I ordered a pair of nike air max shoes of size uk 11 from the paytm site in june. i received the courier after 13 days and when i opened the box it was o[censored]S 11 and when i informed paytm about this they said its your mistake, you should have checked it earlier please tell me onething whenever we purchase a foot wear we always refer the UK size because its adopted worlwide. Second when i submitted my complaint for return the shoes, it was showing that since 30 august shoes has not been delievered so they can not be returned. It is very sad and these are the things by which our country is going down. Now after 30 august they told me to send the shoes back, earlier they were telling that it is pick up service from door if anything we buy is not good. But no body cares i took a cab from my home and paid rs 400 to send the shoes back.with very difficulty they returned my money and now they are not returning my cab money.

    Hi, Somebody logged in from my account on august 8 and spent around 1000 Paytm cash to recharge a no, after cancelling my order and using t same cash. I hv complained the paytm on t same day but still no resolution. I have complained via ll media including mail, Twitter and FB but their CRM and cyber cell are arrogant enough not to resolve t issue yet. Everytime they say that they hv reverted back on mail which I did not receive. If I show you t screenshot of my chat with Paytm CRM, you will be shocked to see their response. My login ID is [protected]@gmail.com and registered phone no: [protected] Paytm is not at all safe, they say tht they have 2 layer verification system but how can then someone logged in my account without verifying the OTP from phone. I am really pissed off from paytm customer care, they are very arrogant. I am still not able to login to my account, as they have suspended my account for time being to get t resolution which I am still waiting even after a month. Paytm officials mailed me to send it back to the merchant and assured me for refund for the same. I already have send the product to merchant, but I didn't get the refund.             I had booked a online bus ticket from Pune to Sendhwa for 28th August 2015 using paytm. My order No was [protected]. When I reached boarding point I came to know that wrong Boarding Point is mentioned in the ticket and worst thing is that when I was boarding the bus I came to know that no ticked is booked for my name and ticket provided to me in email was fraud. So at the same time I had purchased another ticket from bus operator and completed my journey. I had paid double amount for the single ticket one to paytm and another to bus operator So Please refund my money as ticket is not booked and money is deducted from my account.

                I purchased a mobile on 27 june from Sangeetha Mobiles. As its Anniversary offer, they said you will get 200 paytm cash for 3 months for the purchase but I did not get any money in my paytm account yet. Its been 2 month now. When I called they gave a paytm person's number and ask me to contact them. When I called that number that seems to be not working. This is highly unprofessional behaviour. If this type of thing happens then customer will think 10 times before purchasing any thing from Sangeetha Mobiles and even Paytm. my no is [protected]. Please give me monthly paytm cash as soon as possible.

                  Hello Team, This is in to the transaction performed on 20 Aug '15 @ 12:23 pm against Order[protected] for Philips HR1863 700 W Juicer (Black) on Paytm website. Details # ORDER NO.[protected] EMI Transaction No [protected] As per the option of payment selected i.e. EMI on the website, the amount needs to be divided into Equal Monthly installments and the instruction needs to be sent to Bank by the Merchant. Paytm Customer care executive says I need to talk to Bank and convert it. Seller Merchant states He cant do anything as I paid the amount to Paytm. As per bank they have not received any instructions from merchant to convert the transaction into EMI. This is not the first time, I am purchasing something online on EMI. Usually the seller / merchant website send the instructions to the bank within 48 hours or by the time the item is delivered, and bank convert the amount into EMI accordingly.                         Sir, my paytm id is dr.[protected]@gmail.com. I ve placed an order on 16th July, order e id is [protected]. It was for RS.209., RS.7deducted from my paytm wallet and the remaining rs.202 was deducted from my bank ac.the transaction id is PAYTM[protected][protected]@971. IMMEDIATELY amount was deducted from my ac but order was not placed and showed transaction failure in paytm . I immediately called customer care and they said to wait for 7-10days since it is a technical problem will be solved soon and they said that they didnt receive the Money from bank before. I enquired with the bank, they clearly said that it was a successful transact and the id is PAYTM[protected][protected]@971.Again I contacted paytmcare they said the same thing as they didnt receive the money from bank. I explained that same issues occured in last month with my account and it was refunded because problem with paytm transaction not with the bank.but now they replied that Paytm Ticket #[protected]:THEY RECEIVED THAT MONEY AND REFUNDED BACK TO THE BANK. Even after 20days of the order i didnt get anything.So I 'request you to kindly enquire and refund the money in my account. Thank you.

