how PAYTM gains trusts and how it deceives the customer by making a false delivery notification without actually delivering the product. The pain that i have received through PAYTM and its allied FEDEX courier partner require compensation, kindly response I am also marking the copy of the mail to consumer forum state office
