    Dear Consumer forum I would like to express my deep concern about the company PAYTM as they believe in selling a lie /cheat and fraudulent activities as i had ordered a product Panasonic AC 1.5 ton 3 star on 26th Aug 2015 from PAYTM with order no [protected] and the same was picked up by courier company Fedex with tracking Id[protected] on 28th Aug 2015 and on 8th sep 2015 we came th Aug to know that package has been delivered at the home address and similarly the PAYTM also confirmed the delivery on 9th sep 2015, As you can see that it is almost 15 days now and i have still not received my product though i have made the payment of Rs 31400/- I have raised the concern with the PAYTM and s well as FEDEX but somehow they have not reverted me with proper resolution, my trust has been broken as i am very much convinced that the product that i will be receiving if delivered will be defective piece. As i no longer trust PAYTM and its allied logistic partners and dealers.. and now i am 100% convinced that whatever product that i will receive will be a defective product and i would have to run around again for manufacturing defect, this is how customer is cheated, this incident was an eye opener for me and it should let it also be eye opener for everybody who shop through online portals I would like to place a complain in consumer forum for the same and let the online portals be given a lesson by means of penalizing PAYTM for compensation. As how PAYTM gains trusts and how it deceives the customer by making a false delivery notification without actually delivering the product.       I had made a payment of Rs. 9366 for a flight(SpiceJet) ticket through paytm on 9th Aug 2015(transaction id [protected]) and another flight(SpiceJet) ticket of Rs. 6244 on 10th Aug 2015(transaction id [protected]). My transactions failed both the time and the amount was deducted from my bank account. I received a message from Paytm confirming that my payment had failed and the amount deducted from my bank account will be refunded within the limit of 3-21 days from the date of transaction. But it has been a month now and the amount has not been refunded to my account till date. I tried the two phone numbers provided but there is now response from them. This is the worst service provider and if this is done on purpose then directly a fraud business going on.

        I had placed the following order .ORDER NO.[protected] Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Enhance 7 L RO+UV Water Purifier (Black & White) Qty: 1 | Sold By: Happy Hours . they delieved the wrong product and no action has been taken by them since 50 days . they have freezed my 13865 rupees with them . I have sent them photographs and have contacted customer care 20 times . they too didnt take any action . paytm is waste and they are cheaters. Strict action should be taken .

                Dear Team, I am really very disappointment that second time again this issue happen with me, Rs.88/- recharge i did on 8th Sept, 2015, i got the message that recharge is done but today i have checked correctly that message is showing that Rs.76/- they have deducted as a processing fees ( that means i did not got my recharge done). how is the things are getting worst with paytm, people are trusting and they get caught by this kind of things. Last time also i have done recharge and i launched the complaint then i got my correct recharge, but this time i am thinking to highlight this issue now every were with my friends too, that paytm we should not use.                     I ordered to paytm for a pureit advanced gravity water purifier vide order no. [protected] on 31. 8. 2015 at a cost of rs. 3180 / - , which reached me on 07. 9. 2015. On opening the packet, it is seen that the product is two years old and mrp rs. 2800 / - whereas they charged me rs. 3180 / - . Besides above, the item is a broken one and attached with cello tape on the broken part. I initiated return of the item. But they insist me to send back the product to delhi and they will bear rs. 200 / - maximum as courier bill, whereas blue dart, durgapur will charge rs. 1800 / - for the same. Then, why i will bear extra rs. 1600 / - courier bill for sending broken product to me by paytm. Kindly let me know, how can i get refund my money from paytm against this faulty / broken item without incurring any price from my end. Your suggestion is solicited.

                      This Praveen, I was the paytm customer since past 1 year. I did lot of transaction, But when they get the status of the Bank, they are not giving any response. During airtel bill payment they deduct my money, but its not received by airtel.I was tried to communicate them in many way. No response. I sent many complaint post, mails, but they stay like deaf. Even though I tried to call them from my registered mobile as they said in their site[protected] but its simply saying number doesn't exist.[protected] always busy. My last complaint tickets : Ticket ID[protected] ; Ticket ID[protected] Really, RBI did wrong :(

                        Since last 20 days i am doing communication with the Paytm support team.but i did not find any resolution of my problem. i am very surprise to see that Paytm is not responding on my Email. finally i am writing this mail to you to please do some action related this issue. "I lost my phone so my number is blocked. now i am doing request to paytm to change my mobile no. so that i can access my paytm account where i have money in paytm wallet. but Paytm not doing any action and they are not responding." Because Paytm support team is not doing good response with client. i hope you will do needful for me. Please find the Mail trail related issue.