                            Hi, my name is Gyanesh and i bought a treadmill online on PAYTM worth 11245 with an offer of 45% cashback i.e. 4000 and to transfer this money to bank account an additional 4% will be charged by paytm which was fine with me. But now they are saying that we couldn't deliver you the product as its out of stock. But when asked earlier about the status, they provided me with the tracking number [protected] via bluedart and the status shown by bluedart is that the product is on hold for some regulatory paperwork. They kept my money i.e. for 20 days till now and now they are saying that we can't deliver you the product but will refund your money. My concern and demand is - 1. I want the product. 2. If the refund is done then I want the whole amount without any deduction.

                                  I have ordered lenovo g50-70 laptop(order number: [protected]) on 27th August 2015 for Rs.28490 of which Rs.4274 was recieved in paytm wallet as cashback offer. I received the product on 31 August 2015. once I found that wrong product was delivered (lenovo g50-80) which had no specifications as listed in the paytm website while ordering, I immediately raised a return request on 01 September 2015 at 12.25AM stating that wrong product has been delivered. Also, I found that the paytm invoice and the sellers invoice is totally contradicting as you can find in the attachment. There is not even a single product check before getting the ordered product to the customer. Paytm invoice is stating Lenovo g50-70 and seller's invoice representing lenovo g50-80, if in this case how can one claim warranty on any repairs. Paytm customer care sent only convincing messages but no single action has been taken now. All the mails representing that 'we have forwarded to concerned team it will take 24-48 hours' but it had been 4 days as of now despite sending all the proof images no proper resolution is taken. Yesterday(03-September-2015) they intimated me via mail that 'The courier partner will pick up the product from the mentioned delivery address within the next 5-7 days. In case of any delay, we will notify you within next 72 hours through an email. We will refund the money to your Paytm wallet or bank account after the item is picked & delivered to the seller' which is totally absurd where a customer has to wait for additional week to get his money and the total mistake is on the PAYTM and seller side not on my side but I have to wait unnecessarily. Post the resolution mentioned by them today(04-september-2015) again i received a mail stating 'Thanks for contacting us. With reference to your order number, I understand that you are not satisfied with the product quality. For a faster resolution, please share: 1. the images of the defective product 2. invoice and the packaging (inner/outer). Additionally, please confirm whether the packaging was sealed or open or tampered with, when the product was delivered? Once you send us these details, we will escalate this & take it up with the concerned teams. Upon the required review & validation, we will refund your money. ' This is totally irresponsible way of service and a heavy loss for the customer and not the one who makes mistakes Additional Images can be sent through E-Mail Consequence: Below are the list of consequences I have undergone 1. Repeated calls to the customer care and getting only convincing words not an action part 2. Lost my mobile balance of almost Rs.200 in the process of calling their customer care and following with them 3. Rs.28490 has been given by me still undergoing so many difficulties in claiming it 4.Repeated mails to their customer care apart from my busy schedule I have to follow up with them Relief: Below are my demands 1. Replacement of the original product as mentioned in the product description in the paytm site while ordering(added in the attachment) or a refund of the Rs. 28490 to the bank account corresponding to the card through which I paid where Rs. 24216 would be the refund amount and Rs. 3402 is in my paytm wallet and Rs.872 of pending refund amount for another order (#[protected]). This sums up totally to Rs.28490 should be credited to my bank account without any service charge 3. Compensations for the burden or inconvenience I had undergone because of their service 4. heavy penalty on them to protect other customers from going through the same difficulty

                                        I placed an order for Zakozee Melamine Dinner Set (Set Of 32 Pcs). They sent me Zam Zam ordinary dinner set. I placed the complain and giving reminder every alternate days. Every time they are asking some new documents like invoice copy, photo of items, photo of inner packages etc. I sent them every thing but nothing happened till now.
