    Order no.[protected] the product 30 pcs home furnishing combo was defective so returned this product but till now not receive any refund .I ordered this product on 27.05.2015 and returned this product and seller receive the product .Many times contacting to customer care executive but receive any refund of the product.

      I was placed two shoes on[protected] but my order was cancelled by some issues.first shoes money was refunded successfully on[protected] refund request on[protected] but second shoes money have not refunded till today(refund request on[protected], they are told it will be transferred between 3-10 days but already 13 days over and the paytm guys are not responding properly.so please solve my problem as soon as possible.           I had transferred 1000 rs to my Shuttl mobile app account from paytm wallet but 1000 rs had not credited in my shuttl account or not refunded in paytm wallet. I'm also facing login issue with my other paytm account. I tried to contact to Paytm customer care number but it is always busy. I mailed them two times regarding this issue but no action was taken from their side. Their support is very poor.                 I have ordered the product on 6th Sept. On 7th sept i got the message that the seller has confirmed the order to deliver. And today i.e 14th sept they said about cancellation that they can't deliver the product. The cancellation of one product also happen with me From Paytm. And they promised that this will not happen in future. It cause mental harrasment . I wanted to gift this product to my friend on his bday is on 15th Sept. Now how i will give present on his b'day. Kindly take some serious action against paytm . And provide rebate from paytm against this harrasment .

                  I booked a bus ticket from Hyderabad to Ramachandrapuram on Paytm on Sept 10 2015 at 10:40 AM with Order ID-[protected], Paytm Ticket ID-ODLIB2. PNR: TS - RB19346390PTE/ 288508/ GTT - 116 ​The bus ticket fare is Rs.449 At around 04:30 PM the same day, the bus agency Gowtami Tours and travels called us and said that the bus got cancelled. So, Because the bus I booked got cancelled by the travels agency for some reasons, I should get the fare amount refunded. I mailed them about this issue multiple times and are not kind enough to sort this problem. moreover everytime an executive replied that "I would like to inform you that I am currently coordinating with operator over this issue and operator might take upto 48 hrs to respond. Till then, we will appreciate your patience and assure you that we will get back to you within next 24 to 48 hours. I hope this helps. Should you need any further assistance, let me know. Look forward to see you again at Paytm." I called the travels agency too and asked them about the refund and they replied that "they have already refunded the amount back to the paytm guys, they are holding the money now.pls contact them about this." I evem tried to call paytm to talk to their customer care service executive and its support is very bad that no customer care executive attends ur call... Totally vexed up by paytm... Lost trust on paytm.

                    Sir, my complaint is aprox. 40 days old, I have arpox 25 email to paytm and also complaint on customer care phone no. approx 20 time. every time paytm issue complaint ticket no. but my problem not solve till date 14.09.15. my COD full amount not credit to me till date. Dispute payment to be paid by paytm but paytm deducted Rs. 871 extra in my wallet for this order on 5 Sept. after 41 days of order. Please read all message. I have booked 05 saree by COD order no. [protected]. 24 july 15 Rs. 325 paid from my wallet & remaining amount Rs. 1170/- I have paid at my home. I have returned 4 saree cost of Rs. 1194/- . Therefore the total payment due to paid me by paytm is Rs. 1194+150(cash back of 1 saree) Rs.1344/-. I have received in my wallet total Rs. 1046/- i.e. 298 less amount . Transaction details of add money as refund for order no. [protected]: +Rs. 273 -:[protected] date 4.8.15:at 12.29 PM +Rs. 299 -:[protected] date 4.8.15:at 12.29 PM +Rs. 149 -:[protected] date 4.8.15:at 12.29 PM +Rs. 299 -:[protected] date 4.8.15:at 08.02 PM +Rs. 26 -:[protected] date 4.8.15:at 12.29 PM Paytm deducted total amount Rs. 1891/- transaction details is as under -- Rs.[protected] date 4.8.15:at 10.34 PM transferred bank -- Rs. 299 -:[protected] date 6.8.15:at 06.00 PM transferred bank -- Rs. 149 -:[protected] date 6.8.15:at 06.00 PM transferred bank -- Rs. 273 -:[protected] date 6.8.15:at 06.00 PM transferred bank -- Rs. 871 -:[protected] date 5.9.15:at 10.57 AM Money not credit in my bank account. I have submit bank account detail for this period by email to paytm. It is very bad service of paytm. I have regularly emailed for this issue but wrong action taken with me and 871 also debit in sept. 15. Please pay in my wallet Rs.2039/- detail is as under : Add[protected] deducted = 895 Therefore i have received nil amount against paid[protected] . Therefore payment of 895+1194= 2039 except cash back of 1 saree of 299 which is not returned. I have very disappointed by bad service of paytm.

                            This is with reference to Ticket ID [protected]. It has been almost 20 days now i placed the request for return on 26th aug 2015 and today is 14th Sept 2015. The product is still lying with me and my money ( i.e. 33, 500/-) is stuck with you guys since one month . The original order was placed on 8th Aug. First of all damaged product is delivered and to add on to that reverse pick up is not being done and from your customer care executives I get tha same old reply to wait for 72 hours every time. Don't you think its a long period to get one appliance from your site and that to damaged. I want my refund as soon as possible if there is any delay in picking up the product that's not my fault . Pls provide the solution as early as possible. Another problem with your site is that customer gets fed up of writing e mails for every update. There are approx 23 mails from customer care giving me the same assurance that matter is escalated to the concerned team and it will be resolved within 72 hours. I need your help to resolve this issue asap. Shipra

                                  Hi, This is regarding order#[protected]. I received the product which is different from picture so I initiated return within timeline on 10th July and paytm accepted that they will process the return.I requested them to pickup the product before 14th July or 20th July as nobody will available from 114th-20th July product. I received the mail on 13th July that there is issue at courier end to there will delay in pickup .After that I did not get any call regarding pickup.Then I wrote again on 22nd July, 23rd July to process pickup, I did not get any reply .Then I again wrote on 28th July, 3rd Aug and got reply on 4th Aug that they are escalating and refund will be added within 1-2 days.But I did not get anything..After that I wrote many time but no reply from paytm. My last write was on 6th Sep regarding the same and did not get any reply so lodging the complaint here to get resolve this ASAP.

This is the order for 3product combo but I received only one product so I wrote on 20th July and got response on 20th only from Noni that my order is cancelled and they will process return and returning my money.I got call also n my mobile to confirm the same . But no action till 25th July so I wrote again.Now they started extending mail chain.first they asked for images, I sent then started to ask for invoice but I did not get any invoice in the package. I tried to resolve the issue by my own and following up since 25th June.Even Now they are not replying.I wrote on 1st sep but not getting any reply.                                         While placing order company did not seek any confirmation of address like other portals such as Amazon. After placing order I found that it was on my office address. Within 5 miniutes, I requested for change of address. Today I again contacted company some Ms. Babita but she refused either to change address or cancel the order. How it is possible to take delivery of fridge at office. With great persuation I was put to Supervisor Ms. Harshmeet, who also declined to help. i AM SURPRISED WHY COMPANY CAN NOT CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS TO MY RESIDENCE WHEN SHIPPING IS YET TO BEGIN.