                          I have purchased a Refrigerator 283D model 260L on 15 Aug 2015 and Paid through Credit card. Paytm Order Ref:[protected] Product Received in Bad Quality looks like kept in showroom for days.Wear and tear Requested Paytm to Refund/Return but they agreed to give 1500rs for damage compensation .So I told to Return/Refund my product to which they agreed to Refund my money and will take the product back dated 31 Aug 2015.They agreed to take the product in 5 days but still till date product not returned nor my money refunded and I am taking regular follow up, I am given the same answer from there CSR answer your query will be solved in 24-48 hr. Resolution:- Need my money back ASAP

                            Hi I have orders some items in Paytm almost a month ago in that I shuld get 3 items after a 10 day's I got one that to damage Pease after Salome days I got one more item that is ok. And one more item till now I didn't got 2days back I got a mail saying that order has canceled and amount will b refund. I m not concern about the refund I want the item so that only I orderd right. If tell about delivery service of this company they have very worst companies tide up like daakiya they are not picking cal and no status of item in there website if we try to track it shows the old status Only no updation in the site I suggest to people to please don't go with paytm.                                 My order no.[protected] dt.06.09.2015 for rs.550.00 recharge in bsnl no.[protected]. Recharge is not done yet & not recd refund the amount. I was complain at help desk THAN THE COMPANY PAYTMREPLY IS Hi there I understand that your recharge did not go through even though the amount was deducted from your account. We would like to inform you that your recharge is currently pending from operator and we are waiting for a response from them. We will keep trying to get the final status of your recharge and will refund your amount in your Paytm wallet if do not hear anything from them in next 24 hours. I hope this helps.                                   I had purchased an apple iPhone 6 64 GB gold from paytm website seeing the attractive 8000 INR cash back offer and the seller's review was also good having rating 4 out of 5. the product was defective and I had visited Apple's I Care at forum mall, Koramangala, they also confirmed that it’s a defective product and informed me that they are giving me a letter of service stating that it’s a defective product and can be changed by the seller without and facing and hassle, when I contact paytm they told that they don't have replacement policy and I will have to return the product and get the refund and place the order again. They told that they will return the full amount within 3 to 10 days by the same means through payment was made. After returning the product paytm has refunded only part payment made and has eaten up my 8000 INR cash back amount which I was supposed to get as soon as seller ships the order they did not returned it that time saying that your wallet's limit is over and you will receive it next month in between when we did not agreed to wait for a month's time to get our 8000 INR cash back they took our saving back account details to direct deposit this 8000 INR cash back in our account rather than in paytm wallet and after some 3 to 4 days I had raised return request so they said that they will refund full amount the way it was received, so we thought that this 8000 INR will also be refunded in our Credit card only and not in our account. But to our surprise they never returned this amount neither in credit card nor in our bank account and not even in paytm wallet. When we approached them they told that they will let us know the reason in 48 hours why has this happened and after which we received an email saying that they had put this amount in our paytm wallet but we can get it as the limit is not there. First of all when we had returned the product there is no question of cash back, they were supposed to return our entire money by the same means through which they had received it as payment against iPhone 6 Gold 64 GB and second thing even if they have given it as cash back for whatever reason, in this case also they had taken our bank account details for crediting this amount directly to our account, then how come our money is lying in their so called wallet and that too we can’t get it coz of their so call limit is over. This is totally nonsense and crap what they are giving us. They just want to keep our money with them as long as possible. I tried upgrading my wallet for which their representative called me and said that they can only collect my documents after 7 days and not now and said that this entire process will take 1 month time which clearly says that by any means or ways they are not ready to return our money before October, where as I had paid for this product on 15th August 2015 almost 45 to 50 days they will keep our money without paying any interest on that. My request is to please do not buy products from paytm especially apple products as they are not even authorized seller for Apple products otherwise I would have not faced so my problem for getting a replacement for a defective iPhone.                                     I have Mobile Recharge with 499 from PayTm for Mobile Internet. They have Promissed that they give 3GB data of 3G for 90 Days . But i got only 1GB data of 2G services only received .when i called to Aircel Customer, Didn't receive proper response from them. Finally came to know that from one of the executives, This benefits are not available in their network and they advised me to contact the Retailer. Couple times i have raised Concerned through Paytm Website .But didn't get any response. Please see the benefits which they promissed in the below Screen shot. Thanks,

                                      HI, I have done a mobile bill payment of Rs400 on PayTm, the amount is debited from my account, but the Bill payment is not done. I raised complaint on their website, but I did not get any reply. Tried calling the CC numbers, no response. I not sure how to handle this situation.                                       I received the call from the PayTm Customer #+91 [protected] and +91 [protected] and they say they have problem with the Payment Gateway and they are asking for the Debit card details like Card NUmber, Expiry Date and CVV number. It sounds so stupid to give these details to them. They that the only way they can refund the money. Please take this a concern and requesting to raise it with PayTm.

                                      I had a problem with PayTm transaction, Made a payment of Rs.400 for a mobile bill payment and the payment was not done to the Service Provider but the amount was debited from my account.

                                      I raised the complaint on PayTm website. In spite of multiple complaints I did nto receive any acknowledgement from PayTm via email like other website.

                                      I received calls from +91 [protected] and +91 [protected]. They told there is problem with the Payment Gateway of PayTm and if I want the refund then they asked me to share my Debit Card Details like My Card number, Expiry Date and CVV number. I refused to give the CVV number. Initially I had given the Card number and Expiry Date which was my Bad, but I realised it sounds fraudulent and refused to give the CVV details.

                                      PayTm need to take immediate action against the owner of these number. Also requesting the Cybercrime department to trace number and take action.

                                      I am also copying the "[protected]@ksp.gov.in" for action against these people.
                                      I am also copying bangalore times contact persons emails, for action.
