My order no.[protected] dt.06.09.2015 for rs.550.00 recharge in bsnl no.[protected]. Recharge is not done yet & not recd refund the amount. I was complain at help desk THAN THE COMPANY PAYTMREPLY IS Hi there I understand that your recharge did not go through even though the amount was deducted from your account. We would like to inform you that your recharge is currently pending from operator and we are waiting for a response from them. We will keep trying to get the final status of your recharge and will refund your amount in your Paytm wallet if do not hear anything from them in next 24 hours. I hope this helps.     I had purchased an apple iPhone 6 64 GB gold from paytm website seeing the attractive 8000 INR cash back offer and the seller's review was also good having rating 4 out of 5. the product was defective and I had visited Apple's I Care at forum mall, Koramangala, they also confirmed that it’s a defective product and informed me that they are giving me a letter of service stating that it’s a defective product and can be changed by the seller without and facing and hassle, when I contact paytm they told that they don't have replacement policy and I will have to return the product and get the refund and place the order again. They told that they will return the full amount within 3 to 10 days by the same means through payment was made. After returning the product paytm has refunded only part payment made and has eaten up my 8000 INR cash back amount which I was supposed to get as soon as seller ships the order they did not returned it that time saying that your wallet's limit is over and you will receive it next month in between when we did not agreed to wait for a month's time to get our 8000 INR cash back they took our saving back account details to direct deposit this 8000 INR cash back in our account rather than in paytm wallet and after some 3 to 4 days I had raised return request so they said that they will refund full amount the way it was received, so we thought that this 8000 INR will also be refunded in our Credit card only and not in our account. But to our surprise they never returned this amount neither in credit card nor in our bank account and not even in paytm wallet. When we approached them they told that they will let us know the reason in 48 hours why has this happened and after which we received an email saying that they had put this amount in our paytm wallet but we can get it as the limit is not there. First of all when we had returned the product there is no question of cash back, they were supposed to return our entire money by the same means through which they had received it as payment against iPhone 6 Gold 64 GB and second thing even if they have given it as cash back for whatever reason, in this case also they had taken our bank account details for crediting this amount directly to our account, then how come our money is lying in their so called wallet and that too we can’t get it coz of their so call limit is over. This is totally nonsense and crap what they are giving us. They just want to keep our money with them as long as possible. I tried upgrading my wallet for which their representative called me and said that they can only collect my documents after 7 days and not now and said that this entire process will take 1 month time which clearly says that by any means or ways they are not ready to return our money before October, where as I had paid for this product on 15th August 2015 almost 45 to 50 days they will keep our money without paying any interest on that. My request is to please do not buy products from paytm especially apple products as they are not even authorized seller for Apple products otherwise I would have not faced so my problem for getting a replacement for a defective iPhone. It’s their trap to eat up our money by saying that they will give cash back which they will never give as your wallet can not hold it. Thanks, Divya Gupta W/O Saurabh Kumar Gupta

    same issue as the #rohan_2187, can i proceed or not.
    Its the worst seller. I have also register the complaint. they canceled my order without informing me.

      I have Mobile Recharge with 499 from PayTm for Mobile Internet. They have Promissed that they give 3GB data of 3G for 90 Days . But i got only 1GB data of 2G services only received .when i called to Aircel Customer, Didn't receive proper response from them. Finally came to know that from one of the executives, This benefits are not available in their network and they advised me to contact the Retailer. Couple times i have raised Concerned through Paytm Website .But didn't get any response. Please see the benefits which they promissed in the below Screen shot. Thanks,

        HI, I have done a mobile bill payment of Rs400 on PayTm, the amount is debited from my account, but the Bill payment is not done. I raised complaint on their website, but I did not get any reply. Tried calling the CC numbers, no response. I not sure how to handle this situation.         I received the call from the PayTm Customer #+91 [protected] and +91 [protected] and they say they have problem with the Payment Gateway and they are asking for the Debit card details like Card NUmber, Expiry Date and CVV number. It sounds so stupid to give these details to them. They that the only way they can refund the money. Please take this a concern and requesting to raise it with PayTm.

        I had a problem with PayTm transaction, Made a payment of Rs.400 for a mobile bill payment and the payment was not done to the Service Provider but the amount was debited from my account.

        I raised the complaint on PayTm website. In spite of multiple complaints I did nto receive any acknowledgement from PayTm via email like other website.

        I received calls from +91 [protected] and +91 [protected]. They told there is problem with the Payment Gateway of PayTm and if I want the refund then they asked me to share my Debit Card Details like My Card number, Expiry Date and CVV number. I refused to give the CVV number. Initially I had given the Card number and Expiry Date which was my Bad, but I realised it sounds fraudulent and refused to give the CVV details.

        PayTm need to take immediate action against the owner of these number. Also requesting the Cybercrime department to trace number and take action.

        I am also copying the "[protected]@ksp.gov.in" for action against these people.
        I am also copying bangalore times contact persons emails, for action.

        Kindly request you to Please take necessary action.

          I have given order to paytm dated 28-june-2015 for NIKE shoes, since i recceived this product im continuesly contacting paytm that this is Fake product as there is no SKU number on Box.I called CC no and mailed atleast 10 times but no clarification was done. Finally i requested them to take return this product which they agreed.But since last two months they are not taking back.i have received 5 calls from courier company for reverse pick up but they never came.last week i received mail from Paytm that my reverse pickup is cancelled and i have cancelled this reverse pickup which is absolutely fraud and paytm cant poove this. I have been so much pained mentally and physically by this company. Please suggest how to take necessary action against this company to compensate me. Regards Avinash mehta

              I had purchased a godrej eswipe model through paytm. They had sent me a defective product. They promised me that they would take back the product in next 5 to 7 working days but till now they have not taken back the product. They are cheating the customers and they are fooling them that they would respond in 72 hours. Its been more than 15 working days, even now they have not collected back the product. Request you to look into the issue at the earliest.

                A new way of cheating and mental harassment . If you place an order on paytm never guarantee you to receive it. They are quite new to market and offering lots of cheap product which they never send to customer. Paytm has cancelled my 8 product since last two month. They cancel the product saying that the seller has canceled the order. Which I believe fake reason. I had a good experience on e-Shopping on other site, I have never gone through such mental agony. Who asked them to offer such that they are not able to provide. Customer care most pathetic, Executive speaks out of topic as parrot.
                yeah...you are right friend, it also happens with me 3 to 4 times. After canceling the product refund is not came to my paytm wallet. Can anyone suggest what should i do?

                    Bus got cancelled by the operator when going to nainital from Delhi on 4th September. Now paytm is denying the fact. There is not even a single response from their side I had sent 5 emails to them. on call they said we contacted bus operator and he said bus was not cancelled. I don't know about this mismanagement. The customer care executive was very rude to me and said do whatever you want to do. Why they tie up with bus service when they cannot provide the basic service to their customer. Bus number ending with 2520. Vijay(bus operator) [protected] kalpana bus service.

                                I have done a recharge through uber to take a uber ride, but i have not taken any ride from uber. In my paytm cash it's shows zero. Uber reply me back that ask paytm regarding this and i am not getting any reply from paytm. why i am not getting any reply from paytm i don't know but i want my money back.

                                        I have one order to Paytm ooline shopping.rs 1049, , the amount was debited in my debit card., but not bact to money in wallet balance. The saree worth in offer price 499. So when ur return the balance amount in wallet? Plz reply to me I have no the photo copy
