Somebody logged in from my account on august 8 and spent around 1000 Paytm cash to recharge a no, after cancelling my order and using t same cash. I hv complained the paytm on t same day but still no resolution. I have complained via ll media including mail, Twitter and FB but their CRM and cyber cell are arrogant enough not to resolve t issue yet. Everytime they say that they hv reverted back on mail which I did not receive. If I show you t screenshot of my chat with Paytm CRM, you will be shocked to see their response. Paytm is not at all safe, they say tht they have 2 layer verification system but how can then someone logged in my account without verifying the OTP from phone. I am really pissed off from paytm customer care, they are very arrogant. I am still not able to login to my account, as they have suspended my account for time being to get t resolution which I am still waiting even after a month.

They are responding in such a way that first some one sends a mail to me that they will be responding in next 72 hours. Then after some one will send a mail asking screenshots and images of the product received along with invoice. Then after no one will respond . Then once again i will lodge a complaint and the same process wil go on and it seems to be a cyclic process. I lodged a complaint on 19th or 20th august and still this cyclic process going on and making me to feel as irritated and its better not to shop from paytm
